Chips were undercooked and staff go on like salt comes out their wages

I recently purchased a veggie pizza from your store, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the product. The pizza was only half cooked, which was quite disappointing. As a loyal customer, I must say that I cannot recommend this product to others in its current state.

I generally like Dominoes Pizza as it is normally very consistent, the Pizzas we received this evening were poor at best. Far too much tomato sauce and generally badly constructed, I’ll think twice about ordering from this takeaway again.

Absolutely amazing man called Oliver?! I think found me in the middle of nowhere and had the sweetest soul and heart. I’m giving Oliver 10000 million out of ten. He he way too good for dominoes 🤣, sharpley golf … you will shine ☝🏻✨

As previous reviewer stated pizza swimming in tomato sauce, couldn't be picked up without the small amount of cheese and slop falling off. Used the online complaints form to send photos but told they wouldn't do anything because I didn't phone the store and its a franchise. Went in the bin

The worst pizza I have ever had, asked for thin as I always have anywhere, this was like a communion wafer and I'm still searching for the cheese all I could taste was tomato puree, won't be returning, disappointed massively biggest waste of £20 ever as my husband got pepperoni and it was poor also

Cheeky pit stop. Garlic bread and drink for lunch. Yum yum.. What else can I say. Worth the wait whilst they cooked it.

Lovely man called Sian dropped off my pizza 10,10. He needs moving to manager! Amazing and such a sweet hearted bloke. Highly recommend x

Had tables to sit down but card only

absolutely appalled with this place. usually my go to place but i rang in and complained about a driver spilling the sauce everywhere that even went on the carpet and he walked off and said enjoy your food like appalling.

Was waiting in for my order and a staff member was checking the pizzas while eating one herself, girl with dark hair and glasses, she was putting her hands in her mouth and then touching pizzas. Not good

Beware, this store shares your card details with scammers. I bought 2 months ago they sold my personal information and bank details with Complete Savings (swiss company) They started charging me £15 every month AVOID THIS STORE SCAMMERS

I love Domino's pizza but Seaham shop always seems the tastiest.

EMILY "THE STORE MANAGER" who should he sacked 0STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE delivery driver delivered to wrong address and when the owner told driver this isn't my order they did not ring me to confirm. We watched this via the ring door bell Emily the most unprofessional sarcastic women who clearly needs a lesson in customer service as she has the brain capacity of a flea wouldn't replace the order and refused give us details of anyone she spoke to log a complaint

Ordered. Arrived to pick up. All but one pizza done. Order fully rebaked with cookies thrown in. Only cost me time which i had plenty of.

Placed an order for a create your own pizza, which when it arrived was wrong. We contacted the shop to try and arrange the correct order only to be told as it was placed online, there was nothing they could do about it! Apparently they only see the order details once it’s cooked, how on earth would you know what to cook in the first place without the specific order! Customer service horrendous.

Pizza was good and prepared quickly. We then ate them with a view of the sea.

Waited an hour for my Garlic pizza bread and potato wedges, Thought it was cheap for what I'd ordered but then I only received potato wedges. When I phoned again he said it would be another hour for my Garlic pizza bread. Delivery driver was very pleasant. 3 hours later I'm still waiting for my Garlic pizza bread. Manager says it wasn't ordered but as they claim ALL CALLS are recorded for training purposes they only need to check my call placed at 16. 48pm on 14th August to see it definitely was. Not impressed at all and head office will be getting an email of complaint too. Has a visitor of Seaham I certainly wouldn't recommend Domino's Seaham

Customer service is mind blowing, what a disgusting place this is, we where served here only last night, wellif that’s what you can call it, by a short young girl who drives a white Peugeot delivery car, not helpful at all, refused to let us know regarding the rest of the pizza menu, as she couldn’t see the point, whilst in between laughing and giggling while taking our order, we where told 10mins wait, decided to leave dominoes and go for a short walk, when the same girl who severed us, drove right past us, and burst out laughing behind the wheel of her white Peugeot delivery car, clearly there was something wrong what we don’t know, the main reason we decided to leave domino’s so soon, was there was a number of teenager girls in at the time, one of which kept repeatedly going to the premises doorway and spitting food onto the pavement, not something you want to see, shortly before eating I'm sure, Utterly disappointed in service and what I seen happening around us.

