Ordered a pizza here for me and my kids. Unfortunetly after an hour i recieved a phobe call from the driver saying he is refusing to get out his car and unless i leave my kids and come get it he would return to the shop. Guess what he did and after fighting to get a refund 7 days later i was given a phone call by the manager who promised me a free pizza and offered a number of excuses. Still no free pizza or compensation 14.02.23. Use the Jackson Road store if in Clacton as this lot are rude and useless.

Ordered at 5.30 and watched on app to see when it would arrive. After 40 minutes it wasn’t even being prepared. Rang the shop to get told they hadn’t enough staff this is the second time this has happened. I cancelled order and will not use this store again.

we like dominoes pizzas so were pleased to find one in Clacton. Goo service. as usual nice pizza so we were very happy here.

I phoned up yesterday spoke to a chap called Adam first of all down the phone he wasn’t very helpfull and was quite blunt and sounded like he didn’t want to be there , normally the staff here are great and get my pizza perfect every single time , I asked for a garlic bread with cheese which came exactly how I wanted it lots of cheese ! As for the pizza it’s put me off ever going back to this dominos ! I asked for a large magerita with a light sauce and extra extra extra cheese and expressed I wanted it caked in cheese what I got was basically just dough , barely any cheese on what so ever I even expressed I didn’t mind paying extra for it to be covered , it wasn’t nice at all and I’m very annoyed to of spent nearly 18 pounds On a treat for my daughter and basically eat something that tasted like cardboard with a tiny bit of cheese on it , I only didn’t phone up to complain because my daughter was very hungry and I didn’t want to wait another hour for her to eat, extremely disappointed by a normally very reliable friendly branch , Adam you in the wrong job!

My 2 children and I have this as a treat whenever my husband is away with work, usually every other month. I order through the app on my phone or p.c , the site is easy to navigate and order from.I have it delivered and it always arrives more or less on time and hot.

We moved to the area yesterday and after a long day of unpacking we decided to treat everybody who helped us to a pizza. We phoned up and I placed an order for 4 pizzas and one side. One of the pizzas I requested a deep pan cheese and Tomato and another one of the pizzas was a ham and pineapple. We went to collect it and admittedly I didn’t think to count the boxes. I drove home and we realised they had forgotten to put the ham and pineapple in and the cheese and tomato was on a base thinner than a normal. I completely understand how orders can be maybe put into the till incorrectly so I wasn’t angry at this point. I phoned and spoke to a nice man who apologised and said we can either have a free pizza next time or we can collect the missing one now. I explained we would need it now as there was 6 of us sharing and the man told me it was no problem. I asked if I could just have a deep pan margarita (as this one arrived as a thin crust) instead of the missing ham and pineapple as we had given the incorrect margarita to the person who ordered the ham and pineapple, as this hadn’t turned up at all). The man told us that he’s we could and we drove back to collect. The way this man dealt with the situation was very well done... it was the managers cocky and rude attitude that earned them this review! When we went to collect the free deep crust margarita, my partner went in and the manager came to the till unprovoked and said “I’m the manager. I don’t make mistakes like that!” My partner was very taken aback as we had been polite about the situation as mistakes are made. He then said “you only ordered 3” and my partner didn’t say anything. When the “deep pan margarita” came out the manager said “it was a ham and pineapple that didn’t arrive, so that’s what I’m giving you” IF YOU CLIAM WE NEVER ORDERED THE 4th HAM AND PINEAPPLE, HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT WAS THE INE WE DIDN’T RECEIVE? My partner took the pizza and thanked them anyway and we were met with the manager saying “I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt but I’m never doing this for you again!” We went on to claim he read the order back to us. Which he didn’t. It was our first day in clacton as we moved from another area, the first restaurant we visited, we were polite about the situation and we were met with pure cockiness and rudeness from the manager of the restaurant. May I add that two members of the family (including myself) work for the NHS and have a blue light card which we were informed gave us 50% off. When I mentioned this whilst ordering instead of giving us the discount he started to shuffle around pizza sizes to “make it cheaper without using the discount” which was nice of him, but I believe this was where the mixup happened. Awful experience on our first day. A lot of family were there to help us and we will all being going to Pizza Hut in the future.

Ordered 2 items at my caravan in Clacton and waited over an hour so rang the restaurant to be told they only had 1 driver so was cooking it nice and fresh and would be delay but will be with me next , waited another hour and the delivery never came

Very friendly staff. Good food. Not so keen on the music a bit young for us. The desert was fabulous Toffee and Honeycomb cheese cake. The Shiraz wine was also very good. Good service from DaisyT
