Domino's Pizza in Derby

First did not listen second was really bad

I'm a regular ordering from here. Pizzas are usually very good. Unfortunately today was less than perfect. Pizza was squashed, with toppings stuck to inside lid. Half & Half Pizza. The Tandoori Hot had minimal chicken with 1 piece of pizza having no chicken on. I'll still probably order from here, but maybe by phone rather than App like I usually do. I don't want my future Pizza like today's 😕 Recent reviews would indicate food is declining and toppings becoming scarce. Maybe it's had a change of management that is the reason for it's decline.

I had not had a domino's for a long time, and it was actually ok good. Opted for the 2 topping medium pizza deal for £7.99 and it was pretty good value for the size. Peperoni was tasty and quick friendly service. It was a little on the greasy side, but it's understandable been pepperoni

Had a cheeky dominos after a long day out with the family. Lovely grub

Don't bother, card payment only and average, overpriced pizza.

hardly any cheese on pizza meant to be a margerita which is meant to have extra cheese i would of paid for extra cheese but there wasnt an option for it as margerita already has extra apparently!! on top of that they didnt have the cadburys creme egg dessert delivery was quick food was hot but clearly lacking quality

Ordered pizza as I order every week spent over £40 pound and to then not get all my delivery so had to phone for missing order only to have to phone again for another missing item

Visited store and ordered...everything was fine until i got outside and a delivery truck was blocking my car. Told the truck wont move for 20 mins and when i went back in manager said theyve done their part, being blocked is nothing to do with them. I said as ive not had the pizza or ability to enjoy what ive bought i want a refund. At first refused, then said ok, then said it would take 3 to 5 days to process. Told him i want it now, said he carnt. The manager wanted me to leave and i said i want proof of refund before i do. Offered a screenshot of his phone to say refund process has begun. I dont know if it really has. I recommend if you want service goto a different dominoes.

Ordered a pizza and removed the mushrooms as i am allergic to them the pizza arrived and it had mushrooms on it rang up to complain and they sent another out yet again it had mushrooms on it rang up and complained a 2nd time and they finally sent one with no mushrooms on it this 🤬 up could have seriously done me harm ie hospitalised me if i hadn't have noticed lucky I inspect my food before i eat lucky for them they have avoided me taking them to court never ever using them again and wil be contacting the food standards agency on Monday about this.

The toppings are almost nonexistent nowadays. You can count them. The large chicken feast I bought had 6 mushrooms and 9 small pieces of chicken. Total rip off. You are buying a margarita with a few droppings. Don't go here.

We went to dominoes chaddesden branch . And our experience was very unpleasant and upsetting. The shift manager Mr Singh is a rude person whose actions don’t make him eligible for being manager . He got angry just for the reason we asked if you do halal chicken . Second reason as we observed was that we went there at 10:25 and closing time was 11:00. Please ask him to behave appropriately and respectfully to customer. Anyways never going back again

Me and my friends were at Dominos Chaddesden to order some pizzas . The shift manager Mr.Singh he was very rude just because we came at 10 25 and closing time is 11:00 pm . We tried asking him something but his behaviour was very rude, unprofessional , not customer friendly. If you don’t want to serve your customer then close the branch and go home . Why you being rude to customers . We were four friends and we all were shocked and upset to see his behaviour. I hope someone will hold him accountable. Thank you

Had the 2 for 1 offer it cost £24 so imo the second one wasn't free. As much as it was tasty I won't be having the 2 for one offer again.

I am yet to find a pizza which beats a dominos. It's also easy and convenient to pick up or order for delivery. Only downside was very limited parking on a busy main road. Staff were friendly and professional and the pizza was delicious!

Ordered and collect, three items when i got home i had got chips instead of garlic bread when i rang up the said either come and collect ghe garlic Bread or u can av a refund, i asked if they could drop one of as i wanted to eat the other item before they got cold and they said no were to busy !! Not where Do u live Well see if a driver is goin ur way or yes but u may av to wait a while!!! U make a mistake u put it rite i will not be using dominos chadd again

Very expensive. £47 for 3 pizzas and a garlic bread. Originally tried to charge over £70. Quality average at best. Would not go again.

Great customer service and polite staff

Had 1 vegetable supreme that was ok but won't be having one again. Plus a vegan pepperoni that was disgusting we were unable to eat it. The dog also agreed This will be the last time I'm ordering from Domino's anywhere.

I ordered on Wednesday 12" pizza. On the window it's a big advert every Wednesday and Thursday buy one 12" get one for free. The same thing is on the website. The lady at the counter just handed me one pizza, her attitude was really bad as well. Why false advertise if you can't fulfill the commitment. Pizza overall is ok

Branch is very small, Pizza is excellent Washroom was dirty .

Some many love 🍕,few times had wrong order but has been resolved but sometimes the pizza comes with no toppings on not sure how gets past quality control but the pizzas are yummy.

First time collection. Pizzas great & kids loved.

I have ordered 2 pizza today but half the pizza is just cheese and souce and the toppings are not spread properly as anyone see the photo all the toppings are in the middle of pizza .

Anti Derby chain, their Twitter admin can’t keep personal opinions to themselves. Also Papa John’s is better.

