Food was honestly a 12/10 😮‍💨 . I tried the calamari and is one of the best Ive tries so far !

Some hits and miss. Their seafood pasta was good while the salmon was very weak. On and off, nice atmosphere, slow service, ok food

I went to celebrate Valentine's. The service was TERRIBLE. It took more than an hour to get our food. We were starving. The waiters didn't pay attention to us (logically it seemed they had too much workload). The food was fine. The burrata was small but deliciously.

Very friendly staff, food is of great quality and looks and tastes authentic. Relaxed atmosphere.

The service was friendly but everything was a bit slow and when the waiter asked us if we would like dessert and we said yes, unfortunately he never came back with the menu and so we left out the dessert. The food was okay but nothing more and the wine was only mediocre. The pizzas looked good, but we didn't try them. We wouldn't go back.

Very good carbonara in this place, probably my favourite in London and outside of Italy :) Their food in general is pretty good and it’s a nice place for a casual dinner outside!

Before you badmouth possible customers, make sure they don’t understand italian….

[UPDATED 14/12/2024] Revised down to 2 stars! There have been several price increases since my last review. The quality and quantity of food has also gone down. The new pricing means that you will be paying £17 for a carbonara and £24 for a seafood linguine! The portion has also gotten smaller with less sea food and ingredients. The quality has taken a similar direction, I am pretty sure some of the seafood in the “frutti di mare” were from frozen. The carbonara was “grainy”. This is typical of overcooking the eggs in the final stages. Such a shame. What was a great restaurant delivering good food and value has now become a bit of an overpriced trap. New photos attached! [Previous Review] TLDR; very generous portions and good quality ingredients used although food was little under salted. Service was excellent. Would recommend. Even though it’s not the cheapest Italian restaurant around Stratford, Santi doesn’t skimp on the amount of food and quality of ingredients they use. We were especially impressed by the king prawns linguine and tiramisu which were both generously portioned. The prawns were cooked perfectly and it over done. However, both pasta dishes we had were a little under salted. Not a big deal as cheese, salt and pepper were available on the side. The service was polite and not too intrusive which is not something I can say about all restaurants.

This place is pretty bad in my opinion. It's expensive for "ok" quality food. If you're able to get out of Stratford you will find better things. If you're stuck here it's ok, but I'd get pizza from yard sale or make pasta at home. Not to disparage the service, they're nice.

Very kind Italian pizza chef, excellent pizza and raw materials of undoubted quality. Definitely the best pizza I've ever eaten in London!

Honestly the best pizza in E20!!! Came on a Sunday night - was nice, chill and very relaxing. We’ve lived in the area for a while now but never tried here. The other pizza places are just not good for various reasons. Happy we’ve found our new pizza joint 😄

SUCH a HORRIBLE costumer serivuce, I call at 8:40 pm to order a pizza for take away and she tells me “no pizza, no food for takeaway” and when I ask when they close there’s no answer. They clearly close at 11 as stated online and their Deliveroo service is still working. What a way to treat your locals who support you. Me and the family won’t be going there anymore.

Excellent Restaurant within easy reach of public transport hubs.

Everything is fantastic on the menu, my favourite is the spaghetti frutti di mare. It’s the BEST that I’ve had, the spaghetti soaks up all the seafood goodness, the spaghetti is perfectly al dente. The parmigiana di melanzane and boozy tiramisu were amazing too, can’t wait to be back!!

Unexpected find this. Italian restaurant in the newish residential square beyond Stratford International. Had a European vibe. Reminded me of Düsseldorf, the bit behind the Holiday Inn. A good choice. Seated without reservation on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was popular without being too busy. Mixed crowd - families, couples and a big work party worshipping their colleague. The beer was Menabrea. Increasingly popular these days. We’re a long way from Glasgow now. Really good choices on the menu - opted for arancini to start (beautiful and fresh), with a Versuvio pizza as main. The latter topped with salami and a gorgeously runny egg. Yes. The yolk burst and flowed across the pizza and my heart swelled. So rare. Nice thin base with fluffy crust; the pizzaolo knows their craft. For pudding there was, of course, tiramisu. Of course. A standard tiramisu but decent. I shall sing no songs of it though. Overall a good choice; service was excellent and quick and the food was fresh and tasty. A visit is recommended if you like these things. If you do not, then Westfield awaits 🙌🏻

Was a lovely day and whilst in Stratford we chose to sit and dine at Santi. Nice restaurant, wasn't over impressed with my order, lasagne - far too dry, could have done with more sauce. Overall though, good experience a little steep considering I wasn't 100% with my meal

Food was great, atmosphere was nice. We went for the seafood pasta wrapped in foil, pizza and another pasta. The service is good but could still be improved. One of our orders was missed out and resulted in 1 person having to wait much longer for his food. And we were asked to pay twice 🤪 And when we sat outside, the man in the table next to us sat really far out and didn’t leave much room for us to sit, he didn’t want to move either. We had to move our table and chairs to get a bit more space. Overall the staff could be more proactive and attentive

At last - real pizza in East London. The food is perfect, the prices are right. My friend had the Carbonara and he was also very happy. Will be coming again very soon to try some other dishes.

