Only got half my order and did not receive my money back!! Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost

Was told 30 mins delivery from just around the corner, food was stone cold when it arrived.

The food was cold to day the restaurant is only 10 mins away from my house

The food was slightly cold because the map told the driver to go to the wrong spot. Not the drivers fault. Otherwise all good.

Nearly half the time I’ve ordered we’ve had missing items or cold items, but still good aside from them

delivery driver was a bit inappropriate, asked if I lived alone , when I said NO, he then asked if me and my family were happy???? not a nasty guy I think just odd

Ordered at 6.30 the food came at 8 and everything was cold wasn’t fit to eat I’m not eating cold food. Absolutely fuming when I’ve paid £20 for cold food.

Hi, I am very disappointed in this order due to McDonald’s not sending me sauces or straw. This has happened to me twice now and it’s ruined the complete meal.

i sent a text message the driver not to follow the sat nav because it takes them to the wrong place and told him exactly where my office was.i guess he doesnt speak english beacause he followed his sat nav and got lost so my food was not very nice.

Didnt get the right order ended up with completely wrong order and couldnt correct it

Fried were extremely cold and not fresh at all and for some reason on of the burger buns were incredibly small

Only because they adjust the time as it goes along so it started at 12.10am but ended up at 12.45am.

Certainly not fast food. Make time if using the drive thru. Used it numerous times and always takes an age to get through. Regularly find fries or sauces missing from the bag as well!

Came freezing and put together poorly will never use this again

I was looking forward to the chocolate cookies. Much as I like donuts, I was extremely disappointed to find them in place of the cookies.

I ordered my food and it said for an hour preparing food then it said driver at the restaurant then my food was delivered within 5 mins my food has arrived and it's cold so it's been sat there for ages until a driver has arrived to pick it up I paid 18 for my food to come cold

Ordered double sausage & egg. mc muffin meal and straight 10's all the way....... if I could 10 to dozen it would be the one who handed me my food at the drive thru 😍

Great seti s form the restaurant and the delivery driver was professional and precise in getting to the location.

They never knock on door and they leave with out giving my food

I ordered on the app at 10:55 to use rewards for breakfast - triple sausage McMuffin with extra cheese and no egg, and a toffee latte - and it didn’t go through, but didn’t know until we got to the window. It had hit 11 so breakfast ended, but we had driven there specifically as a treat after having a terrible experience at work the night before that left me feeling down. The woman serving at the window was very polite and offered to get the manager to assist, who was also very polite and extremely helpful, she sorted it so we could still get our food and drink and it is extremely appreciated! I unfortunately didn’t get their names. But it was at 10:59 - 11:05. I hope these two women get recognition for this within the company/business as they went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you.

driver told me he was sat waiting for other food in my area before my food was deserved mu mcflurry like milk

the food arrived on the other side of Luke warm, which was strange given the distance between my location and the McDonald's, but aside from that it was ok

i text message delivery drivers when they are on the way to not follow their sat nav because it will take them to the wrong place.i tell them exactly where i am and the thick idiots dont listen or dont understand english and follow their sat navs

1030-1105 weekday Restaurant area dirty tables, food had large amounts of shell in eggs, waste bin in store left with stacked rubbish for duration of visit, gents loo unusable, both toilets blocked with paper and poo. Managers name was Ravya.

food came stone cold, all burgers looked like they had been sat on, delivery driver wouldn't give us out food until we gave him the code so we did then he gave it to someone else after we showed hik the code well unhappy with my order I know its not mcdonalds staff members it'd the delivery guys

forgot 2 large fries, rang to sort it out and they were quick to find a solution. overall good service.

Cheeseburger missing, part of my kids tea and when I spoke to macdonalds the basically said tough.

Awful. The delivery said 20 minutes when we ordered and it ended up being an hour. It was freezing and stale when it arrived. The chips were inedible. Such a waste of money.

Drinks were completely spilt and had soaked through the food, delivery driver had delivered to 2 addresses before delivering to me!

I ordered a fillet meal while my mum ordered a vegetable deluxe meal. The service time was absolutely horrendous, don't get me wrong the people working here were fine but seriously me and mum waiting for half an hour in the drive thru just to get our meal was absolutely horrible, we have places to go and the drive thru wasnt even busy and the food, don't get me started on the milkshakes, they were delicious but seriously after me and mum had that, we both went sick, we felt like we had food poisoning. DO YOU EVEN STERLIZE OR CLEAN THE FOOD OR MADE SURE ITS NOT OUT OF DATE!? I HAVE OCD, THAT DISTURBS ME!? but seriously though? Don't you even know anything about cleanliness? ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING with the time service and the food. McDonalds were my childhood Drive Thru and now its the least.

Food was stone cold and missing items, this is second time this has happened. Last time as i checked out as a guest I had to drive to the store which totally defeats the object of delivery
