ordered a chocolate fudge cake and received a cheesecake, ordered mayo and received spicy mayo and i got 2 less popcorn chicken than i should

this was very bad food like the chicken wasn't cooked at all I had to throw it away never again like also the way they show the food and the description don't match the food at all. disgusting

Instead of strip burger meal got filet burger, Instead of cheeseburger with 2 pieces of burgers got one large, which was more bigger than bun. 🙄Chips was wet, feels like it wasnt fresh fried. Chicken wings wasnt like in the past. Defo changed ingriedients. No plain mayo. Very disapointed.

soggy microwave like chips, dry poor quality chicken. only good thing was the sauce on the chicken, and there was so much sauce to cover up the terrible texture. don’t order from here no point they suck

Ordered at 23.10, original deliver time was 12.05 which I thought was a long time. It was then updated to 12.20. When this time elapsed I raised an issue with just eat and received a text straight away telling me it was then going to be 12.40. When it got to 12.50 I’d had enough and rang the shop to cancel, he was off hand trying to blag me that I only ordered 20 mins ago. It eventually arrived at 12.50. Arrived lukewarm. Tried for a refund but didn’t want to know. Would never order there again.

Food was rock solid and inedible, they said they would send replacement and turned up and hour later asking for the old food back which we threw in the bin and refused to give fresh food without taking the old which was binned. Awful food and awful service

Rubbish service ordered food missed somethings from order and came back after 36 minutes. And was told it will with you minutes.

Just bangers and rude people. Says delivered 40 mins ago .its been 2 hours . I can understand being busy but it’s inconvenient especially when pay a fee for it on top of the food , 2 hours later we get it . I live 5 mins away and pay the extras online for the convenience to bring to the door .

These backward illiterate Adam kids thinks it’s still delivering drugs making the customers wait more than it’s necessary. Plus the food 🍱 is polluted from the haram money that’s being mixed with the halal money. Do not eat or order there even if they paid you to eat it. You’d be the one loosing out. Ordered Asian pizza deal and the dough was like very old and it looks as the pizza’s were reheated. Not fresh and bad taste. Did not made as said not spicy at all!

Delivery driver was on time food was delicious and still hot enjoyed it chicken was fresh and tasty enjoyed my meal.

Burnt chips and wrong order came

Onion rings and popcorn chicken tasted like they were fried in old oil or were fried some time before delivery. Otherwise all ok 👍🏻

Order late food cold items missing. Rang up waited half hour for missing items. Rang back told me it should be with me by now. Not the first time this has happened. Staffs response was they just work there so basically they don’t care

Dixys is a place where it’s not the best but it’s not the worst. Sometimes the foods amazing and other days it is questionable.

Food was deemed as delivered and no one actually delivered anything.

The person sat at the so called “call centre of dixys” was absolutely rude and no manners. He raised his voice at the customer just because he had to do his job. Someone please train him on how to speak to customers because this is unacceptable and I will not be ordering ever again from dixys. This is disappointing, to who it may concern, you should hire people that know how to do their jobs instead of sitting there and raising voice at the customers. Absolutely disgusted from the behaviour. Can you please make sure this doesn’t happen again to anybody? The person at the call centre needs to be consulted for it . Awful experience, rude, stupid and inappropriate behaviour

No drinks delivered, burgers smaller than advertised and cold

Food arrived warm annd nicely cooked and on time in spite of very icy conditions on roads.

The takeaway had disgusting service over 1 hour late and tried ringing and no one picking up. Rung over 10 times without joy. Came at 10.30 after ordering just before 8.30pm. Disgusting disgusting and delivery driver very rude Never again

Really pleased with the service and food tonight. We ordered a large amount of pizzas for a family get together. The food arrived earlier than expected,it was hot and everyone really enjoyed the food.Plus the delivery guy was a happy cheery chappy. 10/10

My supreme fillet burger was missing for my meal. I called them up at 8.40 and was told they’d send it straight out. I called several more times and the phone just rang and rang. No one would answer. I paid for something I didn’t get and the restaurant did nothing to help. Not impressed at all

The delivery driver was very disrespectful as he swore at my young son age 11.

if you want a decent spicy chicken burger look no further they are much cheaper than KFC but similar. My order was early but im not complaining about that. I will continue to order from them.

Everything was cold and stale. Garlic bread was burnt and freezing, was absolutely solid. Burgers cold and stale bread. Nuggets over done and cold. No mayo. Waste of money as we only ate afew bites.

Food is either over or under cooked, especially the chips. And the workers the young boys are rude as hell. Need to wash their hands more often too.

They helped me with my order as i ordered to the wrong dixys, the then called the other got my collection order and then made all the food from scratch and they gave some chips too eat while i was waiting. The nicest staff ever. This was Colne Dixys by the way and cant recommend enough.

Dreadful. Cold, late, and the delivery driver sprinted off back to his car while I was checking the temp of the food. Such a shame, as this used to be the best fried chicken in town.

Pizza missing had to wait for further 20 minutes for it to arrive while food went cold . Told be fresh resent out and no way that was a fresh pizza just gone back in oven and burnt. Don’t know why I do it I never learn with this place last time ordered from here had problems aswell

Order arrived an hour later than the estimated delivery time. Had to call 4 times to chase. When the ordered finally arrived 2 items were missing (pizza meal and wings). Called them and was told it will be sent in 15 minutes. After another hour still no sign of the missing items. Called back and was told they were busy. Appalling service. Will not be ordering again.

The chicken sandwich the bun was stale! Tiny bit of soggy warm lettuce on! Hardly any mayo . They could easily put fresh lettuce on and more mayo to make it not dry! With a fresh bun. Put me off now

Turned up after 2 hours, rang asking where my order was 3 times was lied to saying it would be here in ten minutes half an hour later I rang again and was told they’d ring me with an update in 5 minutes, they didn’t. I rang agin and was again lied to and told they’d ring me in 5 minutes which they didn’t when it eventually turned up after 2 hours it was stone cold. Disgusting customer service and don’t appreciate being lied to. Won’t use Dixys again.
