Best pizza and sides around, couldn't ask for better staff

Pizza arrived was quite clearly undercooked (see pictures). I phoned and spoke to the manager she was actually quite rude and insisted I send an email with pictures. I suggested re sending my order with correctly cooked food and the delivery driver can take this one back.

Had undercooked pizza delivered. I found the manager to be rude and she was insisting on me emailing pictures. I sad just please send another one and take this one back instead.

Always enjoy our pizzas and brilliant delivery service but ordered the festive turkey one tonight it was gorgeous but there was to much cranberry on it I think it would be a better option to put the cranberry in a separate pot as people can add as much as they want .As I said the pizza was fantastic .

Pizza was nice- goes cold very quickly. Chicken strippers were soft. Chips were pretty much still frozen! They weren't just cold they had a 'frozen' taste- think they had been microwaved! Definitely put me off

Every time I have ordered from this store, the food has been either overcooked or very much undercooked. The first time I ordered from here after moving the dough balls were mushy to the point the dough was almost wet/sticky to the touch and the chicken we had to put in the oven for longer as the inside still was cold to the touch. Pizzas were no problem but all other foods were no where near to starndard.

Very efficient between order and delivery but I normally order about 3pm. Last pizza I had had a sloppy base, crust was OK, number of toppings OK. Peppers were a bit cold (cut too thick?). I had to crisp it in the oven....

Ordered two personal’s pizza’s - 7 Chicken strippers. Ordered at 16:39 still isn’t ready and it’s 17:34. Terrible.

Collected pizza and when got home and looked at the pizza and was raw grossly uncooked, phoned to complain and asked us to send pictures which we did , when we tried to pone them back after sending pictures they ignored our call , not recommend!

Went to the shop this evening, on entering, I was the only one there. made my order and was told 10 to 15 minutes wait, which didn't mind, has its being cooked fresh. But two lads come in a few minutes later made an order and had the pizza before myself. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked where it was only to be told they had sent it out to be delivered to someone else, so they would have to cook a fresh one for me which would be another 10 to 15 minute wait. I cancelled the order. Poor effort.

Grossly mismanaged by Natalie George with a deputy manager called Dominik, both of whom are so incompetent. Don't ever bother ordering a pizza for a specific time as they just ignore you, cook it immediately and then leave it under the hot lights to keep it warm!! When I told them I ordered it for a specific time they told me that I didn't but I then showed them the confirmation on my phone and they didn't have a clue what to say. I have since emailed Natalie again but she sees fit to just ignore her customers hoping they'll go away. Well I will certainly be going away never to return! Grossly incompetent, grossly mismanaged and an absolutely disgraceful way to treat their customers. If I wanted to heat a pizza when I got home I'd have gone to Tesco's!! Far cheaper and you are greeted with a smile rather than lied to!!

I love Domino's. I had the meteaor pizza tonight which was absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend Domino's. Also, the cookies here are gorgeous x

To expensive, £10 for a pizza?? Asda much cheaper and just as good quality.

Visited again tonight (Sunday)very poor service so walked out and went to pizza hut 3 staff on duty two males and one female I stood at the counter ready to order was ignored for 10 mins by 3 staff so deep in conversation they didn't care that a customer was waiting to order just remember guys no customers no jobs 😡

We order at least once a week (5 / 6) pizzas and every single time they are fantastic and have never had a bad one. I would like to say that when I order by phone, I have spoken to a young lady named Georgia most times for some reason. Georgia is one of the most polite and sincere people I have spoke to and her Customer Service is second to none. Georgia should be commended for such a positive and friendly attitude and Domino's should be quick to praise such a member of the team, as with so many options these days, return custom is more important than ever and it is Georgia's level of Customer Service that certainly keep us returning. thank you Neil

I ordered for the first time last night and I still have the entire pizza, apart from the one slice I tried to eat. It was like trying to chew rubber, it cost me £20 and I was really looking forward to it.... never again will I be wasting money, it wasn't hot but tepid. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Pizzas are lovely, but well overpriced £18 for a large pizza when you can go to Asda’s for a large fresh one probably a bit nicer also for £4. It only cost dominoes £1.40 to make a large pizza then charging £18 it’s Scandalous!! Total waste of money. I can’t even Bring my self to pay their prices. Ridiculous

Had a pizza delivery and was half cooked they sent a second one and was over cooked also the cookies were burnt 15/07/20

I live 5 miles away from domminos in neath. When I gave them my post they refused to serve me. Saying i was to far away. Wot a very unprofessional company, and service you are. I will never buy from you again.

Charged me twice problem with the website

I just order from them and the absolutely covered the pizza in mustard I order a pepperoni passion with the hotdog as a extra with no mustered. I am very upset as I don't like mustard I wish I could post the photo on here to show you as you can't see the pizza whe. I go on the app to complain I has a error. (disgraceful)

Shop full of kids and the staff won't remove them and I have just counted 36 kids won't come here again

The staff is very attentive and helpful. I went for food and the member of the staff who serve us was very attentive. We had a pizza half meat, half vegie. I was delicious, and the chicken wings are the best I tried. I will go back again.

Custom service was FABULOUS!! And the pizza was done in under 10 mins!!

Tbf they messed my pizza up twice. Then I was told I'd 2 free sides on my next order and I did. They've never messed up before and the pizza always arrives hot. Can't really complain.

The place is very bright and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great and value for money.

Love dominos but they need to up thier game in Neath, just fancied a pizza but didnt want to leave the house, bogof is collect only so I ordered with Pizza hut who apply the offer to delivered orders as well. Come on Dominos!

Brilliant seating, friendly staff. However, deals are not as good as that in Pizza Hut next door and pizza does not taste as good as it does in the last closest one in Briton Ferry, which could be easily identified as a dominoes pizza; this one tastes like any other pizza in shops, even with the selection of your own toppings. For students, no special offers, better of going to Pizza Hut next door to it.
