Got the telapia fish and it smells really bad. Feels like it was very old. Noodles was oily and not tasty. Both fish and noodles was recommended by the shop owner. I went there after checking the review, Don't know why people give good review for this, but I will never recommend anyone. They only take cash and I was 10p short of my total bill. For 10p I have to go 10 minutes walks for cash machine for that 10p. Really awful experience and guys please give genuine review.

Tried to buy a greetings card. A large, angry looking woman in a cream jumper and trousers which were undone at the waist kept trying to walk through me. No 'excuse me'. Just dirty looks and attitude. I thought she was just a particularly unpleasant shopper. After a while I realized that she actually works there. Picked my greetings card. Queue was so big that I walked away. Bought my card from Card factory in the end - half the price with staff who don't look like they hate their work - and I was served in less than a minute. Looked for other gifts - poor stock selections which were inferior to that which I can find online, with JL offering poor value pricing. Asked a member of staff for help. They were walking away from me, with their back to me while responding. Strangely I've had that experience a few times in JL over the past few years - engaging staff who are staring into the distance or not breaking off a conversation with their colleague, and who treat me like an inconvenience. I used to buy stuff from JL LOADS - I don't see any point in them anymore. Between Amazon and M&S I can get what I would have bought from JL at far, far better prices and with much better customer service standards elsewhere. Sad to see a once great shop turn into such a pointless store.

As a regular customer of cafe concerto,this time I am really sad and not satisfied with the service provided by the one of the staff of concerto westfield street branch.The way they talk and given services was not as expected and not even good.(Just one staff only)

SUCH a HORRIBLE costumer serivuce, I call at 8:40 pm to order a pizza for take away and she tells me “no pizza, no food for takeaway” and when I ask when they close there’s no answer. They clearly close at 11 as stated online and their Deliveroo service is still working. What a way to treat your locals who support you. Me and the family won’t be going there anymore.
