I had an amazing experience at Mona Food Chat House! I tried the vadapav, samosa, dabeli, and their recommended masala ghughra – and honestly, everything was delicious! The masala ghughra stood out as my favorite – perfectly spiced and so flavorful. A big thank you to Hetal who served us – she was warm, welcoming, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic and tasty Indian street food!

Food is very good, and the vibes are very homely

We ordered papdi chaat, chilli paneer, mogo, vada pav, and one batata vara. The papdi chaat was very oily, the mogo was very hot, and the chilli paneer was still white. And we didn't get the potato vara. They put it in a bag as we got a takeaway but when we got home it was missing. We couldn't eat any of the food unfortunately.

The old man sold pavbhaji for 6 pound...(Already paid). When I asked him about it, he told me in new shop everything is in 6 pound. he and one girl talk in Gujarati that gives that bhaji. They think I can't understand. They sold leftover bhaji to me.. it's really disgusting and disappointing.

I recently visited nikki’s kichen , and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. From the moment I walked in, the staff name Hetal was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

Estoy muy decepcionado con el personal que trata con el cliente en este restaurante! Visité aquí antes y siempre había estado feliz con el propietario (Mona creo) que sirve deliciosa comida con gran corazón y a un precio razonable. Sin embargo, su personal necesita una buena capacitación en servicio al cliente. Fui allí y le pregunté a la señora en el mostrador cortésmente si tenían algún plato que se cocina justo ahora y caliente. Dijo que toda la comida estaba hecha ahora. Cuando pregunté por Samosa, ella sacó la samosa y la estaba calentando en microondas. Le pregunté que dijiste que acababa de hacerse, entonces por qué necesitas calentarlo en microondas. Ella dijo que si no quieres calentar te lo daré tal cual... La Samosa era muy suave después de calentar desde el microondas. Ojalá hubiera dejado claro que Samosa se hizo por la mañana y por lo tanto necesita recalentamiento! Había pedido también té masala que era muy bueno. Vada pav y Pan Pakora también era bueno. No había terminado de comer, la señora me pidió que pagara la cuenta sin siquiera preguntar si necesitaba algo más! Parecía que sólo quería que me fuera. Pensé que debería escribir una reseña para que la dueña sepa lo que realmente está sucediendo en su ausencia.

Amazing place and mostly amazing food. If you are craving Indian street food this is the place for you. We took so many things on the menu and the price is so affordable! Mango lassi was one of the best I had so far, pani puri was amazing but the one I will suggest you to try is the dabeli. The flavours were incredible. The place is small but so warm and welcoming, the two ladies were professional and kind hearted. This place is a must try.

Visited Mona Chat House in London and had a mixed experience. The samosa chat was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and well-spiced. However, the pav bhaji was below par and didn't quite meet my expectations. The highlight of the visit was the owner aunty, who was incredibly sweet and served us with great courtesy and a warm gesture. Her hospitality definitely added a positive touch to our experience.

Mona aunty made food with so much love. I'm far away from home and I could feel her love in paratha. It reminded me of my mums hands and taste. I was craving for Chaat one day and OMG. This place is the place. They use disposable gloves when handling food, the food was made fresh and very good with the flavours but the staff treat you as family with their friendliness. I will be back.

Loved this place! Went with my husband and 3 girls. Do not live locally, only came to buy mangoes but stopped off at this small eatery for some lunch. The ladies cooking and serving are lovely, their food is delicious and our bellies with filled with Gujurati food reminiscent of my mums home cooking! We loved the vada pav and the pav Bhaji. The pani puri and samosa chaat were also both excellent. Extremely good value and serve with a smile! We will be back for more when we’re back in the area.
