Subway in West Lancashire

Arrived at 18.55 Door was locked, lights were on but no staff visible Don’t advise as open till 1900 when you clearly aren’t

Food is always great! Lovely staff always welcoming and friendly

One of my sandwiches I ordered came with way too much salt like it was so bad it tasted like the whole tub was in it. This is dangerous and you really need to sort your workers out they need training in how much salt to put in there if a child had eaten that they be in hospital.

Delivery fine however missing items, and replaced items with completely different items.

Good food, great service and very cleanly shop. What more could you want. 10/10!

Huge thanks to Tracey and the team today for organising food for my training session with lots of dietary requirements and having no idea of likes and dislikes! The food went down a storm with something for everyone. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble 😁

A credit to subway! This is by far the best subway I have been to, the staff are friendly and the salad is always fresh. The counter is clean and the store itself is always spotless. A special shout-out to Tracey who runs a tight ship in this subway, always happy to help, advise, smiling throughout. This is not just the best subway in the area but I’d say in the L postcode.

From the time of the original order the estimated delivery changed several times and my partner had to wait in and was delayed for an appointment

A lovely, clean and convenient Subway. The staff working there are friendly and chatty. Parking is plentiful and there’s even a south-facing seating area outside.

Stopped here for a quick lunch - the server who took my order was friendly and very efficient. I had a 6” streak and cheese sub and a black coffee - all served quickly. Nice clean restaurant. Plenty of seating outdoors. I’d happily use this subway outlet again.

COURTENEY IN BICKERSTAFFE IS SO NICE AND SHE MAKES SURE EVERYTHING IS RIGHT AND SORTED BEFORE HANDING IT OUT. So polite and forthcoming:)

We had ordered vegan cheeze on both subs. It was missing from both subs.

I asked to be delivered for 5 30 and it turned up at 10 to 6 and I order walker baked and got walkers cheese and onion other than that my order was perfect sandwich was really full plenty of meat and salad thank you

Got two meal deals only got one meal then some of my other meal was missing my chicken bites and cookie

Shame they keep missing stuff of order this is the 2nd time. Staff need to check orders throughly before they send out

Sent the wrong order and sent it late

Order came late, wrong items in the order and for reasons that escape me it was wet. (Not raining outside) completely unable to eat it. I feel like I was mugged.

Food would of been ok, if I had recived all my order, they put the receipt in the bag with my full order on but then half the order was missing, when you ring up they refuse to answer the phone 🙄🙄

Foot long was not cheese and toasted and had the wrong salad on it

All of the add ons, salad sauce peppers onions etc not on sandwiches

My order had the wrong drink and the wring cookie in it, the potato wedges were soggy and the auce was missing and the sandwich had gone cold (although this may be a delivery issue). The delivery was also 25 minutes late which wasn't great as I'd ordered it on my lunch hour and only had 5 minutes to eat

I had to speak to the manager and supervisor regarding my order and the customer service was outstanding. They were so lovely and these are the best salads we have ever had in our whole lives.

Was down at the bike park and decided to go get somthing to eat from subway and the staff were horrible to me saying that I shouldn't go back went back went back anyway there were 3 other ppl there this tome and they were nicer

This is the Best Subway Around, The girl even remembered my breakie order from a few week before, been back couple times since, i just say “The Usual” now.

The young ugly girl really rude I went in at 8am I said hi are you alright she said what do you want I was like... I told her me order and she was just so rude won’t be going back this subway Thursday at 8am it was for anyone that what’s to know

Just drove all the way here to be told it was shut despite it being advertised as open. Looked through the window to the lady who works there simply shaking her head at me

Currently been in the queue for 10 mins... One customer served so far! Dreadful!

Been a few times recently to find they had shut two hours earlier than the website states

Nice food but in need of better customer service

Very rude young lady as a staff member in there! She was round the customer side with her feet up just chilling in the very limited space there is available. As she was at the bar section the three of us couldn’t sit together so my partner had to go and sit elsewhere. No thought for the customer at all. A steak sub was unedible due to jalapeños in the steak which we asked for a plain steak. I wouldn’t go there by choice again, the young lady was cackling with laughter when she eventually went round the right side of the counter which made it quite an uncomfortable experience. Very unprofessional , upon leaving , my six year old commented how rude she was , that speaks volumes really.

Fast service, Good selection for such a small subway. Don't serve breakfast, if that's what you want.

A simpatia da funcionária. Não sei se por ser costume meu passar às 7h30 da manhã! Isto ao cúmulo de uma das vezes ter-me servido um pão do dia anterior! Era para voltar e reclamar, mas por só poder voltar após o meu dia de trabalho e por provavelmente já não ser a mesma pessoa a trás do balcão. Deixei quieto! Mas fica a dica. Não contem nem com um bom dia se não insistirem! Muito mau!

Asked for a steak salad, wasn’t asked if I wanted the meat heated up and was given it cold. Asked what sauce I would like then smothered the salad in it which ended up being unedable

Not a good experience, even the coffee was thrown at me across the counter. Only glad it remained in the cup and not over me.

Very small Subway next to Starbucks. Food is great and staff are friendly. Little to no seating from what I can remember. Plenty of parking outside. Also next to a filling station.
