Ordered a delivery where 1 item was removed from a pizza and I added another. Upon delivery I noticed the added item was not included plus I called back to ask if they could do half and half and I found the girl laughing through the phone and the waiter said it would be done ... upon delivery what was a veg supereje pizza had minimal toppings plus the additional item jalapeños and half and half was not done. Customer service was appalling and when asked to diesel to the manager the staff got defensive... never seen a dominoes run like this before!!!!

The absolute worst... this is the second time this company has hugely disappointed me and my family. The first time I wanted a refund they said okay! It never arrived. Now this . No delivery at all . And now I cant phone cos its closed.... this place and all dominos are to be avoided at all cost. Go to pizza hut!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Trafford Center branch. I’ve been a regular customer, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I asked a simple question about whether an item contained sugar, and this lady responded rudely. When I ask to order them, she snapped, "Excuse me? Can’t you see I have other customers? You can’t see you have to wait etc etc" Her tone was downright hostile, and it felt like she was yelling at me, all while I had guests with me who were equally shocked by her unprofessional behavior. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. My guests even told me they would never come back after being treated this way. It’s a shame that such rude staff members are allowed to represent the brand. I expected much better, and this experience left a very bad impression.
