I ordered a pizza from here on Monday afternoon and since Monday evening I have had chronic diarrhoea with anything consumed coming straight out. Also some minor vomiting yesterday. My partner didn’t eat any of the pizza until the following day and he has been plagued with the same issues as well. After posting in community groups on Facebook it seems we are not alone and other local friends have also had similar issues. I’ve made a complaint online to head office - they have sent me a form to complete which requires printing to do so and wants to know what I ate for the three days prior. The only food that my partner have eaten that is the same is that pizza. Do not order from here unless you want to be seriously ill

The pizza we got was cold, conjealed and quite disgusting. I complained but was offered another meal. Most of the issue was probably delivery time. The driver obviously got lost, and was very likely in a car. I asked for my money back and it all went quiet ! I like Dominos but I won’t be using them again ! It’s not like they are the only pizza in town.

I've used this place more than twenty times in the last three years, home deliveries and collection in person. Every single time I have a pizza from here I get plagued by 'the runs' for the next couple of days. It's taken me this long to blame them as I needed to be certain. I don't know what they do with their food, but it is unique to this particular Dominoes branch.

Usually order from here but they stopped delivering for the last couple of months. Seemed to be able to order for delivery again on the app, put my order in but the app said it had failed. The money has been taken from my account and the app said to call the hut, called multiple times and no one answered - absolute donkeys. Do not order from this hut, guess I’m a dominoes man now :(

I had spoken to the manger of this store and he had told me they had not received the order from Uber eats although my query was asking about allergies and he had been very rude on the phone and u helpful. When food had arrived after trying to cancel the order I had ate some and found a finger nail In my food I was appalled ,disgusted and angry as I felt this was tampered with due to the fact of the manger Being rude and probably done that to the food. I am still waiting to see if I can get a full refund as I am disgusted on the hygiene of this place and the rude management.

We ordered two wraps on a Sunday night, were told we couldn't pay by card over the phone and if we wanted to pay by card only one driver had a card machine so it would increase our delivery time to over an hour instead of 40min. Clearly a tactic to encourage people to pay in cash as our order was only £13.00 and we didn't want to wait ages for our meal so agreed to pay cash. Little did we know that in the end we were waiting over 2hrs for delivery and dispite multiple calls to the restaurant we were unable to get any updates on where our meal was until we finally got through to the restaurant and were told the driver could not find our address dispite it being 15min away from the restaurant. 1.5hrs after making the order we were told the driver was 10min away. Further calling and 2h.15min after making the order the driver finally pulls up on our driveway, he parked his car half on the road half on our drive way banged on the door and when answered just stated £13 no apology no hello nothing. I took the food and gave the driver £10 I informed him if he wanted the rest of his money he could get his manager to come and speak to me and at least apologies to me for such terrible customer service and delivery time. At which point the driver tried to snatch the food back from me and started shouting that he is the boss and owner and if I wasn't going to pay full price he would take the food back and throw it away. I replied do you really think over a 2hr wait and no apology or anything is good customer service and the right way to run a business if he was the owner. At which point he stormed off into his car shouting at me that I was banned from his restaurant and then proceed to abuse me in his native young which I assume was Greek. I didn't think the experience could be much worse and then a few minutes later the same person then proceed to blow up my phone with multiple calls shouting down the phone at me that I was "a cheap man" and "banned from his restaurant" he also was asking me if I was English no idea what relevance that had to his argument. He then also tx me abuse afterwards (picture attached) All this over £3 if he is the business owner he clearly needs to go back and have some further lessons on business acumen, customer service and overall advise on how to run a business. He clearly needs the £3 more than me and if he carries on running his business like this then definitely will need all the £3s he can get. Totally disgusting and never again
