Terrible pizza. Skimped on meatballs, skimped on bbq sauce. Terrible cutting, see photos. Slow down and take your time. It's Hindhead from now on, this place has so gone downhill.

Worst dominoes ordered a few times and twice they have arrived stone cold or wrong items try emailing and you wait ages for response or they act like they couldn’t care less aboud at all costs

Way longer than expected. Unable to get through to contact them at the store. A very poor example of a pizza franchise. Take no responsibility for themselves.

Got a large Texas BBQ the guy that dealt with us(Matt) was so friendly, kind and patient. My experience at dominos was brilliant for a newcomer. Thank you so much!

Pizza ordered at 7:25pm. No update 1 hour later. After 25 calls, and no pick up, I called Dominos Customer Services who don’t have any way of tracking orders due to this store being a franchise. Obviously I was tracking the order myself online and after 3 hours I receive a message telling me that there is no longer any way of tracking and that I should contact the store directly….. well I would if they picked up. £30, wasted evening and no pizza - good one Dominos Godalming. I would never recommend this store to anyone and hope that you read this review before making an order.

Was over an hour to get here, got the wrong topping on the pizza. Wrong drink, wrong ice cream. It almost felt deliberate with how wrong they go the order. We are going back to a local takeout as this store is a shambles.

This store is the worst store I’ve ever known when it comes to ignoring phone calls. You could call for 2 hours straight and they will not pick up. Even when it’s been almost 3 hours and you have still not received your food (but already paid!!!) it was my sisters 10th birthday party this evening and it’s starting to look like their food isn’t coming, very disappointed little girl I am absolutely fuming.

I’ve been a loyal customer for ages now. I already paid ridiculous money for my food and for them to forget a dessert item for £5 was ridiculous. I’ve tried ringing for over an hour and there has been no reply at all..This is the first issue I’ve had with them and I am extremely disappointed.

Was very impressed with our service even though it was massively delayed. We ended up collecting in the end, the place was clearly understaffed but the girl at the front desk was professional and helpful even though she was getting shouted at from every angle. She is a credit to your company as are the guys making the pizzas and turned our experience from what could have been a bad one into a good one.

Emily at Godalming was extremely kind and helpful, went out of her way to provide us with our order 10 minutes before close and was very friendly when the rest of the staff were trying to kick us out. Made our experience, thanks so much Emily!

Order 2 pizza and one was a vegetarian as i cannot eat meat yet i go to to bite in to a slice and im lucky i saw it before i ate it there was chicken on my pizza, yes thats right chicken on a vegetarian pizza, so thats the last time im ordering from dominos.

A massive thank you to Domino’s! As a postman, and therefore a key worker, any kind words or gestures are much appreciated at the moment. On my return to the office, after a very busy day on delivery, it was a welcome surprise to find that Domino’s had delivered around twenty pizzas absolutely free of charge! The pizzas were enjoyed by the staff and touched by the gesture. A really classy touch, thank you so much for this kind act Domino’s,

wanted to order a pizza for my family tonight as a treat, as an NHS worker I have a blue light card which Entities me to 25% off delivery, when I stated this the staff member had not heard of it so passed me on to the manager who proceeded to also refuse this & was extremely rude, I asked for his name so I could take my complaint further & he became very aggressive threatening me with the police and put the phone down on me twice, needless to say I didn’t get my pizza 🤦🏼‍♂️

Ordered pizzas for delivery and ended up calling twice, and they took 90mins - one turned up with wrong ingredients and eventual (one further call) pizza arrived at just gone 10pm when initial order was 7:30. No apologies or anything, and staff need to be taught how to answer phone and provide real service.

Wrong food delivered multiple times, delivery times of around 2 hours to a location 10 minutes away at most. Not much else to be said.

We ordered 2 pizzas quite late on a Friday evening. They were both delicious with fresh tasting ingredients. They were delivered quickly too. My husband said that his meal was his favourite domino’s ever and we have eaten a fair few in many parts of the country.

Best pizza in Edinburgh. The delivery and take away services are available. You should try it and enjoy the fresh pizza.

As a big fan of pizza for many years of my life I was very excited to sample this establishment. I made sure to order nice and early (11:00) in order to beat the lunch time rush and to get my pizzas for 13:00. Expecting the pizzas to arrive promptly due to the 2 hours notice I was surprised to find the pizzas did not arrive at 13:00.Disappointed by this I decided to keep an open mind and wait for the pizzas to arrive. The pizzas arrived at 13:30. Although I was already reeling from this disappointment unfortunately there would be more. The driver was too lazy to actively search for my building and instead stayed sat in his car waiting for me. I was not impressed by his service, but at least I finally had my pizza.I was ready to put this ordeal behind me and tuck into a delicious pizza, but yet another setback to my Dominoes experience occurred. The pizza was unfortunately only mildly warm. In a scything display of irony I saw the box had written on it the words “Caution: Hot”. Hah! This pizza was nothing more than mildly warm. Are Dominoes mocking me?I will not be returning.

