Domino's Pizza in Warwick

Person who delivered was great however i had no dip, this is the crucial piece to the pizza and they forgot it. It made me very sad and i think they need to put themselves in some rice to complete a full reset; maybe try turning it on and off again. Better luck next time. I’d like a free pizza

Husband collected large pizzas last night and a side, £18. Card machine was going funny and said transaction had gone through on our end, until when he arrived home it was refunded (a problem with their machine clearly- not our fault!). Suddenly he was called twice at 11pm at night which woke up our baby! The monotone sounding girl who made the call could not care less about the time and even said at the end of the call ‘sorry about the time haha and can we drive back?!!!’ as if it was some joke. These are not appropriate hours to be calling and certainly can’t just assume we live in the area! The manager said ‘well these are the times we operate so that’s why she called you’ despicable, staff here are clueless.

No regard for allergies, very ill Informed rude area manager, just said they don’t serve nuts when tried to raise issue about daughter who had severe allergic reaction whilst in store working. Tried to raise with customer services who fobbed me off by saying they are a franchise .

The staff is very good moreover the manager harry is very polite and cooperative☺️

We have used Dominos for many years, and have found since COVID they have dropped the 50/50 option (along with lots of other options from their menu) but when we wanted the option could call up and ask that our order that had been placed online be changed to 50/50 manually. Tonight we called to do the same to be bluntly told by the manager Jack this was no longer an option. Some nonsense about vegetarians complaining meat had gone on their side of a 50/50 option. We spend £30-£50 here normally, not any more, we'll use PaPa Johns where we can do 50/50 straight off the menu...

I m regular domino eater. This was worst so far. Peppers were so big. And cheese was not even baked properly. Pictures attached

It is always tough to review franchises as 90% of them are the same, a few bad, and a few good.......This one is one of the BEST!! I am a pizza guy and Dominoes is an easy way to have a good pizza every time. I have however recently been in Kenilworth and on 2 occasions in the past 6 months ordered pizza from here, and have to say that they put the time and effort into the food- I would say they have provided me with some of the best Dominoes pizza I have ever had!!!

I just want to say that the Cheeseburger pizza has changed my life..absolutely amazing combination of burger and pizza…all round though, food is always top notch!!!! You make my Friday evenings magical😀😀

It's Domino's. You know the pizza you're going to get. The difference comes down to service. We had a delivery tonight and, unfortunately, one of our pizzas wasn't what we ordered. Mistakes happen, and, from a business's perspective, what matters is how you deal with mistakes. I called straightaway, spoke with a very helpful lady who listened to me, understood the issue, and arranged for the correct pizza to be sent out as soon as they could. It arrived when they said it would and was spot on. 4 stars because there was an error, but it was fixed as best they could.

Ordered on the app for collection. Ordered wasnt correct when we got there. Had to wait for 1 of the pizzas to be remade. Think this was because of new staff. Food was delish as always is from dominos.

Buy one get one free and a bottle of Coke 28 quid prefer a decent Indian

Sorry, pizza was undercooked, not very enjoyable at all. First time user and did wonder why I hadn't seen it busy. Maybe a one off but reluctant to try again

Absolutely brilliant place to eat and work, as a former employee I can recommend the staff here and say wholeheartedly that you won't be let down by the support and kindness of everyone at the store. Customer satisfaction is their top priority but this does not hinder employee communication and respect. Undoubtedly the best place I've ever worked, and would recommend it to anyone considering a job change or a flexible part-time position alongside another job.

Turned up one was done the other wasn't, had to wait 10 mins for another to be cooked.

Their drive hit the bridge on Common Laneznd attempted to drive off before the Poluce arrived. There is a suggestion that drivers were switched back at the Leyes Lane takeaway

Nothing special...why does bread and topping cost so much?

Ordered a pizza and it took an hour to arrive. But when it arrived it came without toppings so I had to phone them for ages before they decided to answer and then said it would take another 30 minutes and that I couldn't order the new yorker as it wasn't gluten free (yet there was the option to order that) and so I had to change my order to texas bbq and it still hasn't arrived :/

I am not happy tonight. I have ordered a medium pepperoni passion pizza with stuffed crust and cookies - cost me £23.48. I thought this was a little bit too much to pay, knowing this could buy me a weeks worth of pizzas from the shop. I asked the man what deals were on at the moment and he told me there was one of which was more or less buy one get one free. I asked him how much it would cost to upgrade the pizza to a larger size hoping it wouldn’t be too much more expensive but he failed to understand what I meant. After a lot of confusion over what I could get cheaper changing my order, he told me ‘did I want to order or not because I can go online’ with attitude. I then decided that given no other options to figuring out what I could get for my money that it was easier just to order my pizza and cookies. After ordering, I find out that there is a deal on of ‘1 LARGE pizza, 2 sides and cookies for £15.99’! I’m disgusted that I asked constantly about the deals and was not informed about them. The man on the phone could clearly recognise that I wanted to find out what deals were on and I wanted more for my money but obviously just couldn’t wait to finish work. I usually like this dominoes very much but want impressed with the service at all tonight! Very disappointed 😞
