My first time eaten from here and it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had and what a rip off, buy 1 for £11 or buy 1 get 1 free for £24.99 ??? Whaaat. Plus no one making or serving had hygiene glove’s on. Don’t know what their food hygiene is but it should be zero

Usually nice but last couple of times there’s been hardly any cheese on the pizzas just loads of tomato sauce. Think they’re scrimping on ingredients will not be using for a while

Have ordered from this place quite a few times and the food has always been lovely. Even throughout lockdown, the drivers have been great and the food has consistently been good.

All of our order(delivered take out) was cold/luke warm.We have used this takeaway on quite a few occasions previously with no major issues.Expected as much this evening and did ask driver if the food was still warm given how long it was tracking as en-route...politely left with no response to my query.Left feedback online which does not appear to have been acknowledged. Won't be rushing back.

All I can say.... It's not changed.... Domino's the new sweat shop for child labour Lots of cheap labour and 20 quid pizzas.... Awful... I would rather pay what we used to, to get a pizza not this supposed high standard ( it's a pizza !) And get 2 pizza 2 kebabs and a garlic bread delivered forms pizza price... look up the reviews from staff to see your funding slavery by accepting this pizza delivery you are happy paying for a poor wage! Would you deliver for this wage? And dont say oh it's a job as thats condones it further .... awful...

Popped in previous day to pick up a Pizza , left my wallet full of bank cards, driving licence & loads of work related accreditations , I rung up the following day and they'd found it and were arranging to drop it of at my home , thank you guys your life savers as well as culinary artists . cheers daft lad x

Popped in for pizza with GF, to find a guy waiting calmly to order we thought.To get talking to staff about what we heard his child had worked from 4 to half ten with no break and waiting to collect I feel for the guy... and the staff what a jerk... it's the law it's the law all he said walking away and making faces...how the parent didn't chin him I dont know as I'd be annoyed if my child had not had a break working here .. it's not a sweat shop.. and how can you not be allowed a break???It got worse as the person then walked off and left a girl to have the same questions she looked horrified especially as the other guy started slagging the parent off as if he wasn't there and he challenged that to this girl we could hear the very choice words he chose to describe the C to collect his child... awful. We wont use again knowing this is how you treat your staff especially when you are exploiting kids with no breaks.And when parents come in you sneer at them... awful... we will never use Domino's again slave labour i had to give you one star and that is now too many... hopefully you will be shut down the quicker the better as if this is how you treat your staff and parents its disgusting

I orded from the app I did the 40% off £40 voucher and it didn’t come off my bill then I had to ring up the shop and they said it wouldn’t come off as I had an offer but it doesn’t clearly state that it might do somewhere but not what I can see. Then you can’t delete anything off your order so had to ring up to take some things off my order as I ordered extra bits to make it over £40! Then when I rang the guy said I could not take anything off my order wich was really frustrating! But he managed to sort it. Delivery the app said it has been delivered and I’m still waiting it said it would take about 20 minutes and it’s an hour and a half up to now, I’m writing this as it’s happening and still no food! I’m pregnant and my family is starving after a lovely long day, and I thought I’d treat us to dominoes thinking Stress free! I thought wrong. follow your driver does not work as it says it’s been delivered to! So tired and frustrated I have phoned the shop again to get them to see where my order is and he said it’s on the back waiting to go out to delivery this is Ridiculous never ever again will I order from these and dominoes I am going to start using my local pizza shop so much less hassle and I wouldn’t care dominoes is quite expensive too! So it arrived nearly 2 hours late delivery driver was nice and couldn’t apologise more, but as you can imagine when we sat down to eat it it was COLD we put it in the bin It was awful my husband was going mad and I had to make the kids beans on toast before it got any later. This is got to be the worst this experience I have ever had!

Not very often do we order takeaways so it’s a bit of a treat when we do. Considering that dominos is rather expensive at the best of times you expect it to be better than most. If this was the first time of ordering from Pontefract and it terrible, like I did the first time, I’d leave it down to a one off. But then the second time , third time should have known better. This time I must have had brain freeze. I can’t believe this place gets custom. Cold pizza, parts of order missing. Customer service worse than the food. Do not waste your money

I run 3 businesses from my home. Often I can be out on the road at odd times and will stop somewhere for a quick fast food type meal to save time. Recently I've stopped at Dominos at Wath on Dearne a few times but won't be doing again. As I say I run 3 businesses. The managers at Dominos Wath couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. I noticed that there were lots of phone calls and staff discussing them were commenting on customer dissatisfaction. Meaning the phone calls were about complaints. It seems that managers are putting down that the pizzas have left the building whilst they are still baking in the oven, meaning people looking at the app are expecting it to arrive any minute and then having to wait anything up to 45 minutes. I also observed bad staff morale, running my own businesses I believe the bad management is responsible for this. One staff member looked quite ill and I overheard a conversation with one of their colleagues about how they shouldn't have been working but when they'd tried to ring in sick they'd been told to turn up or suffer the consequences. I wouldn't mind but the sickness was a stomach bug. You tell me how the person should have been delivering or working with food under those circumstances. I'm sure environmental health would love to hear about that one. Anyway as I say I won't be ordering from there on my way to and from anywhere in that region. Badly managed, not hygienic and no better than other chain pizza takeaways.

