Domino's Pizza in Lewes

I ordered a Meal Deal Delivery for our Eurovision Party. Having ordered Garlic Dippers I received Garlic Bread instead. The next day I wrote and complained. 9.30pm (Sunday) they rang and woke Me and my Wife up! They asked me to supply Photos of the Boxes so I sent them along with a stock photo of what they had sent by mistake. I then received an unsigned email accusing me of lying! No apology just an accusation. I emailed again and this was their reply.. Hello, It has been decided that as we cannot meet your expectations, we will not longer be able to serve you. Kind Regards If Seaford Dominoes make a mistake with your order do not expect an apology from them. You can expect to be banned though! Terrible service.

Really good food and so yummy gave us free cookies and on time pizza was good quality and had lots of pepperonis

Never thought I’d review a Dominos but it’s pertinent for people to know how bad this Store is. Dough balls weren’t cooked, they seemed like they’d been made in advance and then left for ages. The Pepperoni Passion was hideous, never eaten such a bad pizza! Don’t know how you can get it this wrong. Hope this store is inspected by Dominos HQ and their Franchise is revoked.

Phoned through our pre-order an hour before we wanted to collect at 6pm. Arrived to collect our order told were not able to pay in cash. Not told this over the phone. Explained to manager we would need a receipt , payment was taken then told could not give us a receipt. After waiting 20 minutes for manager to try and give a receipt, ( pizza’s sitting on side going cold) forgot to make/cook one pizza. Waited some more time before eventually being asked to leave it with them and they would deliver. We had been waiting 25 minutes by then. All Arrived cold, charged for 8 pizzas, though only ordered 7. sadly extremely bad service from start to finish. Very expensive take away for poor service and cold food. £79.92 for cold pizzas , save your money.

Pizza took 2 hours and a half to arrive, tried calling them 7 times and they did not pick up. When it arrived pizza was burnt and not what we ordered. Poor service and we won’t be using them again!

They are always on time and the pizzas are good, always best to collect as the deals are better. I can’t comment on the delivery because we have only ever collected.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i collected my pizza from peacehaven even though i live in another town (as where i live the pizzas are horrible) When i got home i have found they had put the wrong pizza in the wrong box!! I called the store and they were no help at all, i contacted Seaford dominos who are the next closed store to me to see if they could make the pizza i had paid for, they as well where no help what so ever so i spoke to the manager, they told me to travel back to peacehaven to get my refund to then travel back to seaford for them to make the pizza i had asked for (what a joke). After calling peacehaven six time to try and sort out the problem i asked for them to refund me onto my card as i was not going to travel all that way for the cash or even a cold pizza they had told me was sitting in there kitchen!! They told me they could not refund me and i have to contact the head of company to get a refund but wont be straight away!!!! So i have ended up with no pizza and no refund..... thank you dominos for the wasted night. Avoid dominos if you can its more trouble than its worth!!
