Domino's Pizza in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Between 3 of us we ordered 2 meals. First was a large pizza & 2 sides, 2nd was a large pizza, 2 sides & a large coke. We added 2 extra sides & a dessert of cookies. It cost an extortionate £66. The pizzas had little in the way of toppings, the fries were cold on arrival. The best part of that meal were the cookies which were very nice. I will not be ordering form here again on this basis.

Should read the reviews before ordering. Absolutely shocking pepperoni pizza. For such a professional outfit would expect them to be able to make a decent pizza. If in pontypridd order from choices. Shockingly bad . Good luck.

Too expensive even with deals available all the time. Small portions were tasty enough though. Quick delivery & stayed hot.

I visited Pontypridd Dominos at 20:20 to give my order. I waited in front of the till for 10 mins for them to ask me what I want! After 10 mins of waiting I asked one of the staff whether there is anyone to take my order. They apologised and took my order and the screen said me to wait 15 mins to get my pizza ready and I saw 2 boxes of pizzas were ready in time and it was kept on top of the warmer. I waited another 30 mins to get my pizza which was already prepared 15 mins before. There was a manager (yes he got that attitude too) and few other in store people who didn’t even consider me standing there for this long. And a delivery boy saw my frustration in my face and asked me whether I have ordered or not. I told him my name and he took my pizza from the top of the warmer which was prepared 15 mins ago! The success of a business is when not when they make money but when the customer is satisfied. Dear manager, you’re still not ready for it.

This Domionos is always fast, efficent and very reliable. Anytime I've ordered from here they have never failed. Keep it up!!

This is a great , they do great pizzas. Delivery was fast. Staff were friendly. Prices reasonable with offers.

Visited pontypridd for a weekend away and thought you couldn’t go wrong with a dominos, how wrong were we? Wheres the toppings Domino’s? Disappointed Dom, very disappointed.

Large, "Mighty meaty" paid £9.54, recieved 14 minutes after ordering online for collection. Bought to share with a friend. Initial presentation on the box is good, the logo wasn't tarnished, the label is professional and the dip sat perfectly. Opening it up was a different story. The pizza looked disconsolated. The shape was slightly oval, crusts un-equal, toppings distributed un-evenly (apart from the jelly sausage slices), no cheese could be easily seen or tasted and also (a minor detail) no pizza tripod. When split into individual slices, you could pick the a slice up vertically and the toppings would adhere to the surface. The topping themselves had a minor flavours on the thin, crisp base, while also being seemingly over-gelatinous in nature. The sauce was hard to taste as it had quite a bland flavour which I didn't fully realise that it had a taste until I deliberately tested for on one of the slices. The crusts were much alike the crispy base, which can be nice and adds a welcomed change from the gel-based toppings, yet it was difficult to review with the uneven consistency and also mixed with some of the underside grease. The complimetary dip was the best part, it had a good consistency, not to thick or runny, bursting with flavour and will definitely hook your taste-buds! The make process was a very quick one, which is good for getting the food to the customer quickly, yet the quality was quite appauling; The dough slapped without care, toppings were thrown on without pre-meditated thought and I personally think they forgot to even put cheese on my pizza. Upon looking at the pizza, you can see there is a general cluster of ingredients, and the yellow/golden crust is owed to (what I believe is) the corn-starch used with the dough. The unshown underside of the pizza was not the greasiest Domino's I've ordered, yet it is still more than what should be acceptable as the quantity of grease was enough to fill me half-way through my review (remember that I only had half a pizza), yet it was not a welcome filling, it was a sickening one and it physically pained me to endure. In the end, I did not finish my half of pizza, and the remains were recycled. I would not recommend eating here, not until the food and production and overall quality improves to a standard that all pizzas can conform to with an unrelenting consistency. I would like to remind all readers that this is my personal opinion and experience of this particular order and chain branch, and I reviewed with an honest and unbiased opinion. I will hope my review makes some form of impact and change to happen so I can then better review a better product. Thank you for your time.

Waited an hour and a half for our food, 4 items missing upon delivery and food come stone cold and some pizzas not even cut. Been 20 mins since we called to get the rest of the food delivered at still not here...

Always great service from Treforest Dominos. Friendly delivery drivers, hot delicious pizzas and it's easy to use the app. Only downside is the price, but other than that, Dominos is great.

Asked for this pizza asap, ordered @ 21:00 the app informed us it was out for delivery at about 21:30, however it wasnt! The boyf rang at 10:15 and explained the situation, and we were told it would be be delivered in the next half an hour, still no sign of pizza, rang again at 11:15 and was told it was left behind! Not very happy! Wasted away for 2 hours!

I waited an hour and a half for a pizza. When it arrived it was stone cold and congealed, it had obviously been left standing for a significant amount of time prior to delivery. All my phone calls were ignored. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have been a fairly regular customer at this store since it opened, and this is the first time I have had food that wasn't hot. I'm so disappointed, i waited a lot longer for delivery than normal so maybe that'a why. I tried to ring and complain just after delivery but it was constantly engaged. In the end I decided to eat what i had rather than let it get any colder. By the time I had finished my first slice it was stone cold. I honestly couldn't be bothered to complain after a few attempts, instead I filled in the feedback survey on their website.

Recently I love the pizza from dominos always up to a great standard and always on time with deliveries. Keep it up.

Always hot and on time. Really friendly staff. We have been using Dominoes Pontypridd since moving to South Wales. The staff are always kind and courteous as well as extremely hard working.

We ordered a pizza for a treat as we have on many occasions. It was promptly delivered and lovely and warm, all the toppings were really fresh. The app is also good for checking your pizzas progress!

Chicken kickers full of hard grit, pizza thrown together, it was cut terribly I actually laughed that someone is not capable of cutting a pizza, cold, oily, bland, garlic bread is drenched in grease, for the price I pay for dominos I expect to be...
