Domino's Pizza in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Arrived cold, sent dairy dip with vegan pizzas and missed one dip on order. Chips were freezing, called to request some fresh chips and vegan dips to be delivered. Got put on hold for 6 mins, rang back got told they would send them out asap and never turned up. Terrible service, overpriced crap and useless staff

Food arrived cold, which isn't acceptable when you're spending that kind of money.

I keep telling my self not to bother no more with Dominos thinking things have to get better 😂 I give up! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Haven't had dominoes in a while so it was a treat tea. Thoroughly enjoyed it and it was nice too! Tasted fresh and dough was soft and fluffy. Not a greasy at all like most pizzas you get from takeaways. Used the voucher of 50% off pizza which was definitely worth it. Throughly enjoyed family time with our pizzas tonight, thanks dominoes ☺

As advertised, a £9.99 large pizza with 2 toppings (collected). Apparently I was 4 minutes late for this offer and was now £12.99. I can't see anything on these offers stating a 4pm cut off before the price goes up. I ordered in person at the counter at 16.04. Beware, another small print rip off business (that said, I couldn't find anything in the T&C's) They are nice pizza's, but they're too expensive for what you get.

Ordered pizzas and some sides and drove to collect it about 2 miles away Upon getting home the pizza had barely any toppings on it and had to go back to get it sorted, then we discovered we also had the wrong sides aswell

I have been previously put off ordering from domino’s that was local to my house in north Hull. Sometimes it was over or under cooked, other times it missed toppings or they were very shady with the cheese. I’m pleased to say after three separate orders, that the flavour of a decent pizza is here from the Holderness Road branch. The crust (always stuffed) is soft and just doughy enough. And it always gets here when I request a set delivery time. My only negative, and this is aimed at domino’s the company, not the franchised store I order from, is that even when you apply a deal discount to your order, your looking at around £16 delivered. Even for a decent pizza like I ordered (large stuffed crust New Yorker), it’s still a lot of money for a pizza. I’m fortunate I don’t have to check my bank balance before ordering one, but in these financially tight times, people would struggle with these prices hence they go elsewhere. Anyway, as I have said, a tasty if not over priced pizza that I will keep coming back to as my regular pizza place. Cheers

Second time ordering and despite clarifying address (and postcode for satnav) for the second time...driver called as gone to wrong address and late coming to correct one. Not some obscure or difficult address and nobody else has issues finding. Driver turned up, full of excuses. Told go away as totally not acceptable service. Rated 1 of 5 but wouldn't actually give one. Totally useless service.

I am usually a regular customer order at least once a week and I’ve never had a problem until I waited nearly 2 hours for my order I phoned twice to check up on it first time I got told it was on its way now so I waited an extra 35 minutes and called them back again baring in mind I only live down the road again I got told it’s coming now the driver has it which again I got lied too because I then waited another 30 minutes until it actually arrived I will not be using this store again. Food arrived cold I was that hungry I wasn’t calling back and waiting about another few hours to be sorted.

Absolutely awful customer service and cold food. 2nd time recently I’ve ordered from here and the food was freezing when it arrived 2 hours later. Called up and the women on the phone had a terrible attitude saying “we are having delays”. Deffo won’t be ordering from here again. Waste of time and waste of money!

First time ordering and ordered through the app. Was amazed at the discount we got!! Not only that but the service altogether is great. The food came quickly and was hot on delivery which we was pleasantly surprised about. The delivery driver was nice too. Really impressed with everything 😊

Really nice pizza very filling but i got food poisoning from my order and now i feel very dead and havent been able to sleep properly because my stomach hurts alot aswell also the staff who deliver are so nice

Not happy we orders some garlic and cheese twists and we received pepperoni ones not realising but into them and I am a vegetarian appalling service maybe they should check order before sending as it’s not the first time it’s been wrong out also pizza was cold would not advise to order

Absolutely awful! Ordered at 18:51 still waiting 21:56. Food arrived after we ordered from another place and didn’t give any notice on when was going to be delivered, we rang 3 times, the first we were told our driver was on the way, second we were told they couldn’t find the order and was making it again and the third we were cut off before we even got an answer. Will never order from there again!

just want to say thank you to the man who delivered my food this afternoon, he was so kind and lovely. even closed my door for me when I had my hands full :)

Was bit disappointed with last night's order..... arrived luke warm. Ordered the volcano and the only thing spicy on it was a jalapeño! Other then them tasted ok!

