Be aware of being overcharged. A rude/miserable man tried to over charge me and when I told him he hung up on me. I was a regular loyal customer and now I won't ever go back again.

Really good pizza was lots of toppings…. Warning if you ask for jalapeño on the pizza, they chop up a whole jalapeno plant for you and my backside is now suffering! Really great pizza however (but go a lot lightly on the jalapeno guys! 😂

curly fries tasted like they had been sat out for a long time and were chewy

Whilst pizza was delivered in good time it was extremely poor quality of ingredients whilst I ordered jalapeños this doesn’t mean I want the pizza covered in thousands and not much else! Never again 1 slice eaten 👎🏻

Ordered an Iskender and Adana. Was delivered quick. On opening WELL! Firstly the iskender had no yoghurt. The Sauce was very dark brown instead of red and all of the ingredients were burnt. The same with the adana. It was absolutely disgusting and a waste of 40.00 as other than the salad chips and humus everything else was inedible.if someone can send out rubbish like that they clearly have no pride in their food. Absolutely shocking. I'm so disgusted and hungry. I will never buy from this establishment again.

Thère were decent portions of basically inferior food. The curly fries were greasy and undercooked. The fried chicken was was greasy and tasted indifferent, nothing special at all. The chicken doner was bland and dry. The lamb doner was dry, ye

Ordered a takeaway and was told that it would be 25 mins. Went there after 15 mins and it was ready however the chicken doner was cremated and the chips had been refried and were inedible. Only fit for the bin. Went in and they said they were busy and it was a mistake. The mistake was ours was for eating from here. Everyone makes a mistake but the fact he knowingly served it when he knew it was wrong shows that they have no pride and don’t care about their customers food experience. Had to give one star as that’s the minimum. Avoid

Person on the phone is just rude. States called multiple times, never once called. Was rude, you have to go to reception to collect as they don’t want the driver to drive around a loop. Food cold.

this has to have been the worst pizza I had ever had from them. I ordered close to closing and that seemed to reflect in the way the pizza was made , there also seemed to be a funny taste to it . I couldn't even managed one whole slice. after taking off the onions I gave the rest to my dogs .a total waste of money

Pizzas really didn't taste if anything. Was missing the pepperoni and BBQ base, really disappointed and won't be ordering again. Gave them a second chance but not again.

Chips hard , kebab was nice but missing bottle of Pepsi ,delivery driver couldn’t give a dam about it, overall disappointing

Really did not enjoy this meal unfortunately, haven't had a meal from here in a while and thought I would give it a shot but unfortunately the meat was dry and tasted old, completely misread note, chips underneath the cheese were just inedible, gave up eating it less then halfway through, used to love the food from here and I have to say that I've been put off greatly after this recent tryout.

the food was cooked perfectly. it arrived hot ,they even remembered the free bottle of drink as the order was over £30 . everyone enjoyed the meal

I have been throwing up and I’m not happy with it.

Food is usually good but tonight after delivery, pizza was salty instead of tasting of bbq and the burger was pretty tasteless, hopefully its a temporary problem.

Tried for the first time. Really nice burger with a charcoal tasting burger and nice cheese. Lots of fries. Chicken nice so no complaints. Better than others in this area 👍🏻

Paid online and charged me £4 for cheese when they came to My door. The owner was very rude on the phone and gave no warning for the extra charge.

Food was OK. Ordered deserts, chocolate fudge cake was a very small slice with no chocolate on it! Cheesecake arrived completely frozen, once I was actually able to eat it it tasted awful. Won't be ordering again.

Chips, soggy oily. Donner meat cooked to within a inch of its life. Burger sauce so sweet it could of been custard. Burger was actually quite nice.

Staff unfriendly and not much meat and wanted to charge me £1.70 to put onions in a separate container for £9.00 I would of expected more. Go to buffaloes next time 😡😡😡

Got a kebab last night. I had one large mixed kebab which came with pot chilli sauce and salad, also two portions of chips. To my surprise the cost was £21.40. Wether that is correct or not I am not sure, but at those prices I will not return.

Turkish kebab is always the best from here! Authentic and never fails to deliver - the shish kebabs especially are amazing. Thank you Bar-B-Q House for always being my go to kebab takeaway.

Got kebabs from here unfortunately. The meat was dried up like witches toenails. Instead stomach devastation. Hot sweats.... My son has been up all night vomiting and diarrhea. Luckily they are not on TripAdvisor. This place is DANGEROUS. AVOID.

Last night was the last time I order anything from here.. had a bad meal last year after always using these for brilliant food so I thought I’d give them another try.. completely wasted £23!! I rang them to tell them this time how bad the food was burnt lamb & kebab but doner barely cooked.. chips had been double cooked dripping in grease & I also told them the chocolate fudge cake I ordered was soaking wet one side & not even edible.. they offered nothing not even an apology.. don’t waste your money here!!

