Domino's Pizza in Pendle

What's happened to Dominos Colne lately? The pizza is so badly made these days. Too much cheese/ tomato sauce in one place and bare crust in another!! Toppings the same. Used to be better and it's not cheap!!

Poor , terrible customer service, I’ve order 2 pizza and after one hour I call the shop and ask where was my order because on my app was already delivery which wasn’t… I been told in 4 min the pizzas was delivered … After 15 min I call again and speak with the manager, deputy manager and told me they didn’t do my order yet, so after nearly 90 min was supposed to be waiting 20 min extra for the pizza and I have to paid is well… Very arrogant woman who definitely don’t have any experience with the customers service and hospitality industry! I will not order again !!!after I told her is well the kids was waiting to eat the pizza in San Valentines.

This spot was great in my opinion I was served with excellent attitude and my food was made very quickly and tasted the best it has in such a long a time. Definitely recommending as the taste has improved so much !!!

Pizzza was hot and nice and the delivery was quick n fast behaviour was really nice i was orderd 13" cheese burger pizza and garlic bread thankyou noman for deliverd warm food

we ordered 2 small pizzas and some dough balls at 5pm and then at 6:30 it said the food had arrived for us to then find out they had sent it to the wrong house after ringing dominos so we knocked on the door of the house and they did not reply so dominos sent us out a replacement meal only for it to show up almost 2 hours later for them to drop 1 of the pizzas on the floor and try to hand it to us!!! we then opened our food and there was hair in the pizza !!

i ordered and they gave it to to the wrong house !! not hard to read a door number , got a child at home who’s absolutely starving and wanted to treat him .

Terrible, I keep giving them chances and every time they mess up. They’ve delivered to the local pub instead of our house then tried to fob us off with the half eaten pizza that some piss head in the pub ate, they take over an hour to arrive and arrive with the wrong food, or it is freezing cold, the pizza looks like it has been scooped off the floor and thrown in the box and they charge you £20 odd quid for the privilege. And the best of all the driver told my fiancé to F-off! So I think your lives have run out. You’re a joke.

Ordered 2 pizzas and chicken strips and can I say I was disappointed the chicken strips were cold like they had jus come out the Fridge and my pizzas had a small hair or both of them can say I’m disappointed in this way to overpriced for what it was to £19.97 for 2 7inch pizzas and 7 chicken strips could of got a big takeaway for it !!!

Ordered a pizza online and given an estimated delivery time of 15-25 minutes, waited over an hour for a cold pizza to be delivered. When I called to complain I was told that because there was another customer in my area with an order they saved both to be sent out at the same time, and as they hadn't received a complaint from the other customer they weren't going to do anything about it. I had to press for a replacement to be sent out
