The staff Rekha and Khajol are very kind and friendly literally opened the closed store and served us, amazing food and customer service!

1st time visit loved the food, the place is clean and staff were polite and helpful

Amazing place and mostly amazing food. If you are craving Indian street food this is the place for you. We took so many things on the menu and the price is so affordable! Mango lassi was one of the best I had so far, pani puri was amazing but the one I will suggest you to try is the dabeli. The flavours were incredible. The place is small but so warm and welcoming, the two ladies were professional and kind hearted. This place is a must try.

Visited Mona Chat House in London and had a mixed experience. The samosa chat was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and well-spiced. However, the pav bhaji was below par and didn't quite meet my expectations. The highlight of the visit was the owner aunty, who was incredibly sweet and served us with great courtesy and a warm gesture. Her hospitality definitely added a positive touch to our experience.

The service was outstanding. All staff members were very polite and friendly. Aunty was very cute, felt like at home. Food was delicious. The place was neat, tidy and well. Would definitely recommend.

I visited Mona Food chat for the first time at green street and I loved the Gujarathi Food and I highly recommend you to try there.

Mona aunty made food with so much love. I'm far away from home and I could feel her love in paratha. It reminded me of my mums hands and taste. I was craving for Chaat one day and OMG. This place is the place. They use disposable gloves when handling food, the food was made fresh and very good with the flavours but the staff treat you as family with their friendliness. I will be back.

Loved this place! Went with my husband and 3 girls. Do not live locally, only came to buy mangoes but stopped off at this small eatery for some lunch. The ladies cooking and serving are lovely, their food is delicious and our bellies with filled with Gujurati food reminiscent of my mums home cooking! We loved the vada pav and the pav Bhaji. The pani puri and samosa chaat were also both excellent. Extremely good value and serve with a smile! We will be back for more when we’re back in the area.

I’m not sure what the hype was about. It wasn’t very good. The vada pav was terrible….too much powdery spice, not enough sweetness from tamarind chutney. Dahi fuchka terrible too, yoghurt tasted like it was on the verge of going off.

Had an amazing vada pav here - super delicious, bun nicely toasted, delicious tamarind sauce, perfect kick of spice, good crispyness of the vada

Efficient and friendly staff for my takeaway. Everything was packed nicely, nothing spilled. They also gave yellow chutney, tamarind chutney, red onion and fried green chillies with my order. Masal chai was the best.

They say it’s fresh, sorry I don’t like to give comment but you need to give service proper because you are charging from us a good price so you have to give fresh breakfast, i will suggest you all that if you are going to eat you can tell her to make fresh breakfast in front of you because they mixed up all and saying it’s a fresh food

A little food shop located on the side of green street and Woodstock road it’s quite easy to miss as the entrance is on Woodstock road. Upon entering you then realise how small it is as the cooking/ kitchen is done right behind the counter. It is quite cramped making more concerned with the health and safety of this shop, the bin hanging from the door didn’t do any favours. All the cooking done on such small surfaces there’s not much room to manoeuvre. They do cook one fresh food ( like pastries etc) but the majority of food they re heat and serve which obvious affects the food’s texture and flavour (like the vada pav, samosa, aloo tikki etc). This aswell makes me question the freshness of the food. 3 women one to cooking (they fry on premises aswell)and one to make and assemble at the back and the other is an all rounder in the kitchen and they serve the customers upon entering. She didn’t seem that friendly and the customers were explaining that they serve accompanying sauces on the side counter in squeeze bottles chutney, imli etc. Felt like we were a problematic for her, 🤷🏽‍♀️! I thought I’d try a new place so i got the pani puri stuffed with spiced boiled potatoes and black chickpeas and served with a pani puri water mix (didn’t like the water didn’t taste very nice to be honest (i had to Chuck this away). The papdi chaat also was such a disappointment if felt so sweet and the chutney had coconut inside which sweetened it more and there was hardly any papdri and little bit of filling which had a mixture of black chickpeas and potatoes chopped tomatoes and coriander the potatoes, yoghurt which was quite thick and plenty sev on top was a bit too much (majority of the sev got soggy from the yoghurt and chutneys put on top and the chutneys were lacking in basic flavour no masala and spice in general quite a let down it was just so sweet couldn’t taste much else, I definitely won’t be returning here.

Tried: Samosa, vada pav, methi gota served with kadhi, vada ussal, mirchi bhajiya etc. Everything was average or below average. Threw away vada ussal as it was BAD!! Kadhi was Gujarati style, but extremely sweet for us. Binned again Epic tea making: We were gobsmacked when we saw it and would never have it again. They use plastic bowl to make India style tea in a microwave and it was bent at the edges due to high heat. I wonder if they know whether that is BPA free. No sign of food hygiene!

This place always reminds me of Home Food made by mum. The owner also treat you like her child and always take care of you. When I’m missing gujarati food i always go over there. Hygiene 100% taste 100%