Often stories have a basic structure; beginning middle and end, however I will be doing the opposite of this. Let's start from the outcome of my Domino's experience with this branch; As much as she tried to hold it in, the pain came out like an uproar from her throat in the form of a silent scream. The beads of water started falling down one after another, without a sign of stopping. She hit the wall and tried to scream, but her voice was melted by the sound of the place. The muffled sobs wracked against her chest. The world turned into a blur, and so did all the sounds. The taste. The smell. Everything was gone. The last painful emotion slammed against her before she lost the feeling of feeling - After a horrific week, a cold overpriced pizza that was half an hour late pushed my poor old grandmother to the edge. We will not return to this branch, thankfully a trip to pizza express brought morale to an all time high and my grandmother was left with a smile on her face and a hop in her step.

Ordered online @ 6pm for an 8pm delivery; never arrived. Rang repeatedly and phone was hung up on answer each time. Have been chasing a refund for over 10 days and just keep getting fobbed off.

It's all the things you would expect from this franchise. Fresh, clean and tasty. Service varies dependant on front of house staff.

I’m a regular at dominos but last night was Most defiantly my last spend the night and still today rejecting said pizza I ordered from the godalming dominos very disappointing.

Amazing delivery time ordered and delivered within 30 minutes on a saturday night!! friendly driver, amazing pizza with a quality discount!!

Pizza arrived 1 hour thirty minutes late. I hour forty five minutes out of the oven. No apology or explanation. Refused delivery had to demand refund - still no apology. Tried to contact store - no answer.

Shocking!! Took over 40 mins for food to ARRIVE and then they driver who could not speak a word of English forgot the dips that took another 2 hours to be delivered!!. Driver stunk of BO and had ZERO understanding where we lived from the tracker as he delivered to a house 2 roads from me then went completely the wrong way way to do two more drops and came all the way back to my drop

So we ordered three hours ago. Still don’t have my cinni sticks. Pizza arrived absolutely stone cold after an hour and 45 mins of ordering, the driver did apologise. But then I realised our cinni sticks hadn’t been cut up and there was no dip. So literally a bit of dough with some cinnamon on it ! Called to complain and the lady said she would get another one out to us. An hour and a half later I call again because it’s not arrived. Got another one

Ordered online, pizza arrived after two hours late.

Ordered pizza at 5 pm. Pizza arrived at 6.45pm. Cold. Had spent 20 mins trying to ring the store and nobody would answer. When the driver finally arrived I asked him if there was anyone actually working at the store. He said there was, but they wouldn’t answer as they were too busy. Dreadful customer service. During the above process, I rang the store in Haslemere to see if Dominos were actually open. They answered on the third ring. We won’t be ordering from Dominos Godalming again.

Always late on delivery, have delivered wrong pizzas and left us without enough pizza to satisfy our needs.

Absolutely unacceptable. 1 pizza and 1 portion of chicken took 3 hours to be delivered and we live less that 2 min drive from the shop. 14 phones calls with no answer to find out where it was. Will never use this place again. Absolute disgrace - surprised they are even still trading. Eventually it turns up cold and the dogs ate the chicken as it was so disgusting.

Rang for a takeaway pizza which we don’t do often absolutely rubbish service, they were under staffed but rather than refuse any more orders they carried on taking orders even though people were waiting 2 hours for pizzas, ignoring the phone, just a shambles. Had to go and get a refund get something for my children as we were going out for dinner. No organisation skills or clear leadership.rant over

It’s been 2 hours and pizza still not arrived - I called an hour ago and they said my order was out for delivery - tried calling again an hour late and no one answers the phone .... shocking service - will never order again from here!

First time the garlic bread was actually a mini pizza (no garlicbjt lots of tomato). No biggie. Second time the vegetable pizza had pepperoni on. Not so good. Overheard manger in background while I politely phoned in to rearrange and he made it clear he couldn’t care at all.

After ordering inline, my meal never arrived. After emailing them myself, and also my daughter in my behalf from Portsmouth, eventually advised the following day I would be reimbursed within 5 days! No apology!! I asked about compensation when I called in personally the following day, I was told to give them my telephone number an would receive code for lunch deal. This never materialised. Although our email was acknowledged by their H.O. Nothing further heard.

Received my gluten free pizza with nacho starter and the nachos were burnt with the tiniest amount of cheese! Won’t order here again!

