Domino's Pizza in Castle Point

Ordered a pizza and chicken for delivery which took almost 1 hour to arrive and when it did it was freezing, called the branch and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional Sri who offered a free medium pizza when I called if I don’t raise a complaint, my son called to get the pizza as he couldn’t eat the cold pizza and was told will not get the pizza as has to be part of a new order and have to buy a pizza to get it, he was rude & spoke over me, non existent customer service, don’t get your pizza here

Food was awful stone stone cold my nan and cousin had to warm there’s up in a microwave mine straight into the bin

I'd give it minus if I could! Disgusting food (if they even get it right) rude staff and the delivery is awful. Used this place once in the last 7 years and it was the worst pizza fast food place on canvey
