3 out of the last 5 times I've have ordered food from there it's come incorrect, either things missing or wrong items. Extremely inconsistent.

Just accept that your order is going to be terrible, at least it won't take long. The manager must surely expect a complaint from nearly every order unless he doesn't dare to look at what his kitchen is producing anymore. After dealing with dominoes belper for a number of years now I genuinely think they challenge themselves to make the pizza as blatantly terrible as they can without it being completely inedible. That or the lighting in the cave is out dated and they can't actually see their creation before boxing it up. Delivery drivers are mint very fast and friendly.

Fast, hot, fresh and friendly staff

I ordered online 4x large at £23.99 then a discount which takes it to about £70 on collection I noticed in store the price is £11.99 which would be about £48 I don’t get it just a chance to rob customers. I won’t use again 👎

I can't rate the food I didn't get the chance to finish my order off it was a terrible disaster of a call the girl was very distant I keatp asking if she was there.. after making order and choices to be told its card payment only .... ekkkk well papas pizza of belper got my order this evening it was such a better choice being cheaper less chain related

Waited an extra 20 minutes for food, pizza was cold when I drove 5 minutes home. Manger seemed rude to the staff.

Saved up for weeks for this. Pizza was burnt and cold. Never again! I could have gone to Morrisons and burned my own pizza for a fiver. This cost me a week’s shopping. Disgusting

Website and counter service don’t match up. Used to be much better than it is now. They can’t be bothered to do what they offer on the menu causing arguments between the staff members. FreshBite is 1 minute walk up the road, much better.

The only way to really describe this branch is diabolical. In general the pizzas are below average but the last two of three orders were outright wrong, and not just a little bit wrong. Wrong toppings, undercooked yet stale dough, and utterly disgusting - even my dog who will eat anything rejected it. Tonight was the last order from Domino’s and I’m not sure what’s worse, their pizzas or the current UK Conservative Party.

Complete shambles. Would like to give zero stars…Ordered and paid online. After nearly 2 hours and still no delivery and nobody answering the phone went to the store. A surly member of staff shrugged his shoulders and said the order had been cancelled as he didnt have time to make it. No hint of an apology, just a rude ignorant couldn’t care less attitude. Despite at least 5 members of staff and only one of other customer in the store the phone went unanswered…. Atrocious non existent customer service.

Pizzas ordered & told 30mins. 90 mins later (45 mins after we were informed they were on their way), the driver turned up with cold pizzas. Not acceptable. Contacted head office complaints and have a reference number and told the local store will be in contact within 5 days. No response whatsoever. NOT Acceptable. Still waiting to resolve this issue.

Over 2 hours delivery and then ring up as food not come yet and no answer so sit here as not sure wot to do and then food comes freezing

the pizza arrived with raw dough - although the problem was resolved (50% refund), the fact we were given raw dough in the first place is pretty annoying. But sometimes this place is amazing, so its pretty 50/50.

This dominoes has more on the menu than others. Tasted yummy!!

Absolutely shocked with the customer service. A rude little insecure boy by the name of Chris gave the worst customer service experience I have ever had. As a manager he should be ashamed! Totally rude and a horrible attitude. Will never order from here again. I don't understand how a worldwide brand could employ such an incompetent little boy. I will be reporting him to the regional manager and the guys above them.

Wow. The customer service here is shocking. Chris the manager was rude, infantile and an embarrassment if he is meant to be leading a team. I guess you pay children, they work like children. Would never order from them again

Very expensive and very poor deals compared to other areas.

Order took 2 hours 30 and from when it said it was out for delivery it took 40 minutes so was Luke warm when we received it and we kind of forgot we were hungry anymore

Placed an order at 6 said 40 min for delivery. It was 7:15 they wasn’t answering the phone so ended up going down when it was supposed to be delivered. Got in the store and no apology ask for the food so could take it with me and they just looked and questioned why I want to take the food I had paid for like I was going to go home and wait for them to deliver it. Once we got the food home it was cold like it had been sat waiting on the side for a long time !!!! DONT BOTHER GOING TO DOMINOS BELPER !!!!

I had the veg pizza my partner had the meat pizza & we shared some wedges. Very tasty. Cooked just right. Fast service, delivered in 20mins from ordering. The Web count down was fun to watch, the kids will love it. Delivery was safe & friendly. Thsnk you.

Its honestly a gamble going to this dominoes, sometimes its great, sometimes its not even cooked, sometimes all the toppings are only on one side, sometimes its swimming in sauce and sometimes it comes and its not even cut at all.

