Domino's Pizza in Derry

I ordered pizza, garlic bread and cookies. No garlic sauce was given. I called and they said they are sending someone with sauce. After waiting another 18 minutes total around 40 mins we eat our food with any sauce. No sauce delivered yet. Very bad service and no knowledge how to talk to customer over the phone. I will never order form there in the future

We stopped here for a takeaway order while traveling through Ireland/Northern Ireland. The food was notably delicious, with hot and fresh ingredients. We ate the pizza in the car and couldn’t get enough of it, even though we recognized it was just a pizza chain. Ample parking is located around the back of the location which was also helpful.

I completed an order by accident for collection and tried to ring from an hour before I was supposed to collect but no answer from dominoes. So I spent money and didn’t receive anything! Shocking.

Although I love your pizzas...I found a rat in my wedges nearly the size of my uncles no, no square. This was very disappointing and it gave me ptsd of when my uncle kept me in his locked room. Although I threw out the rat and ate the wedges anyways I would like to file a complaint. Ps you should add chicken wraps.

Ordered online delivery at 4.08 pm At 5 15.I rang to find out why it was no here and they denied having the order After 10 minutes he found it oh I forgot to look at the just eat orders sorry gimme 15 minutes One hour later it arrived Wrong pizza ,3 cold sides and nachos that seemed to be mixed with cement Tried ringing for yet another hour to no avail . Never again

Excellent customer service food tasted great and was even advised on a deal which would suit our family and saved us lots of money!

I rang dominos pizza on the stand road this evening for a pepperoni pizza for my children I found the girl on the phone very rude the pizza cost 16 pounds sterling and when it arrived at my house it was cold and had spicy ground mince on it and not pepperoni like I had asked for

Recieved delivery and wedges were missing from delivery. Delivery driver returned with cold wedges a half hour later. Not cheap and frankly not good enough.
