Shitty macdonalds to order for I have order few times from here and is always a missing item, you should change the manager and put someone in charge that can make sure the orders are handed fully to the drivers

Horrible. First and last time I'm ordering from this place. It takes ages, they don't send everything, food looks disgusting. They just don't care. Lucky me I managed to get my money back. McDonald's should be closing this "branch".

This McDonald’s is absolutely useless. I am convinced they get it wrong and don’t send items on purpose. How hard is it to read an order and put the right things in the bag. You order a meal and they won’t send any drinks. I order a brownie they send me a cookie, I ask for no lettuce , they give me lettuce. Order sweet chilli sauce? NOPE, we’ll send you garlic. This place should be closed down

I have ordered McDonald's twice on the app and it is always sent to this place for some reason. Not only have they gotten my order wrong on BOTH occasions, but the food I receive is always disgusting and cold. I ordered a burger meal today and I generally do not understand how you can pack the order and only send the drink and the chips with no burger!!! On the first occasion where I received some of the burgers ordered they were not made correctly. Honestly, keep your money! Don't waste it here!

I always have frustrating experiences with this McDonald’s kitchen that I cannot recommend. Every time I ordered through delivery, there were missing items, ALWAYS!!! Despite reaching out to Uber Eats customer service, they were unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue or offer any refunds or credits. I only order once in a while as a treat for my children ( and when I want a day off from cooking) and it’s awful when they don’t get what they want and I have to proceed with an alternative meal. It’s disappointing to deal with a service that repeatedly fails to deliver what was promised, especially when the customer support doesn’t provide any real solutions. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options instead of ordering from this McDonald’s.

This is the worse McDonalds ever, always an issue. How complex is it to read an order and make sure the customer receives what they paid for. Why is someone not checking the orders before they go out 1 3rd of my order missing this morning. Going back to ordering from Church Street. Swan Close you are completely incompetent.

I’m very disappointed I ordered a Big Mac for my son who’s allergic to cheese clearly siad I don’t want it for my son but they still put it in will never order from this McDonald’s ever again

I recently ordered from McDonald’s through Just Eat, and it was a complete disaster. The food arrived cold and several items were missing from my order. This is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a service that should ensure your meal is delivered correctly and in a timely manner. I won’t be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed!

If I could give ZERO STARS I definitely would and I will do that as soon as possible because it is ridiculous. I have ordered food today for me and my children. It was meant to come at 9:04. It is now 947. It said it was delivered at 9:04 but I was outside since 904 and no food no delivery driver came whatsoever. I had to quickly run to an alternative restaurant and order food for me and my children so spending spending spending like they’re gonna give me all this money back like I’m so not happy at all. I’m furious and I want my money back.

Regularly get a delivery from here but there is normally something missing but Uber eats at least give money back and that’s the price you pay for sitting in doors waiting in your pyjamas . Be aware that McDonald’s app won’t credit , you can phone McDonalds and you get through to India, spoke to too different people including a supervisor who basically said tough and just wanted to end the call , their final advice no credit and to take your concerns to swan close . I took a picture of the plain burger we wanted with the sticker on the box McDonald’s not interested so you have no rights put up & shut up Stick with Uber or Just eat .

Received completely the wrong order and they won't pic up the phone. And the drink being the only thing that was correct ,probably by coincidence tastes like mold.

Absolutely awful. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where we are on the delivery apps - literally less than 10 minutes away but it's a stand alone kitchen and not a restaurant so you can't go there to eat. The food ALWAYS arrives cold, every single time it needs to go in the air fryer to heat up. Drink cartons are half empty, hot drinks arrive freezing. The delivery time goes up and up, nobody picks up the phone and the delivery apps don't bother doing anything about it. I don't know how this place gets away with it, really I don't. I have honestly never had a decent experience from this place.