Can't offer walk in deal for £11.99 if you order over phone. Have also stopped doing half and half pizzas allegedly because of coronavirus and it takes too much time?? It gave option to add cookies for a reduced price which I clicked and then didn't add to order, you then can't add to that order without paying full price. When it comes time to pay 3 of the options don't work including cash options so no way to pay in store. Why have the option there if you can't use it? Sort yourself out domino's.

Not too long a wait and some gorgeous food! I had a wonderful pepperoni pizza with a garlic dip. My family also had dominos and absolutely loved it!

* EDIT * despite being promised a refund within 24 hours and a confirmation email, I am still yet to receive either. I’ve also emailed customer services and have not heard back. Sorry to have to leave this review. I ordered food this evening, the order was accepted and was in prep (for 45 mins). I phoned to enquire as to what had happened to be told they had experienced a power cut. These things happen, but to not receive a phone call was really poor, especially when this food was for a night shift key worker, and they had accepted the order so had my details. I asked how to request a refund and after asking various questions I was told: “I don’t really know” “Refunds are requested through head office” “You should receive it automatically...I think” “I don’t know if you’ll receive a confirmation” “The manager is busy” “There’s nothing I can do about your refund” Really poor Dominos...seems the Manager and Area Manager need to ensure training has been completed in their store/geographical area for people who are going to try and help customers. I’m still left wondering: Will I get a refund now I’ve requested one? When? What about an apology? Definitely a 1 star service

Really inconsistent pizza quality! ordered not long back on a Friday and the pizza was one of the best ones I've had from a dominos. I have then ordered tonight on a Sunday and what I got was hot bread caked in BBQ sauce with next to no cheese at all! (Texas BBQ) the toppings just fell off upon trying to pick up a slice. Don't think I'll be entertaining another any time soon. Really poor you would expect more for the price you pay. My advise if your considering a pizza from here save it for a Friday better odds of getting a decent one.

Have ordered from Dominos belper 3 times. The first time was nice not fantastic but nice. The second and third time not so good. The delivery drivers are not very friendly. The pizza was over cooked and burnt slightly. We ordered potato wedges and there was hardly any wedges in the box. We only ordered from there because our little boy likes there pizza for some reason! We payed £20 for all this, not very happy. If you want a decent pizza that’s freshly cooked and not expensive go to fresh bite on the market place longer wait for food but so much better quality food than dominos

On this occasion we chose a meal deal, and for the 1st time ever when having a pizza delivery from dominos, it almost represented good value for money!

Great American style pizza with lots of options to choose from

Pizza in belper is not good. It's the same deep dish bready base. There is 1 or 2 places to get good pizza. If you can't sit down for it, dominoes is the way to go.

Ordered gluten free pizza online, called shortly after as the toppings were not glueten free! I think it pretty daft that you offer gluten free bases but then don’t offer glueten free toppings such as sausage. Really limited our pizza choice. As a top food provider you have plenty to improve on in this repect!

Used to use these regularly for the last year and a half. Came to order online a fortnight ago only to get the message that no stores deliver to my area. I also checked the post code next closest after mine and they don't deliver there either. I have contacted them asking how come they no lover deliver to me and a fortnight later I still have no response. So the local takeaway has now got my business, its a slightly lower quality of pizza but they deliver and faster, and costs about half as much. Diasappointed.

Absolute shambolic, ordered food it turned up with the “new delivery driver” with our change and refused to take my £50 note which by the way is legal tender and can not be refused. He the. Comes back to the door and tells me they will take it and then bring the change back. I’m I meant to trust someone “new” guys your a total disgrace. And then to have a so called manager try and tell me he was trying to be nice is more than patronising. Need a lesson in management and people skills pal

It was a Friday night, so I expected you to be busy Wich was no problem. Ordered a large pizza and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream at around 7:30 , the dominos app told me at 9:05 it had been Delivered Wich it had not... so I rang up and they said sorry were really busy and your order is out on it’s way soon , this was understandable as I’m sure it was busy on a Friday night, food got here around 10:15 and I could tell it had been warmed up... not very nice at all and never worth the £23.94 I paid. Not very happy

Ordered a family meal deal...pizzas were nice....but cold and only one dip for a family?!!! Very disappointed.

The staff here work really hard and the standard of Dominoes Pizza they make is very high, even on busy days the quality is not impacted. They also remember your repeat custom and if you have any specific requests they always oblige. Always happy to order from here.

Waited two hours for two pizza's everytime I asked for a progress update the staff couldnt find my order, this was four times to the same guy... place wasnt even busy, when the pizzas finally came after id become extremely irrate I refused to pay due to it wrecking my evening. the worst takeaway ive ever used.
