Domino's Pizza in Neath Port Talbot

Absolutely shocked! Ordered two pizza! One came correct -great, the other was incorrect! Rang them up in all fairness sent me the “right” order! However it was incorrect again!! Rang agin! Spoke to “shauna” very unhelpful! Kept repeating herself like a robot! Not impressed with her customer service not impressed told me to speak to a manger tomorrow!! Spent over £25 and that’s the service I get!! Absolutely disgusting. Not happy to say the least and I will be speaking to Andrew the “real” manager “Shauna” told me to as she has no authority! Even though she is a manager! Obviously not a “real” manager! Not happy! This needs to be put right. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered the Texas Barbecue pizza and it did not disappoint. Plenty of crunchy peppers and onions but cheese was a bit sparse. Overall it was good

Not usually a big pizza fan but must give Dominos service was good. Also was delivered superfast and piping hot. Tip go online and download a code you can get many deals that way. Or call in to the shop and get a bigger deal

Had a take away from here in Port Talbot last night and it was a cracker. We all enjoyed the various selections. We don't do it often but Domino's always comes up trumps.

If you love Pizza, this may be a chain but the Pizza is great. Good service & food. If you need quick delivery, it supplies that too. One of the best Pizza Parlours in town.

I haven't had a dominoes pizza in over 6 years .so thought I'll give it a lil girl as you do when you CBA to cook....pizza was not very nice ingredients tasted Cheap!! ..yet I hear you my friends shout from the roof tops...but this was a lot of money ...thats right...and we don't feed the dog expensive pizza do we...so i wont be calling back sloppy & luke warm

Extremely fast delivery and easy ordering service. Pizza was excellent, albeit expensive, it was affordable based on the 50% off voucher we used. Delivered by a very friendly driver. Dominos is usually hit and miss however this was one of the best I’ve ever had and the first from Port Talbot.

Great pizza takeaway this. One of my my favourites pizza for takeaway. Always deals on. So that you don’t feel ripped off. Food always arrives on time & hot. Highly recommend

The two gents who served me here where amazing. Nothing was too much. Service with a smile goes a long long way. I will most definitely be coming here when I'm in town If dominoes bosses read this I would like them to reward them ( the 2 gents who were working on Monday 8th may around 12.30-13.00

Really good quality pizza, the only problem I find is the price but the quality makes up for that 😁. Worth a try.

Called in today with my grandson he loves the mini pizza for £2.99 we called in after 4 so didn't expect to have the normal deal but without asking the manager and staff member who unfortunately I didn't get the names offered the deal to my grandson who was over the moon and a complimentary cookie made his day! Thank you guys

We ordered a pizza for delivery. It literally took almost 2 hours to get it! Since they could not do a call back on our mobile, we called them repeatedly asking when the pizza's were coming. Each time they told us a different answer; we cant call in to your mobile, or its on its way, or we are too busy...they finally sent the pizza with a small discount. The pizza's were good but the hassle to get them was ridiculous. Not ringing them again.

The pizza's from here are as good as you can get. The service & delivery is quick too but the personal touch in the help they give the local community is amazing from such a big international company. Cheers Domino's

Must admit for the price I prefer pizza hut as you get a bigger pizza with more generous toppings. However we ordered one as a treat and can not complain about the service or the standards at all just wish they gave you more toppings.

For a major pizza chain, I have to say the staff here are always friendly & helpful. I have reasons to thank Andrew, one of the managers for going that extra mile & helping out a local charity. I rarely write up about major chains unless there is a poor service etc. In this case, I have to say the pizza's are great, always boiling even when delivered and for a fast food place, the staff always seem happy to help. :D

There is plenty of room for improvement on the customer interaction skills . But as for food it can not be faulted, always warm and to perfection...

I am a huge dominos fan and always find the staff to be very friendly in this shop. I have never had a problem with my order and there are always good discounts available!

If you don't like chicken order the chicken tandoori there's hardly any on it , then again it's only £15.99 for a medium so should not expect a lot really Asda £4.00 for a large one by far better value and plenty of chicken !!!!!! not one to usually complian did email shop twice no reply hence review.

If you want a good pizza, domino is always my first choice. I always have the same one, Texas BBQ with hot dog crust. It's so easy to order/pay via the mobile app aswell. Then you just collect your pizza. Also the cookies are to die for!

It was our first time ordering from this pizza shop.Very fast delivery, we are not easy to find and can sometimes wait ages for takeaways.Very friendly delivery driver.The pizza's were well cooked and tasted lovely, would order again for sure.

Have had a few take aways from here now and have to say the food is fresh and lovely . Delivery time is quick and friendly and when you order over the phone the staff will point out any offers you may have missed . We even had a card by post apologizing for one delivery being late and £5 off our next one ( we had noticed the late delivery seemed spot on to us) . I will def become a reg user nad would tell everyone to give them a try .