Excellent service by the godalming store and excellent service by the delivery driver Richard. Who is polite when delivering food

After reading some of the reviews we decided to pick up the order ourselves. The pizzas were ready on time, lots of topping, crispy base and we particularly liked the Italian base. They could have been warmer but it would be difficult to keep them hot for over 20 minutes in a cardboard box.They were certainly freshly made and we would have no hesitation ordering again. We were also impressed with the online discount. Thank you Dominos!

Yet again an absolutely terrible service and product, disgraceful customer service. None of the people on the phone spoke proper English. Yet again offering a terrible product at an extortionate price.

very poor service, not only did the order take several hours to arrive, the store NEVER picks up the phone AND even when it arrived it was incorrect .. as I pointed out to the driver at the time, despite saying he would go back and get the missing items he never reappeared and of course I was unable to get through to the store to find out what was going on !

Ok, no joke... My sister was hit by a dominos driver who took out the back of her car. We had some guest around and she insisted we could never order a dominos but everyone wanted pizza.. two hours later, no pizza arrived, despite 16 odd calls and we were all left hungry. I've logged a complaint with head office but this is disgusting service. Close them down and replace the management as they simply do not care.

Judging by the reviews of this Dominos there is clearly something very wrong with the way that this Pizza franchise is run.

I have had 3 awful experiences here - when I complain they suggest collecting the food and then replacing! Dont seem to understand that usually order when time pressured and hungry. Cold once. hardly any topping once for £16! no consistency in quality oncw so peppery binned half. Used to be better.

My eight year old daughter loves the novelty of delivered food, loves the Domino app, even loves the taste of the pizza (I'm not a fan) but this occasional treat has never delivered hot and on time (three or so orders). Literally a stone cold pizza last time. The pizzas are not cheap. I'm afraid we won't be ordering from Domino Pizza GODALMING again.

Manager Rude no people skills, if he worked for me I would sack him ! Pizza cold or missing items , 2 hour wait from ordering online . In fact I suggest anyone ordering a pizza from these clowns please please check your order before paying them !

Why bother? Seriously, you order using a very smart app but after that it's downhill. A long way downhill. 40 minutes late, stories changing, deliverer allegedly stood for 15 minutes outside the door and couldn't deliver. Not our door. No attempt to contact to verify address, having not bothered to check where they were (allegedly) standing was the right place, using the phone number we gave with the order. Eventual deliverer, asked if the pizzas were the same ones, replied "Could well be", then walked away whilst being (politely) spoken to.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight (a Wednesday) and waited at least 30 mins from the app confirming they had been dispatched. Waited 7 mins for the phone to be answered. Was rudely told to wait and immediately put on hold. When I did speak to a person I was told the app wasn't working correctly and the pizza hasn't been despatched. He told me he'd call the delivery person. 20 mins later the delivery person arrived. He told me that back at the branch, another delivery person had already tried to deliver our pizzas and waited 15 mins outside our house. I politely but firmly told the man that was a lie. Besides they have our mobile, why on earth didn't they call it. The young man was defensive and didn't want to engage and stayed walking away. The pizzas were lukewarm at best and so had clearly been made some time ago. We will not be using Domino's pizzas ever again.

Mi esposa llamó Dominos un pedido que en sí suena bastante simple, pero no lo era. . Uno de los empleados me contesto el telefono y tomó el pedido. Poco después de la llamada telefónica, otro empleado llamado, diciendo que había acabado de pimientos y tomates para nuestra pizza vegetariana y preguntó qué sustituto nos gustaría. Mientras que en una conversación a mediados como mi esposa trató de explicarle lo que nos gustaría que groseramente interrumpido y dijo no te preocupes te daré un cupón de u 3 libras y colgó! Nos reímos de la situación, ya que no tienen sentido para nosotros. Entonces mi esposa y el señor era extremadamente grosero y simplemente no tienen la capacidad para escuchar o entender inglés sencillo.

Man on the phone was actually pleasant which is surprising as normally they're very rude!! Food arrived in okay time, but sadly was really cold so we had to pop it in the oven and the box looked like it had been sat on. The delivery driver also scratched my boyfriend when taking the money, very red and sore, luckily no blood. I would love to say I'll never be using dominos godalming again, but I love pizza so only time will tell. But I will make an effort to go somewhere else in the future because I'm religiously let down.

