Food was cold and shrivelled like it had been preheated

Late food and cold and no peri salt as we’d requested.

The delivery was standard was bang on 20:05 not earlier not later. The wings was good, the standard chicken burger good but the new spicy burger was a bit soggy. Chips alright can’t really mess up chips now can you? Plenty of dip that I didn’t pay for but is welcome. Over all id give it a 6/10 nothing special but nothing bad it’s alright.

Requested red salt on fries 🍟 didn’t get any at all and the chicken looked like it been refried from yesterday awful quality very poor ! Very disappointed

I haven't recieved my order and they have put down that they have delivered when they haven't. I've called the number and it goes through the call centre. the advisor on the phone is late. and they keep saying it is with the driver an another 10mins. its not here I have waited over 1.5 hrs for this order.

I did not receive my order, so I went back onto just eat and it said the place was closed but it will not let me cancel the order.

It's not a first time that food came cold....won't order anymore!

missing items, not reading notes on the food

Over an hour and half to deliver the food and it was stone cold. Absolutely awful especially as nobody answered the phone ever time we rang.

2hrs 40mins for delivery! Called to ask where the food was as I’d had a notification to say the delivery was on its way over 30mins prior, I was rudely told it was just an automated message from Just Eat - and that the food was in its way and it will be 2mins. 20mins later still no food called again and driver claimed he’d been knocking on the door no answer so went back to the shop (no1 knocked on my door) Was then told food would be remade and delivered, it was, an hour later! Absolute joke!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. 1st delivery was wrong. 2nd delivery was cold as quite clearly gone to the address food was delivered incorrectly, told them to go back to the shop and get my order right. 3 rd and final delivery order was hot HOWEVER one of the main meals was missing. Refund requested. What an absolute joke!

Always good food from here, always good service. Tasty chicken, lovely dip and the best chips to go with it.

Excellent delivery time .....The food was tasty and there was a good portion size. a few extra dips were added which we enjoyed. we would of liked a couple of napkins though. 7/10

Pizza base to hard it was like biting into plastic they using the bases from previous day…AVOID buying a pizza between 12-4pm..in evening they prepare fresh bases

Poor service. Absolute disgrace, firstly order was incorrect. Placed an order at 11:15pm and order arrives at 00:12am , cheese burger meal was missing, wings smelt off and were burnt , chips were cold and strips were rock hard. Rang them back to explain the order was missing and the wings were off and burnt and response I got was we can’t do anything as we are about to close.

After I ordered to the wrong address the call assistant was very helpful to sort it out and get it delivered somewhere half way. N even after it being my own fault they were still willing to help. N the food was still hot 👍

they've been late the last 3 times I've ordered there

Got notification that my order was ready and I waited a further 20mins in store!! They started bagging the order and didn’t have the chicken ready to make the burger so the chips and other food sat in the bag going cold, when I mentioned this I was just told ‘burger will be ready in a minute’ - so by the time I got home (3min drive) we had to eat lukewarm food - poor, no apology given just pointed to the people waiting and said ‘we are busy’

Ordered arrived with supreme fillet burger missing and still waiting for it to be delivered.

Haven't ordered pizza from dixy Pendle before. perfect, hot, cheesy & enough pepperoni on, also they didn't over cook pizza u can tell coz the cheese was stringy still👌. But disappointed with fried chicken wings, didn't look/taste fresh.

Good munch as always but fire burger wasn’t very fire at all.

Both burger meals cold. Both fries cold and soggy. Food took over an hour and a quarter to arrive. Was late and cold. Not the usual dixy standard. Not happy at all. Usually a favourite but won’t be returning. Absolutely abysmal.

