Domino's Pizza in Belfast

Pizza equivocada, cuando los llamé para quejarme me encontró con un gerente de tienda ignorante (West Belfast) que mintió y me dijo que cometí el error cuando claramente indicaba en el recibo lo que pedía, luego me dijo que me quejara en línea antes de colgar

Got a pizza over a week ago it came cold, phoned to complain to be told I could have £10 credit phoned tonight to be kept on hold for 5 minutes then Chloe the manger to tell me I don’t have any account my phone number isn’t showing any orders which is a lie. As I got my emails up and I have a long list of order numbers when I called them out to Chloe she hung up and now won’t answer. But don’t worry I will not be letting this ago. Dreadful customers service! Will never be ordering from you again … disgraceful

Ordered a delivery. It had not been arrived after 50 minutes. Phoned up to be told it was not “on the system . No Pizza means no future custom

Have given the west belfast store so many chances and it continues to deliver 1* pizzas. I usually order online so my order is in black and white on their screens. Today i ordered a pizza with bbq base, mushroom and extra cheese. The picture i have uploaded will show what i received. I also ordered cookies which where burnt. The pizzas are expensive but my family loves Dominos. To get a proper Dominos experience we visit the Lisburn store on the longstone road. They will get your order right and the pizzas will actually look like they do on the website.