Just one star. I ordered from here and it took 1 hour. The food was cold and did not taste as good. The burger had a bite inside. Bad 😡😡😡

Awful , I ordered via number eats and paid priority delivery😡😡😡 But I could see it on my app that McDonald’s took Nanny 15 minutes just to wrap up my food so it’s sitting there and when I got it, it was freezing chips look like they’ve been cooked over and over. It is disgusting McDonald’s. You need to look at these reviews and be concerned it’s not fair on regular custom.

Pathetic experience. First the food was cold. The 20 chicken nuggets came with no dips although it Is supposed to come with 4 and all was selected in the online order. The big chips had same or less than medium. The McCrispy bread was hard and tasted to be a day's old. Not fresh. ...and to top it off, the delivery took double the time they showed. It is worthless to order from the McDonald app in Croydon as the delivery defaults to this kitchen. Further update. McD gave 2 vouchers for goodwill gesture because of bad experience. 3 days later when I am trying to use today for first time , to our surprise it shows the vouchers are used. Very strange. It is a scam process. First silence customers by offering vouchers and then the vouchers are unusable. No more online booking for McD from me.

Unable to send correct food via delivery each and every time. So frustrating. They definitely need to revise the process for packing deliveries

Ordered for 5 people and this is what I got, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We were missing half of our food the hot drinks and fries were cold and told that there was nothing we could do to get our money back the McFlurry was melted and half filled and every single time I have ordered from this restaurant I have been given full fat Coke instead of Coke Zero which as a diabetic is severely dangerous they need to understand that it is a dietary requirement I will not be ordering from this store again as the food is always below standard I feel robbed of my money and very disappointed in a brand that most people trust

Constantly serves cold or stale food. Definitely should be checked for food safety and quality control!!! Wonder if it’s a franchise. Will not set a foot there anymore!

I was waiting for my food for over an hour when my food turned up it’s was so cold like it just came out the fridge my McFlurry was melted like water and my milkshake looks disgusting as it was sat for so long a picture of my milkshake I will upload. Don’t ever Order for Delivery , usually you get someone elses food , and its been happening for a looong time now. Or always missing 3,4 items . The Fries are always UNCOOKED here and they always taste Mad Weird. Someone is not doing their Job and fot a very long period of time. But who cares , i’m sure nobody cares abouy.

Missing burgers and sauces again, and nobody picks up the phone when calling, they delivered the food in 1o mins and it was stone cold. worse McDees ever by a large margin. everybody boycott this branch, it needs closing down.

If you order to take away always check. Without fail every time the staff forgets something. Drive through or mcdelivery it doesn't matter. They will miss something. Today we had delivery and they used a mcnugget box for us that they wrote on the inside! Food is rarely above warm temperature...

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. I ordered £40 worth of food to feed a family of 4... the driver came and handed me a bag of 1 large fries.. I refused delivery and showed him what I ordered. I was told it wasn't his problem. So I ended up driving to the building and explained the situation.. I was hit with an insult of being told that I already got my food delivered so they aren't going to replace it.. I would not take my kids out at 6.30pm to go and get food if it was already delivered.. I was so insulted by the attitude of the manager and the rudeness of staff.. I will never order from here and I've already contacted trading standards as I don't seem to be the only one who's had a bad experience with them.

Have ordered from this McDonalds a few times, and the food is always cold on arrival - always :( On a few occasions items have been missing from my order, I will never order from here again, and highly suggest anyone else to steer clear of this branch!

Ordered from here a few times as it's closest. They constantly miss items in the order and take forever. Today was the last straw: waited an hour for a breakfast delivery only for them to suddenly cancel it with no explanation. Just order from anywhere else.

Refused to pick up the phone, sent me the wrong food. I’m vegetarian. My partner is pescatarian. They sent us a double cheese burger and two ice creams when our order was a fish burger and a mcplant meal. This isn’t even the first time this has happened.

If possible avoid ordering from this one. I am constantly getting missing items and very rarely get chips that are actually cooked properly. Its so frustrating because its not that hard.

This isn't a McDonald's you can visit. They just do deliveries. I regularly order from here and it generally arrive in about 5-7 minutes. It's actually bizarre how fast they are.

