Kebab House in Derry

Don't even sell real kebabs stinking kebab it's like it was bought from a bag in Iceland And the chicken that was in the kebab was like it was off had a very sour taste I actually thought it was raw Chips were frozen and then put in a fryer had nothing in them just crisp Never in my life would I think 10.95 is allowed for a mixed kebab

Sweet to the beat ,😍speedy delivery, staff sound as,💯, nice kebabs, no complaints lav this place I've been eating out of here 30 yrs, it's a Big yes for me 💯

Did not get the food as waiting to long phoned about it and they cancelled will not be back rude rude rude. Would need to learn manners

Got a take away , asked for 2 types of sauce on both kebabs , got a tiny tub of sauce , kebab was very dry . Won't be back .

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I got food poisoning here on Halloween night. I ordered a mixed meet kebab, I received the food within a minute of ordering which i should have guessed wasn't cooked properly! Some of the food was cold and some was hot. Absolutely disgusting and only ate half of it. I was really sick within an hour and had to go home and call in sick for work the next day! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I order at least one takeaway meal a week from Kebab-House Derry and the quality of the food is always truly superb 👌 The Phone-in staff (when placing an order for delivery) are polite, knowledgeable about their menu and exceedingly helpful when recommending maybe something new to try rather then my usual order of large doner meat, chips and chilli/garlic sauce). The delivery staff are a great bunch of people too. Always courteous, friendly and helpful and that in my opinion adds to the overall sense of a brilliant catering establishment's service. If you live here or you're in Derry/Londonderry on holiday and want to experience authentic worldwide dishes then Kebab-House Derry should be on your speed dial. Crackin' good grub folks (y)

Chicken strips are little chunks of skin with very little meat content, nearly £10 to put in the bin, absolutely rubbish!

Terrible customer service, wont be back

I am a regular customer. Had a very bad experience on 16/09/23 night time. We ordered a big kebab and asked the lady staff to cut it. She was so rude and treated us like drunken people. I personally to asked to speak with manager or a responsible person but she refused.. Felt so bad about it.

Visited the shop many times but on 16th September night, the lady staff at the counter was rude. Very poor customer service. Food is fine but very rude behaviour from the staff.

Impressive quantity and delicious. The truth is that it felt heavy in my stomach, but you already know where it's going and what the consequences are. I took the pakora durum and 100% recommended

Kebab House is the BEST place to eat in derry i had a amazing time the staff was so lovely and talkative,i ordered a 9inch pizza with mushrooms,onions and salami last wensday,WILL be going back my new fav...I 100% Recommend, ONLY £10

Just ordered a mixed kebab an hour an half ago phoned them regarding the length of time told excuse after excuse so told them to cancel order as they haven't a clue what there doing plus they didn't even contact me once until I phoned them absolute ejjits would strongly recommend ya don't order anything from these people coz ther stupid.

Was so so shocked bc reviews on just eat were nice. The meat was plain, had no flavour to it, garlic sauce wasn’t even with garlic, tasted like an oily yogurt with sprinkle of granulated garlic 🤢 same case for garlic naan oily piece of “bread” with granulated garlic. It was INEDIBLE, had to throw everything to the garbage. (I wouldn’t even feed a dog with it) The ONLY good thing was a quick delivery and coke ;) DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Will never order again! I demand a refund as the food would clearly give me food poisoning.

Pizza tasted bland and seemed undercooked. Garlic sauce was watery as if it had been diluted with water.

Dishonest business that has adverts in store offering £6 free food if you download the App. I did & could see nothing about the offer on the App. I ask the staff &am told it’s only if you order at home. I’m said there’s no mention of that on the sign. False advertising & of course, those ordering from home are not in the store to see the advert! How convenient………….. The food though is ok.

Food was really poor and only got worse when we discovered a hair in it. Didnt ask much about it or even say sorry, went to just-eat for a refund and will never use again.

Ordered cheesy doner kebab with house sauce - got a dry kebab, no cheese, no sauce. Disappointed. Also for those with a timid palette the tomato base for the pizzas could be considered spicy.

Dont know whats happend to this place since moving premises! Used to be the best donor kebab boxes in Derry. Just had one deliverd. £11.50 for a box!! Making the customers pay for the fancy new shop, and on top of that i noticed on they now add on a 50p 'service charge' the food was disgusting. Nothing like it always was before. Chips were horrible and brown. Lettuce was complete slop! Be a while before im back here again. 2/10

good didn’t arrive absolutely fuming

Ordered a pizza from here for the first time last Sunday on Just eat because the place we normally order from weren't answering the phone....seen then we have had 4 pizzas delivered since Sunday 🙈🙈 nicest pizza's I've ever tasted and the deliver is so quick..our new favourite

Tried the cheese and doner kebab and it was absolutely vile, overflowing with flavourless garlic sauce, cheese was like rubber, bread was mouldy, expensive but not reflected by quality of food. I would recommend to no one ever

Dont recommend, worst kebab and culinary experience I've had have memory of. I threw away most of the "food". Felt quite sick afterwards too.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered a simple chicken and sweetcorn on a garlic base. Could barely taste any garlic, the cheese was tasteless and rubbery (probably some kind of cheap cheese substitute) and topped with tikka chicken (not what I asked for) that was dry and tasteless. A waste of £12.75. A Chicago Town from Saisburys at £3.75 would have been 100 times better. Absolute garbage.

Amazing! Food was gorgeous and the delivery came early. Highly recommended the chili burger, it was so good 🤤 Fair prices too!

Absolutely vile..looks and tastes like a collection of frozen food done in a microwave..both of us managed to eat about half of the pizza between us..my wife managed less than one slice..we only stopped past while coming from a local concert and Nonna's Pizzas were closed..we were starving so decided to try them..massive mistake ..never again..pizza looks nothing like their photographs.. the chicken pieces were undercooked and rubbery..I have a pizza maker at home that would put these guys to shame.. don't do it folks..

It's moved literally round the corner but it's still awesome. Absolutely the best takeaway Kebab shop in town. If you love a donor on chips, this place have the best Chip to meat ratio. Everything is fresh and the sauces are delicious. Perfect spot as it's close to most of the bars. Definitely worth a pop in after a night out.

Ordered for a delivery at 12.30 and delivery time said around 12.55 its now been over an hour and I haven't received my order I haven't received any feedback regarding delivery ive phoned multiple times only for the phone to ring out horrible service wont be back

Always good kebabs but can't justify price hike now will no longer be going there 😕 😢

The naan was very good, but unfortunately the quality of this kebab was let down by the mush of meat, lettuce and sauce. No questions asked about what was /wasn't wanted. Not sure I'd return.

I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be 45 minutes but I didn't receive it. I ordered at 11.20 and was told they where still delivering. I would give it 0 stars but had to give 1 to post. Why did he take my order if it wasn't to be delivered? And didn't tell me??

Fast delivery, a very nice kebab, quick delivery. Only thing stopping a 5 star is no sauce on the mixed kebab. We like kebab sauce, garlic n chilli next time plz. Defo recommend. Thank u xxx

Terrible food, not for human consumption. Got my wrap really liquidous- something closer to soup. Strongly not recommend to deal with this restaurant.

Not happy.. ordered kebab and all I got was kebab meat and lettuce ..no other veg no tomatoes no onions just plain and tasteless.

The food wasn't cooked properly. Gave me food poisoning and was up the whole night vomiting.

Best kebabs in Derry but I've never had one sober so maybe that should be taken into account!
