Minhaz was so lovely and accommodating as we got lost and almost missed the store closing. We contacted him on the phone to make him aware of the situation and was so understanding. Thank you Minhaz!

We ordered a very large quantity of pizzas and sides this week for an even in a school and the service was absolutely incredible from start to finish. 12 large pizzas and 6 sides arrived within 30 mins of our order in perfect time for some hungry young people. The team ( both gents) were more than helpful, extremely friendly and we absolutely could not fault them! We will definitely be using the service again next year. Merry Christmas to everyone at Domino’s Ormskirk and thank you once again for your outstanding service.

Came here ordered a large pizza when I received it, it had no cheese on the base luckily I was only parked local, went back in to rectify thier mistake to be told they couldn’t change it I asked maybe al pay for more cheese and the lad point blank declined he was very rude and I won’t be returning

I ordered from here, after realising the sauce I ordered would give me an allergic reaction I called the store to change, they refused and after stating I am highly allergic they still refused to stop delivery. After insisting they said they would not deliver and told me to contact their management team who REFUSED to refund me for food that was never delivered.

Rang domino’s to order my free pizza for NHS staff. Told I had to come into the store with my badge to order. I got off the phone and went to the store and was there in 5 mins. Got to the counter to be told it stopped 30mins ago. Great!!!!! Safe to say I won’t be going there again! 😣

One of the nicest Subway’s I’ve had, so thought it was worth leaving a review. Sandwich was perfectly toasted. The store was really bright and airy and the staff all had a smile on their face when I walked in. Although I was just passing through as I don’t live in the area, if I did I would visit on the regular.

Mitchell, Lisa and Crystal are lovely member of staff who not only serve the best coffee and food but also super friendly to us. We love how welcoming and lovely they are to everyday in roots . We would love to see them in roots again next year for our third and final year .

Unit 2 Two Saints PlThe Ormskirk Macdonald's is ok. We've had various times where we've collected food to take out and then discovered something was missing from the order/ the order was wrong (but by then we had left and were either home or miles away....). Other times, whilst eating in, there would be groups of older teens being mouthy, running through to go into the toilets and swearing across the restaurant to impress other groups - who wants to be surrounded by that. Last time we went in, we saw the manager asking a member of staff to have words with them. He didn't seem to do anything (was probably too intimidated) so the manager went and told them to leave. I haven't seen that member of staff in there since whenever we've walked past. Might be better now of course but we don't go in anymore. Four stars due to the atmosphere when we used to go in.