Pizza was great, but service appealing. Ordered using the app, and did flyby, where they bring the food to your car. Sat in a boiling hot car for 15 mins and still nobody brought food, so I had to go inside and it was sat waiting on the warmer. I have no problem going to collect, but don't offer to bring to car if you can't be bothered to honor it.

This is are not edible, are very old cooked and are taste disgusting 🤢 I think they was cooked (minimum)one week ago and just heated again .. I paid for chicken wings and I receive this s***t .. Even my dog will eat this ..

Used to trust them. I am almost certain I got served real chicken on my vegan pizza. Such a shame. Had had it a few times before so I know what its supposed to be like.

Used to be good service, haven’t had a problem up until the new management. Seems like everyone that works there is trying to do a decent job but get dictated from the manager. Manager does nothing to correct a situation, when given the wrong pizza I’ve been asked to pay to deliver the right one; Even though I had paid for delivery last time. So rude on the phone and had very little time; don’t want this reflecting on the poor staff under her. Management terrible.

This is the first time I have used Dominos as I always thought it was too expensive. However thought I would give it a go as had a promo code for £20 off, so I thought, bonus, tea won’t cost a lot. I honestly don’t know where they get there prices from. Nearly £20 for a pizza, that when it did arrive was cold and quite honestly, disappointing. I have had better pizzas for less than half the money. The wedges were also cold and I’m not sure what the cookies were supposed to be but they were tiny little lumps of soggy chocolate. In fact I’m surprised anyone gets there orders as the delivery driver couldn’t find my house, rang me to get me to come outside as apparently he was next door. When I went outside he was five houses up the street, looking like he had been to his mates house first, oh do you happen to know such and such….no I don’t mate. Best pizza I've every had. Would highly recommend to anyone, there's both vegetarian and vegan friendly pizzas too!!!

The pizza quality was shocking, looked like the food had been just thrown on. The delivery driver was rude, doesn’t appear to know what manners are. It’s a shame as we do enjoy dominos normally but definitely not the Holderness road branch. For how much it all costs it’s really disgusting

Absolutely disgusting my daughter came home after working long shift ordered some food and they didn’t turn up with food they was no tracking and when we tried to ring them it kept going through to the town branch. After lots of phone calls we discovered that the holderness road branch had closed. So they took her money didn’t bring her food then shut shop and no other dominoes shop would help or even send her food out so she’s now no food but yet they’ve taken her money won’t send it back or send food out and told her to phone the holderness road shop tmw. This is ridiculous and disgusting and not helpful at all. Won’t be using dominoes ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am biased as I work for Dominos but the food is great, service from our staff is excellent, and we do get the food out fresh and hot.

Ordered pizza meal at 6:35pm kept following the app but the app was not working and was giving off false info for 15mins+ checked again and it said it was out for delivery but it could not give the right info out so I decided to ring the holderness road branch at 7:30pm I got through gave my detail address etc and the young lady on the end of the phone replied with attitude an I quote (and what about it in a gruff tone) I replied what you mean what about it and I would like to know what stage it was at the reply was hesitantly but came out with the excuse the ovens have been playing up (music in the background playing) and it will be with you soon I asked but it’s gonna turn up cold etc the young lady said with attitude again(well if it turns up cold ring me and I’ll resend the the whole order ok) if you keep customer delivery Computer information you will see we do order quiet a lot fro you but after this experience tonite I’m gonna seek out alternative pizza sources,I will be looking for a reply to this email in the due course.