I placed an order this evening at 20:57. After 1hr 10 minutes I called to find out what was happening. I explained that this was the exact same problem that had happened 4 days ago (very long wait, and presumably another cold order), only to be told that "it's a free market" and "you can always use another service", at which point I explained that this was not satisfactory at all and that I would take this up (and I quote) "with the regional management because this is not acceptable"...What happened after that was shocking... Having been let down, once again I hasten to add by this outlet, I was then shouted down and not given the opportunity to speak quite frankly. I was then accused, baselessly I might add, that I had made verbal threats, which I both questioned and refuted.I am absolutely outraged that one of their staff has accused me of this. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. Shortly afterwards my call was then dropped. They then screened my calls (I called from my wife's phone to actually try to get this resolved), only to be hung up on. I've basically been accused of something because the representative with whom I spoke said "go somewhere else" and panicked because I told her I would raise this with regional management, so her answer to that was 'make out this guy made a threat to me'... Quite incredible really, baseless and without foundation... I just hope that their telephone system records all calls, and I have sent a complaint expressing just that.I sincerely hope that management gets a handle on the mismanagement of this outlet. It's basically ruined my evening, I've not touched the order that I have spent good money on...Their level of customer service is reprehensible quite frankly.

Home delivery, but part of the order was missing, which was frustrating. The pizza arrived warm, and was tasty.

If you want a pizza outside of normal meal times then they're OK, but OMG try and order a pizza on a Friday or Saturday dinner time and you'll get something cold, inedible and very late...or nothing at all. Rude staff, very little English spoken, clearly very poorly managed and they just can't cope with busy periods. Sort it out!

Having ordered our pizza 2 hours early for a 6 o'clock delivery I was really cross that the food was almost an hour late. I had 3 upset children who were tired and hungry! Having been told 3 times it would be there 'any minute' there was no sign. After the third call we were offered free garlic bread which obviously meant the pizza wasn't even on the way. When it did arrive it had the wrong toppings on some of the pizza and we had to pick loads off. £25? What a joke.

I had a delivery from this company only 3 times since they opened. All 3 times was something wrong with food and last monday evening at 10pm they delivery my pizza and chicken wings and was shocking...they delivered a pizza with a huge hole in the middle, not cooked because u can see that the pizza dough was a different colour in the middle and stuck at the bottom of the pizza box. The taste was disgusting...I had only half slice out of 10 and trow it away. I have give them few chances but now is enough. Sorry

One expects good quality food and quick service from any Dominos location. The Godalming store certainly delivers both. Have used this store repeatedly. Highly Recommended.

A couple of weeks ago we ordered a pizza. It took over 2 hours to arrive. Bearing in mind we live about 10 minutes from the shop this is dreadful service. The shop never awnser the phone and the customer service lady couldn't get hold of them either. When it finally arrived it was bearly warm and a rip off at £17. We shall never order one from them again and shall get one to heat up at home instead!

I should have read the reviews first! Couldnt fine my house, didnt call. I had to call them to find our where it was. In the end i got nothing. I will never use dominos again!!

Ordered for delivery 20:36, an hour later with absolutely no answer from the stores phone I reluctantly drive there. I discover a fully staffed store, delivery drivers present, to be told my pizza is still not made and would be expedited. Half a dozen people around me groan having been told the same thing. A few others come in with exactly the same issue, all the time the phone ringing off the hook and no one even seems to hear it. We promptly start warning new customers off and recommend they find food elsewhere - it's the least we can do. Another half an hour standing in store and I finally leave with a pizza, luckily for them the correct toppings. This is the store with area management present and I'm utterly appalled.

Got takeaway from here. Very busy which is great for them and they still got our order right. Happy customers will be back

Admittedly pizza off a conveyor belt can't go horribly wrong, but I always find my orders are tasty, timely and enjoyable.The team: both in branch and delivery are friendly, smiley and polite.

What you would expect from a pizza delivery - we got tasty food appearing when they said it would. There is good range on the menu also.

Took delivery of 2 very nice Pizzas, hot and on time. That's pretty much all that is required, except the price seems quite high, £17 for Large £11 for Smalll. I assume that is average for Pizza delivery but I don't really know. What it tells me, though, is that Fish and Chips, Kebabs etc. are better value, particularly since they are much higher protein offerings anyway and yet much cheaper. If you prefer Pizza, and if this price is just average for the High Street then this is a good option. The online ordering system worked well and I got a 25% discount as it was my first purchase.

Ordered a number of pizzas & asked them to write on the box which was which. Went into the shop & parted with £60 & asked again did they write on the boxes which pizzas were inside & was told that they had. They hadn't & had point blank, lied. To top it off (pardon the pun) the pizzas were, at best, bland. Go to Pizza Express (around 5 doors down) much better service & waaay better pizzas.

Ordered pizza did not arrive. Phoned - on its way. Did not arrive. Phoned - will send a new one. Did not arrive. Phoned - no answer.