They did not have some toppings store. I paid extra money for extra toppings on this pizza as well and they forgot them, as i changed the topping they didnt have, but then only that on my pizza. I was also promised an extra side after being told they ran of a certain topping for the inconvenience and never received it. Have been offered a refund, but poor service.

Quick delivery, pleasant delivery girl, order was perfect

Poor customer service. I waited a while to be acknowledged and then when I was I was told I could only pay by card. I know there's been the whole issue of covid but it's now the only place I know not accept cash. Left me with two rather upset children.

I went in and placed a order and there was a woman standing staring at me over there the dowe is and then she would turn around and then start talking to another woman and then she would laugh turn around then when I got my pizza it was freezing I asked for a refund and they said no I want happy at all I asked for extra chicken on it I didn't get it

Really tasty different from anywhere

Ordered nearly £40s worth of food last night was given bbq wings instead of plane which is my own fault I should of checked them in the store BBQ ranch pizza was stretched far to thin hardly any toppings cause it was so thin it was crispy the bbq sauce was plastered on with a shovel as well Now I’m not one who often complains as I’ve been going here for some time but it’s gone way down hill from domino’s standers Also when I went to collect it the delivery driver who gave me The order over the counter gave me a pizza short when I told him he was well confused store staff had to put the order right Think we will have to start looking at going somewhere else to order from

If I owned this business I would be furious! The customer service is shocking, waited 25 minutes for our delivery. Food was cold, rang up to complain to be told we got our delivery much earlier than we said??? Pity the ring doorbell showed the driver and the time he actually did arrive. They still said nothing they could do and to complain online! I drove to shop with cold pizzas and asked nicely if they would change them to once again being told no as they were delivered within 35 minutes?? Stood my ground and asked for area manager who did not even bother to come out of his office but said we could have the pizzas replaced! Such a shame as the food is usually good but after that performance we won’t be ordering again. The tracker showed the poor driver had to deliver to 3 other addresses before us and since our food cost £35 we expect it to be hot! Customers keep businesses going seems dominos Seaham could not care less!! One girl in shop very apologetic so I am not saying all staff bad.

I have always thought the dominoes is extremely overpriced but if you can get it deal it is so worth it and if you walk in and get a pizza for 199 it's win-win!

Its happened enough times now that my order has came with at least one problem that I'm writing a review which I've never done before.. today the centre of my pizza had 0 sauce or toppings, last time the pizza was stuck to the box and just disintegrated, etc. While they are usually decent after i phone about the problems, the problems shouldn't be happening anyway

I'm a long distance lorry driver parked 0.8 mile from this takeaway and willling to pay by card before I get it and they still won't deliver as usual us driver's are at the bottom of the list next time I get a delivery for Domino's it'll be sorry don't deliver there

Good food on time delivery service

So my son loves dominos, we ordered 3 large pizzas with extra sauce (he loves the sauce and so do we) for his birthday. They arrived exactly on time but only a little sauce on them (which was the only extra thing I ordered) I called up to complain, they were extremely polite and apologetic, they sent replacements straight away and we all agreed it was the best dominos we've ever had. Thank you to whoever made that second order it was delicious.

Normally order from here regular but we ordered the popcorn chicken for the first time and the chicken was pink inside not cooked properly and am pregnant not good wont be ordering from here again sorry

Must admit, I used to enjoy a Domino's pizza before there was a branch so close by. I was happy with my pizzas from my first few visits and everything seemed well organised in the shop. Since then my opinion has changed. Had some poor experiences including having my order missed and getting home to find a pizza with no cheese. Also I find that all of the pizzas taste the same and I've really gone off them. The old school takeaway pizzas are better in my opinion. Gave them one more chance a few months ago and just found the pizza poor/bland. Won't be back.

Hard to find cheeze Only sauce and topping Never again!!!

Tried 3 times: 1 "hit", 2 "misses". Pizzas great when hot. Stars have gone down as a result.

Ordered online, straight forward quick service. Parkings a bit poop though round that area.
