Domino's Pizza in Great Yarmouth

A great Domino’s to visit! A very clean, friendly and well-run place. Couldn’t fault anything about the food or the service. Would definitely recommend, and am looking forward to visiting again soon.

Friendly staff and great pizza!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the collection deals were very poor! This meant a reflection on the store, just the franchise as a whole.

Update from.below. I have now changed my review from 3* to 5* as the Gorleston team listened to my experience and took action. The last two orders have been on form! A cracking result! Thank you Domino's Gorleston! 2nd pic is of the result of polite communication x Previois review: I have ordered many times from Dominos. Some are a hit and some are a miss, which once it was so well done, we couldn't eat it. This time, I ordered two medium margheritas with extra cheese and my own toppings. It arrived as 1/3 cheese 2/3 tomato and 1/3 crust. What I ordered, I ate only 1/3 of each slice where the cheese was!!! Come on guys! Pull it together! Just purchased another round and so dry, little sauce and even though it says extra cheese, it was dismal!

The staff are friendly and always try to get you the best deal when you order on site. We recommend ordering and eating there. The tables are clean. The pizzas are always delicious. The staff are always wonderful.

The exceptional customer service provided by the wonderful staff keeps us coming back every time.

They need to maintain cash and card system, some time they are making nice, and sometimes they are not making a proper

i ordered a collection tonight and as i entered the shop you could see they were getting a lot of orders through. the team in there felt very professional, served me quickly and politely while still completing orders - all the staff knew what they were doing. as a fellow hospitality worker it was lovely to see such good team work. well done x lully pizza as well

Great pizza, good location, though could be tricky for collection by car if local traffic is busy as there's no easy stopping place outside it. Therfore check Google maps prior to visiting.

I'm not really a pizza person but my bf loves pizza so I thought why not. I'm a very fussy eater so I chose the first pizza on the list which was The Ultimate Chicken Mexicana and he got The Meatfielder. Omg, these were absolutely amazing. I will definitely order these again the next time I want pizza. If I hadn't gone for a meal deal and use my 10% voucher it would've cost me nearly 50 quid but I ended up saving a score. Definitely browse the deals first. Although I marked delivery as on-time it was a tad late but not by much and I wasn't too bothered as they informed me of the delay so thank you for that. All round it was great.

Great food quality, staff were brilliant by checking in on us and making sure we were okay. Even made us laugh with a few jokes which was appreciated after a hard week. Would definitely visit again.

Always get a nice pizza from here and the staff are good and friendly.

Tracked pizza it was in quality check for 20 mins assume sitting on side finally turned up over an hour after ordering practically stone cold not happy

Great pizza, quickly served, hot and tasty. They even knew our name. Impressive.

Came here twice on my lunch break for a small pizza. After the first time, thought it may have just been a one off as the pizza was horrid, not to the normal Domino's standard! But on the second occasion again it was flavourless. Will never go back to Domino's in Gorleston and will never recommend.

Even though we had a wrong pizza delivered, one 2 minute call to the staff and we had the mishap sorted and the correct one got delivered shortly after. Fantastic customer service and awesome problem solving.

2nd takaway from here first one was delivered no problem but the 2nd one nearly 2 hour late no phone call or message to tell me ??? rang up man on phone very rude and blunt no apology just said do you want food or not

Never had a problem until tonight Ordered pizza deal for delivery. Computer said out for delivery, 20+ mins later i phoned as were only about 5mins away. He said it would be there soon 20 mins or so it turned up. I was worried it would be cold. I open it driver said if its cold give them a ring. It was warmish so I thought it was edible but it wasn't that warm after the first slice it was cold. No point in phoning to say and end up waiting about 45 mind for another. Shame really as enjoy the odd domino's

We had a fairly big order for 8 people sonwe went into the store. They were great, the staff managed to figured out how to put the deals together with our order to make sure that we got the nest value for what we order and then they managed to have the order ready in 8 minutes. 10/10

Had a lovely cheese and tomato pizza with xtra cheese and mushrooms they make from fresh it was best pizza I ever had beutufull so tasty will be going again

Ordered cheeseburger pizza twice now and both times have failed to add the sauce even though there is a bloody great sticker on the front saying burger sauce, once I can let off as a mistake but twice in the same month is ridiculous and someone clearly needs lessons on how to make a pizza!! Not even like it is an extra it is part of the listed toppings 😡

Dominos threaten to take peoples wages if they do anything wrong I have found out with a written letter from on of the drivers, when he hardly did anything wrong and there has been incidents in the past where they have delivered an hour and a half late and i wasn't there and didn't get refunded. I like dominos but its expensive without any deals and the people there aren't that nice, Think they should get a new manager to put the place in order again.

Sliced pizza, greasy wings and sugary beverage at a reasonable price, tasted a lot like dominoes in Birmingham tbh

They have been threatening to fire people for calling in sick. This is not acceptable as I don't like vomit on pizza.

Long wait once served all staff were rowdy once I got pizza the time on the box was 12 mins before I git given it the staff forgot we were there waiting cause they were busy messing about I can see why they were nor busy