Fantastic place to go with a group of people and great wheelchair access. The staff are really accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed some excellent pasta dishes after a long day trekking around.

We’ve been here a few times now. Lovely friendly service and real Italian food that tastes great. A great place for kids too, who also enjoy playing on the climbing frames out the front. A relaxing environment away from the stresses of Westfield. Staff always go above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! We had a small dinner with 3 people for my friends birthday and we had an amazing experience. Our waiters Vladimir and Alessandro were very nice and responsive and so was all the other staff members on the floor. The manager Francesco was a star and made us feel so welcome. We got 2 starters a we all had pizzas, the food was very good. The celebrant got a free dessert with a candle as a surprise which was such a sweet gesture. Overall a very good experience and I really look forward to going back to see the team again and enjoy other dishes!!!

Authentic Neapolitan pizza, very friendly and welcoming staff. Also very welcoming of cyclists, which is great because it’s just a few blocks from the velopark.

We visited Santi on Tuesday evening and it was great experience. The pasta with shrimps was very testy, especially a souse, that was absolutely delicious! We also ordered carpaccio as a starter and bottle of white Sauvignon wine, which were also very good. We really enjoyed the evening and atmosphere, thanks you!

There were six tables in and it took longer to wait for the bill than it did to eat. Calzone was ok, could have had more puff.

We came with my daughter on Friday because the restaurant looked very well presented and it was certainly very nice inside too my daughter has noticed. The menu is good. I was impressed by seeing a pet inside, which was very sweet. I shall definitely recommend this place to my friends in Hampstead, as they always look for pet friendly restaurants in London and Santi is only 5 minutes walk from Westfield and Stratford International station. I am please my daughter was left happy with the menu. We shall be definitely coming again with my family and friends! Grazi!

Perfect for young families - we were a group of 3 adults with 3 toddlers and were very well looked after and made to feel welcome. The pizza and wine was delicious too. The little ones loves the pizza as well!

We ate at Santi to celebrate our first anniversary and could not speak highly enough of the experience. All the staff, especially Daniella, were extremely attentive and friendly. They even got the chef to bake my wife's pizza in a heart shape when they heard it was our anniversary. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

Pizzeria Santi is one of the best pizza restaurant in London. I’ve been here many times and was happy with the service. Things have become even better with the new general manager I met tonight. The pizza was delicious, the staff very prepared, kind and helpful. I definitely recommend and will keep coming here whenever I crave a real Italian pizza!

I’ve been here a couple of times and it was great, but this time it was even better! There’s a new General Manager who really knows how to deliver a world class customer experience. We’ve been impressed with the quality of food, the cleanliness, the attention to details and the politeness and kindness of the staff. If you’re around Stratford definitely come in, have a real Italian pizza and chat with the manager who’s really taking care of this place and knows how to treat a customer! AMAZING!

I really like the service. I am pregnant and was craving virgin Mojito from Santi restaurant. It was closed when my fiancé and I entered. But the manager and owner decided to do it for me. When my fiancé wanted to pay, they told us it is free. They really care about their customers satisfaction and needs. They make one of the best virgin Mojito in Stratford. Also they pizza taste really good! I recommend this place.

I wish I had photos to show you the lovely food we had this evening - alas, we all ate too quickly and didn't think about it until the food was gone. We were a big party (15 of us) and we were all catered for beautifully. The manager was in touch with me in advance to make sure we all had the dishes we wanted. The food is absolutely delicious, flavourful, well presented and the portions are generous. They don't cut corners, to make sure they are serving you high quality dishes that aren't overly pretentious but are made with love and care to be eaten and enjoyed! The staff worked so hard to make us feel welcome, which as the meal organiser, I'm very grateful for. They even made paying the bill infividually really easy, which is great for such a large group! I used to work here as a waitress from 2016 to 2018. I get back to eat as a guest. The owner still remember about me and it was so emotional. As a previous staff member, I am aware about the ingredients freshness and amount of care that this restaurant offers. However, I am glad to say that they are getting better and better. The staff is so friendly and the menu is modern (not old school dishes), and the food is extremely amazing. Happy to see you again guys, well done!

We had a big family lunch at Santi yesterday and it was wonderful. Service was great and food was delicious, we had one small issue and management dealt with it straight away. We will be back.

We ate at Santi on a Wednesday evening, and the experience was wonderful. Food was tasty and abundant - we ordered a starter (fried calamari) and two mains (lasagne and paccheri with nduja) - all of which was delicious and clearly freshly made. My girlfriend was so happy to have found a place with great lasagne in London! The manager helped us pair a nice glass of wine to our food and stopped by for a chat. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal. We'll definitely be back soon!

Exceptional service and food. We regularly go out for pizza so we have tried tons of restaurants, this one stood out. They have new management responsible for a few great touches such as the new mats on the table. We will be back and soon.