Always warm delicious chicken. love the fries too as the fries are still warm on delivery, most takeaways are cold on delivery...not these guys. Delivery guys are always polite and on time. win...win...defo my favourite takeaway. anyone wanting chicken as a takeaway...kfc is expensive...these guys are better, alot cheaper and fab sevice

Items missing from my order rang the restaurant said they’d send them straight out, never bothered sending them out. Don’t waste your breath ringing the restaurant with an issue had to request a refund from just eat

Instead of strip burger meal got filet burger, Instead of cheeseburger with 2 pieces of burgers got one large, which was more bigger than bun. 🙄Chips was wet, feels like it wasnt fresh fried. Chicken wings wasnt like in the past. Defo changed ingriedients. No plain mayo. Very disapointed.

soggy microwave like chips, dry poor quality chicken. only good thing was the sauce on the chicken, and there was so much sauce to cover up the terrible texture. don’t order from here no point they suck

Ordered at 23.10, original deliver time was 12.05 which I thought was a long time. It was then updated to 12.20. When this time elapsed I raised an issue with just eat and received a text straight away telling me it was then going to be 12.40. When it got to 12.50 I’d had enough and rang the shop to cancel, he was off hand trying to blag me that I only ordered 20 mins ago. It eventually arrived at 12.50. Arrived lukewarm. Tried for a refund but didn’t want to know. Would never order there again.

Cold food and late wings all hard cold chips hard burger bun

Food was rock solid and inedible, they said they would send replacement and turned up and hour later asking for the old food back which we threw in the bin and refused to give fresh food without taking the old which was binned. Awful food and awful service

Rubbish service ordered food missed somethings from order and came back after 36 minutes. And was told it will with you minutes.

Just bangers and rude people. Says delivered 40 mins ago .its been 2 hours . I can understand being busy but it’s inconvenient especially when pay a fee for it on top of the food , 2 hours later we get it . I live 5 mins away and pay the extras online for the convenience to bring to the door .

Plus the food 🍱 is polluted from the haram money that’s being mixed with the halal money. Do not eat or order there even if they paid you to eat it. You’d be the one loosing out. Ordered Asian pizza deal and the dough was like very old and it looks as the pizza’s were reheated. Not fresh and bad taste. Did not made as said not spicy at all!

Delivery driver was on time food was delicious and still hot enjoyed it chicken was fresh and tasty enjoyed my meal.

Burnt chips and wrong order came

Onion rings and popcorn chicken tasted like they were fried in old oil or were fried some time before delivery. Otherwise all ok 👍🏻

Order was late everything was cold couldn’t eat it

Driver didnt even turn up waited 1 hour and a half and rang them aswell they said 10 minutes its been half an hour since that and nothings turned up tried ringing them aswell and no answer

Order late food cold items missing. Rang up waited half hour for missing items. Rang back told me it should be with me by now. Not the first time this has happened. Staffs response was they just work there so basically they don’t care

Dixys is a place where it’s not the best but it’s not the worst. Sometimes the foods amazing and other days it is questionable.

Food was deemed as delivered and no one actually delivered anything.

The person sat at the so called “call centre of dixys” was absolutely rude and no manners. He raised his voice at the customer just because he had to do his job. Someone please train him on how to speak to customers because this is unacceptable and I will not be ordering ever again from dixys. This is disappointing, to who it may concern, you should hire people that know how to do their jobs instead of sitting there and raising voice at the customers. Absolutely disgusted from the behaviour. Can you please make sure this doesn’t happen again to anybody? The person at the call centre needs to be consulted for it . Awful experience, rude, stupid and inappropriate behaviour

No drinks delivered, burgers smaller than advertised and cold

Food arrived warm annd nicely cooked and on time in spite of very icy conditions on roads.

The takeaway had disgusting service over 1 hour late and tried ringing and no one picking up. Rung over 10 times without joy. Came at 10.30 after ordering just before 8.30pm. Disgusting disgusting and delivery driver very rude Never again

Ordered wings and got strips which were cold, the bun on the burger was crumbling and paid for mayo sauce and got a less than half a tub.

Asked for no onions and loaded not happy ruined the food