Three times I have ordered over the past 6 months and each time they get it wrong - usually a combination of missing items or incorrect items. Frustrating thing is they don't redeliver the missing items and you have to wait to see if your refund is approved. Never ever again. The first two times I thought perhaps were a fluke. But I am sitting here without my dinner, luckily the kids orders were correct. Things i the amount they charge for the service and food makes it ridiculous for the cold stuff you get delivered! Don't make the same mistakes I made - grrrrr - hangry!!!

TODAY WAS HORRIBLE. I ordered from this place and when I received my order 2 large fries was missing from the order. I decided to call them to discover they are not even answering my call. I am very mad because I payed for 2 large fries expecting it to come with my food food but its not in the order. I am leaving a horrible review and telling people not to go to this place because they always leave something out of my order. HORRIBLE.

Twice now I've ordered and no sweet treats have arrived. They don't remove it from the order so you have to chase up your own refunds and they also don't even attempt to replace them. Why don't they remove it from the menu if it's not available? What kind of service is this?

Randomly ordered a McDonald's from just eat that I haven't used in ages, good was super quick and fresh! We ordered a happy meal, big Mac meal and two double cheeseburgers and fries as well as the new chocolate pie and Apple pie. All tasted as good as McDonald's can be when it's fresh, chips were large and full and the food was still hot on arrival. Out of interest I wondered where swan close was and I'm surprised it's actually an industrial estate I've been to before and often wondered why there were so many bikes back and forth from there! Dunno why there's such bad reviews, our food was good! I had worse from the valley park drive thru last week!

The McDonald’s is in an industrial estate and isn’t a real McDonald’s and the manager is SO RUDE and SMUG. We sent the food back with the driver and they were not interested at all to help us with the manager smirking as we are trying to talk to him. Please please please save your money and not order from here or better get from a different and more appropriate one where they have good customer service and actually deal with customers and not sit in an industrial estate just sending out deliveries. Absolutely useless now I have to wait days for a refund with 2 hungry kids!!!!

Cold foul rubbish from a "ghost kitchen", absolutely avoid. Worse than awful. Always assume cleanliness and hygiene to be worse than presentation. Got no refund, only an insulting couple of vouchers. Deservingly lost a regular big spending customer for good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a joke of a franchise. It’s not even a real McDonald’s store, it’s been run out of an industrial unit in some shady part of Croydon. They sent the complete wrong order, so I had to re order, then when it did turn up, all the fries were cold and half filled boxes, they take no accountability for they’re wrong doings and now, because of they’ve messed up I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund from Just eat, how is that fair?? Times are hard for people, so just give people what they have paid for, it’s not hard. Also, Just Eat are a joke, they’re so quick to take your money but when there is an issue that’s not my fault, I have to wait a week to get my money back whilst it’s reviewed!! Absolute joke of shop and a food app. They both need to burn!!

We ordered via Uber Eats, this McDonald's is unfortunately the closest one from us. Food was cold, no sauces added, not even going to comment on the amount of fries with the order. Very disappointing.

Ordered new steak house burger arrived stone cold with only lettuce and cheese!!! (Crispy onions and red onions missing as well as peppercorn sauce as described on menu and TV!!! Very disappointed!!! I was looking for a McDonalds. SatNav told me I had arrived at my destination but there was nothing there... just an empty industrial site. Thankfully I wasn't far from where I was headed. And after now reading the other reviews, I won't be passing there again.

Unfortunately I had to give a Star. But please note that is for the delivery driver not Swan Close McDonalds Croydon. This is rediculous. I sometimes place multiple orders weekly and every single time something is missing from my order. Especially on brekafast orders. Even with a Checked stamp. And it's always my Egg McMuffin that is missing. I only get hashbrowns. This is utterly silly. Then I need to call uber eats to get a refund. And then I have no time to order again. And if I do I might not even get it.

Really the worst and it’s embarrassing they’re called mc Donald’s . They forget everything constantly . Meals always come without burgers ! Share box nuggets always comes without dips , which is obviously very annoying. They need a process to check orders because sending fries and a drink with no burger is ridiculous.