We are working down this way and quickly tapped up a just eat... If this review saves anyone else from the disappointment we received I have done my job.... Absolutely complete and utter the worst takeaway I have ever received... I had better food served to me while working in Yemen alongside the WFP programme.... Absolutely no effort whatsoever, basically a cold rustler burger and cheesey chips which was basically melted white plastic on some cold chips....DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE... apparently the vegetarian pizza is OK, but I wouldn't take his word for it because he is quite odd

I would just like to say I’ve eaten here for years and 90% it’s decent enough food however this evening I ordered two kebabs. They arrived and were very poor quality, basically inedible. Rung them and sent the food back and when I rung to see what was going on with my replacement ( that was guaranteed in the previous phone call) , I spent 18 minutes on the phone arguing with the owner. He yelled down the phone as to why it was my mistake and to order something I actually like next time along with I was just trying to scam money and a free meal out of him and that we were also lying about not liking the food (there is way too much to write already and that was just partial to what he said overall) . The service is severely poor from the owner and coming from someone who works in the hospitality industry means something as we always kind of give way. He did not understand as to why I was asking for a refund / replacement as he said the kebab was “very well done”. Let him know I wasn’t happy with the food and calmly suggested over and over that if he would like to keep his locals happy and his business thriving that he rectifies his mistakes…. Only to be told it was my mistake again. In the end (once we finally got there) he told me if I wanted a refund I would have to walk to the shop (probably thinking I weren’t going to turn up) So I did and got the refund with no problems. His attitude changed drastically once I was stood in front of him. Never will he be getting my business again and really wouldn’t recommend unless your looking for a very very last resort ……

I ordered my food and then waited 2 hours waiting for it to be delivered, tried calling the shop and they did not answer and then I check the progress of my delivery to be told that my order had been cancelled. It’s an absolute joke I would recommend staying away from this shop as it is very bad service.

If I could put zero I wpuld. ....... Very rude. Rang to ask for more delivery money even after it was paid on just eat. Paid extra for things on pizza never put them on!! Won't order again

Absolutely disgusted! I checked to see what time this place was closing and online it said 12am. I rang up just after 11pm and told the man what I wanted, he said they only take cash. So I said I’d ring back in 2 mins so I could check if I had the cash, he said it was fine. I was 5 mins at the very most and tried to ring back but they didn’t answer. So I thought I’d drive up there, when I got there the door was locked and they told me I was too late, although it was about 10:30. Very very poor customer service. I highly recommend Family Pizza instead, incredible food and top quality customer service. Shame on you Bar B Q house.....

Food is a good price and waiting times are not too long.

The best take away place in England if I am honest. We always come here everytime we travel to Walton. The staff are always super efficient, always attentive. For example, when I arrive with my children, the owner (I think) offers the kids a drink whilst we wait for our food. Their Farmhouse Pizza is beyond words. There are a few other takeaways opposite etc that I haven't tried yet, but I always gravitate to this one. It deserves 5 stars all day long. It is super reasonably priced, amazingly clean as you can see all the salad/meat (food) prepared and you can see wihlst they are cooking. Genuinely really nice staff too.

Easily the best takeaway in the whole of Europe. Certified.

Shocking rude staff over the Phone. Gave wrong orders of Pizza and waited forever for delivery and arrived Cold. So I called and complained. They didn’t care and hang on me then I recalled and they said I didn’t order with them and not their customer? And hang down again so I got furious and drove down there shop and gave their pizzas back and demanded for refund and funnily how they changed and went “sorry sorry” soon as I walked in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The food is ok, but the portion sizes aren't worth the money you pay compared to some of the other takeaways in the town. I have given them the benefit of doubt but having ordered large kebab the last 3 times I've only received a small kebab but in a large container. Won't be using them anymore.

Such a shame used to be great value for money. Ordered and paid for an EXTRA LARGE kebab with cucumber and onion, I received a small kebab with tomato and cucumber. It was cold as were the chips, which seemed to be non existent also. Tried telephoning to complain...... wont be ordering from this ripoff establishment again!

Reasonable quality food at a very good price. Free deliveries with orders over £10. 5 on food hygene rating. Sampled the Margherita and Double Pepperoni pizzas and found them to be adequate. Given the range of items on their menu, I would not expect the staff to have a good idea of which items contain allergens. If this review is helpful please press like.

I phoned up to ask about allergens and was confronted by someone who was very rude, shouting at me over the phone because he was busy and has no information on the food that they serve. Safe to say (and saving myself from Anaphylactic shock) they will not be getting my custom.

Not happy at all. Food took over an hour to get here, the burger was hot but was missing salad and sauce that was asked for and the kebab was barely luke warm, poor quality meat, very small portion, drowned the meat in sauce so who knows if it even had any flavour. Will not be going back, should had stuck to reliable quality food.

Never going back the chicken was really over done.my husband just put his in bin. Should of gone back for your money