Ordered a pizza Saturday night waited over an hour for it and I was told 30 mins. When it arrived I opened the box and the pizza was cold it hadn't been cut properly it looked like it had been left out on the side longer then it should and the price had gone up more then £3 and it was meant to under a deal as well. Absolutely disgusting and felt like I had been ripped of and I'm also a good customer as well. NOT ANYMORE

Rang them after a hour to be told the driver had got lost, they said fresh pizzas would be cooked and sent out. Rang back after another hour to be told it was nearly here. Then the originals arrived as the boxes have times on them stone cold. Useless drivers and they blatantly lie to you on phone!

Dominos need to get there head out of the clouds with how much they charge on pizzas... I've ordered a few times and I've always asked for extra toppings and it's always the same amount... This small pizza I ordered. Its pathetic how much it cost £8 and they can't be bothered to even cover the pizza.

Yet another Domino's Pizza Chaddesden great order, easy very faster process using a Tuesday meal deal for two different and very tasty pizza's, warm when they arrived delivered to the door within 20 minutes by friendly covid save staff member.

Tier3 Saturday delivery meal was from a speedy Domino's Derby, used the meal deal and ordered the Beef Done which is a pizza and doner amazing! Also a standard pepperoni, excellent food , excelled service great value, well worth the order.

Poor service- No way to leave notes- we wanted half with mushrooms and half just cheese. I rang up straight after ordering and they said they won't do it, even though they could have just put mushrooms on half as they made it. They said they can't even knock on the door when they deliver and stood on our doorstep for about 10 minutes as this wasn't made clear when ordering. It came up as you need to pay for the dip- you don't this comes with it but again, this isn't made clear.

Expensive but good look at the deals would never buy separate.

Ordered during the 1st half of local game and the delivery was very quick, hot and tasty food, good portions, used discount 35% off found online, bargain. Mighty Meaty & Hot & Spicy treat.

Its too hot to cook when getting home from work, and perfect weather for pizza in the garden, online purchase and within 30 mins delivered, delicious pizza and wedges, quality service.

Nice and easy order online, watch the online service droid tell you what stage your order is at and then within 45 mins it arrives at the door, hot, tasty and just as ordered, will be using again.

Pizza is not delivered! Didn’t answer the phone

We go in there every Friday for dinner went in last night and a bloke spoke to us very bad so I will never go back in there again went to pizza Kichen three doors down they where great so going there from now on very bad service

It is what it is. Reasonable Pizza at reasonable prices as long as you use the offers. If you don't use the offers you will pay a lot.

Raised a meal from £24 to £25 and removed a bottle of drink and a side, I understand prices change but that's ridiculous and I won't be going there again

There were 8 people in the kitchen...3 of which were actually working and the other 5 were just standing there talking, trying to avoid eye contact with me or else they might have to serve me themselves, instead of the one woman they've abandoned on the till to answer phonecalls and serve customers in-house...which cannot be done at the same time, I know from waiting. The few people actually working must be amazing at their job if they're getting orders out at all. I understand not hitting forecasted sales and having to have fewer people on shift where the food can't have as much attention...but do not give me burned food and then ignore me when I can see a full kitchen of staff on a fairly quiet night. My order was picked up at roughly half past 5 on 20/1/19

Food was paid for on the app however food did not come

A little on the expensive side when delivered but you can't complain with the quality

Chicken supreme pizza. Well even a tin of chicken soup has more chicken than their pizzas! £17.99 to hunt the chicken is crazy. Far better pizza places than these lot!

While waiting for our food to be made (luckily by someone else), we could see the staff cleaning and prepping other people's food. One of the guys who had been cleaning clearly had a cold, was then asked to help prep food. He had been coughing into his hands and wiping his nose on his hands and arms. It got worse when he started to prep the food after cleaning and sniffling into his hands without washing them, it made me feel sick!! At no point did he wash his hands or use the sanitizer, or tissue for his nose. Never been so disgusted, won't be going there again!

Its dominos you cant really go wrong

Very mediocre experience from this particular Dominoes. Me and a friend ordered and delivery time was excellent. We ordered the 2 medium pizzas, 2 side and a drink deal and got charged extra as apparently the 2 sides deal was no longer valid so defo not happy about that. The 2 pizzas were tasty however they did get my pizza wrong but no biggie. My friends garlic bread was fine as he thoroughly enjoys the garlic bread. I ordered the Franks Hot wings and their was very little to no spice only tickling the tongue for a number of seconds, the texture of the chicken did not mimic that of other chicken wings. Tasting and feeling very artificial to the old buds. The 1.25 ltr drink was cold which complimented the meal overall however the delivery driver was very funny about us paying him as we were short 25p for one of the garlic & herb big dippers. Overall food is decent, customer service is shite, meh.

Called up at 23:18 to place an order as the website says it's open till 12am, and was refused service as they'd already cleaned up!

Been using Domino's for a very long time . Ordered a deal which came to over 50 pound and two pizza's came burnt. After ringing was told we could have the deal next time free. No problem everyone makes mistakes. When we rang some rude male said no just one pizza . Attitude of an ape...... won't be using them anymore....

Good food good delivery time and good offers. Carnt fault the place