We love domino’s pizza especially the cookies. Prices are a bit high so worth getting when there’s offers on. Food always arrives fast and still hot so all good!

Arrived very fast and the food was delicious! Slight mix up with the order but it was sorted quickly and promptly! Richard the delivery driver was lovely :)

Ordered 2 pizzas and received 2 completely different pizzas than what I ordered.

Had 3 bad runnings so far, first ordered a pizza, sides and an ice cream the ice cream only came half eaten, second time they oweded me money as they had zero change and dont carry change and then today ordered a cheeseburger pizza and it came with no sauces just pickles tomato and a bit of minced beef save to say wont be ordering again especially at the prices and they cant get your order right!

It really disappoints us how inconsistent this branch can be. We order double sauce every time and its just a complete lottery with what you get. Sometimes it is spread so thin its barely covering the pizza which shouldn't even be the case with single... You pay money for the extra toppings so it should be consistent

The food was nice and ingredients fresh, you can eat in and it was very cost efficient for the quality.

If you want some proper baked dough, I can’t think of anything else other than Dominos. I love Domino’s. The staff are awesome!!

Rubbish paid 10 quid for a pizza which wouldn't fill a toddler rip off prices for bog standard pizza which you can get from anywhere,, staff are ignorant never again would I use this place look at reviews before you go

Looks good at the front but venture around the back to see the staff smoking in there uniforms before going back in to cook your food , litter all over the place around the back along with a smelly disused fridge

Ordered 4 pizzas, got home and 1 was incorrect and actually for another customer. Drove all the way back to be met by a staff member making the most flippant comment of "just keep it". You've just blown it holderness road as this is the degrading level of service I would expect from nowhere!!

Pizza have to much tomato base on them makes them soggy ! Tell them every time we order and they still send it the same every time 🙄

Great food but staff are very poor! 3rd time I've had a problem with them. First time the pizza tracker was stuck on baking for around 40 mins, when I called and asked them the woman on the phone didn't sound very bright for starters and didn't appear to have much of a clue as to what was going on. She said it would be there soon. I ordered 2 large Italanio pizzas, one Roma, one Salami and wedges and when it got here they sent two salami. I called and they sent out the order again which was nice but messed up the roma pizza by not adding the rocket on top! On another occasion the food took 2 hours to arrive! Pizza tracker stuck on preparing this time! I called, same woman I think, this time she moves the phone away from her when I'm trying to ask her the question of where my food is, extremely rude and again she doesn't seem to have a clue what is going on at all. She said I'd be waiting up to another 40 mins, instead I was waiting an hour. They had to call me because they then couldn't find my house (for the 2nd time I might add) these guys run a pizza delivery service! Shouldn't they have at least basic GPS!!? Please stop hiring under qualified people here... else I'll go elsewhere which is a massive shame as I love the taste of Dominos!

Domino's is usually amazing. They didn't have the garlic and herb sauce, and it was over cooked and just tasted bad. So disappointed with this store

Went there today using their spend over £40 get 50% off offer. Ordered a Vege volcano with beef and a Margherita both large plus the chicken strips box and hot chicken strips box at a total cost of £22 after the discount and have to say every part of the food was bang average which was such a shame as ive had Dominos before and loved it. Last time ill be ordering here though as theres so many better pizza shops around in East Hull like Galaxy, Pacinos, Porto or Buon Appetito and they cost a lot less than Dominos

I ordered my food online and decided to go for two create your own pizzas on a BOGOF offer for collection only. I also ordered a bottle of coke and some cookies. As I was driving home I checked my pizzas and they was both cheese and tomato. So I rang up and complained and as I was getting mad with the young lady working there I decided to hang up because it wasn't her fault and she did handle me quiet well. Then the manager rang me up and offered to do the pizzas and deliver it. So overall they did brilliantly! Good job Domino's!
