poor service from nelson McDonald's as per usual missing items won't be using ever again

Worst McDonald’s ever. “Fast food “ restaurant, more like “slowest restaurant ever”. We live down the road and the food was 1 hour late. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Delivery driver very rude. Don’t order from here.

Food stone cold This McDonald’s Nelson is the worst there is. Delivery takes over half hour and the food shows up stone cold. Not acceptable

When ordering i was advised that i was entitled to a free Mcflurry. I didn't get it!

My food took a while to come when it arrived it was poor quality. Had a cheeseburger that had a burnt patty. Chips that were chewy but tasted like cardboard. Sprite zero that was basically water. I will not be ordering from here again.

Wrong food. No support. Phone number doesn't work. Spoke to manager via Uber eats delivery driver, manager confirmed delivery number and said correct order would be delivered. It wasn't. Money taken and no delivery of food. This McDonald's is happy to break the law and scam people for their money and not fulfill orders. Do not order from here.

There's nothing fast about this place, you have to wait in the car park every time. When your food eventually arrives it's cold. Also why do the fizzy drinks taste over diluted?!

Where to start, food was cold, order was wrong, no straws with drinks, and sauces you dare charge 20 pence for were no where to be seen, I hope you find this in the best way but the service is appalling and the food was worse, please make this right

visited the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate frappe. After parking and tasting the milkshake, it was clear it had a strong banana taste and did not resemble a chocolate milkshake at all. We returned to the drive-thru window to politely explain the issue, but the staff member at the window did not understand what we were saying. She was extremely rude and abruptly slammed the window on us after telling us to go to the next window. This was completely unacceptable and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Eventually, we received another milkshake, but it was filled with excessive chocolate syrup, tasted off, and was undrinkable. After consuming it, I became physically sick and felt unwell enough to require medical attention. When I called the branch to report this, I spoke with a manager named Abdullah, who was dismissive and unprofessional. His response was “You what?” and “What for?” when I asked about coming back to get the issue resolved. However, when I returned to the branch, a kind female staff member was understanding, listened to my concerns, and offered a large fizzy drink as an apology – which I appreciate, but it doesn’t resolve the seriousness of the incident. I am extremely disappointed with both the incorrect preparation of the drinks, the lack of hygiene or quality control, and the rude, unprofessional conduct from staff and management. This experience has left me feeling very upset and ill, and I would like the issue fully investigated.

I was very disappointed with our order and so were my children. The main reason we ordered from McDonald’s was because of the MinecraftToys, which my kids were really looking forward to. Unfortunately the toys were missing from the order and this ruined the excitement for them. We were also missing a BigMac burger but to be honest, the food was just a bonus this time-the toys were what truly mattered to my kids. It was very upsetting, especially since the toys were the reason we chose McDonald's

My grandson ordered a burger with NO onion, lettuce, gerkin and sauce. It came with ALL the mentioned on it. Totally ruined. How do you get it so wrong????

Visited today. During my stay my little boys had an accident and fell off their chairs. They didn't hurt themselves, but were upset. The staff were amazing Particularly the lovely lady who was helping to clean the main area and a man who worked behind the tills. They rushed to help and made a fuss of the boys and helped them stop crying. They also gave us some chips and ice cream which had gone on the floor when they fell . Was really appreciated as I was on my own with both of them. Wished I'd got their names,but thanks again 😁

Absolutely appalling service from the staff in there i was waiting on an order from just eat for 2 hours to then ring the store and the 2 women who work there one being a manager was giggling down the phone before hanging up on me. If you want a good experience go to burnley one nelson one is just an abomination.