I can't really fault this place, the food is always good, you can see the staff cooking the food which I like, I try not to have food delivered as some time can take a while but that's just down to how busy they are as expected, but what I do what to point out is the staff, I forget who it was but there is a young man who works here who is fantastic, I visited last month to find they had no stuff crust, I was gutted, so I went next door, bought 8 cheese strings and got them to use them for stuff crust, not only did they do it they also discounted me the price for the inconvenience. I always find the staff to be very pleasant and friendly.

They are nice and tasty,but very expensive.The side orders could help with adding fries for the little ones.Saying this we tend to order as a treat not every week end

Orders incorrect every single time, despite it being logged via phonecall with digital printouts of request. Always a thousand people aged 20 and under behind the counter, none of whom do a great deal and took three seperate people to simply pass my pre-ordered food from the counter to me which I could see was mine by the label and the tv display, then one of the trio had to ask someone else to open the till whilst the other gave my food and the third gave my change. My wife has been sick twice after eating from here on seperate occasions. Its a wonder this place is still open, it is obvious it relies upon its trendy status with kids to keep it going. Thank god this isnt their flagship store

Pedimos dos veces ahora desde aquí. La primera vez que recogió en la tienda. Absoluta del caos y gad que esperar siglos, aunque habíamos teléfono pedimos. La segunda vez nos entregan, 1 pizza quemada y piedra fría, conseguimos reemplazo que venía hora más tarde. Me desperté a las 4 de la mañana con una intoxicación alimentaria crónica. Lo único que comí antes de dominos ladt eran patatas fritas y curry en Londres a las 12:00, así que tiene que ser dominos que hicieron todos los malos... nunca más. Os aconsejo que pasa de este sitio. He tenido dominos antes y ha sido genial de otras tiendas. Otra duda que tendrán otra vez dominos

Awful awful awful standard compared to usual standard of every other dominos I have eaten from. The manager is utterly foul and so unhelpful. I will not be ordering from this store again.. Thankfully there is one in Parkgate Rotherham.

will never order form this store again - we live in quite a remote area and this is one of the few fast food places around. ordered from this store 4 times now and every time there have been issues- first issue, we were told on the phone that our NHS discount COULD be used for delivery orders, only to be told when the driver arrived that actually we couldn't use it.

For the price not great at all & will not be wasting my money again...shame really because locality good. Overall 1/10 for effort.

At friends house and this branch was local, normally using Bawtry Road branch, which this place is not a fraction as good. The pizzas we had were very inconsistent, not well prepared and the staff at the store lacked customer service skills

Really helpful and friendly staff - girl on the desk explained all the deals. Didn't have to wait too long considering how busy it was. Seemed to be a very happy place!

I complained at the time to dominos buy email said was so sorry Mr massey we will offer u vouchers to says sorry what we been waiting for the last 5 years lol.they get the pizzes wrong order toping on to find they have given me the wrong ones there sevice is really bad best things u can do is don't go to Wath upon dearne dominos pizza shop best off luck to anyone that have the guts to go in thanks Mr 's massey

Just ordered from here and won't be ordering again!! Bbq stuffed crust with no bbq and cheese and bacon stuffed crust with no bacon. Pizza thin and tasteless. Definitely not Domino's normal standard

Pizza is so lush it's the best very cheap deals too very quick service friendly helpful staff would recommend

best pizza i've ever had without a doubt and very cheap also the deal they have on at the minute is any pizza 6.99 collected or 8.99 delivered apparently this is all the way through March :)) WILL BE GOING AGAIN Pizza - - 13" BBQ cheese stuffed crust - garlic tomato base - cheese - bacon - chorizo - jalapeños - roquito peppers pizza was 8.99 :)))wait time - 8 minutes fantastic and also i noticed that it was very clean compared to some local takeaways

Me and my husband came there on Saturday night we are regular customers to Domino's and it is never as bad as what it was on Saturday we had to wait over an hour for our pizzas, there's was only one girl that could take cash payments! it was so busy that the staff was getting confused,think they need more training!!! when we arrived back home we arrive to find,that the Pizza wasn't the correct order wedges was called as well as the Pizza, the baces wasn't the right ones and they was all dry and curled up at the sides definitely not Like Domino's standards! This is a let down to all of the stores!

This is the first Domino's I have been into so cant compare with others however I don't think its not as bad as other reviews make out. Yes sometimes you may be waiting a little longer than they say for your pizza to be cooked but it gets busy, what are they suppose to do, Turn down customers just so you can have your pizza at exactly 15 minutes? Its made fresh, in front of shop so you can see it being made and It has always been hot when they hand it to me. I have always had plenty of topping also. There is sometimes a little bit of a language barrier between customers and employees however I have noticed more English speaking workers in there recently, which lessens the language barrier and makes ordering more swift. If there is any complaint, sometimes they can put a bit too much sauce on but hey, it isn't the end of the world.

We have ordered from here before and really should have learnt our lesson then. We ordered a large pizza which had the smallest amount of toppings ever, in fact we counted 4 pieces of beef. The other pizza was all sauce and no cheese. We even got part of our order delivered incorrectly, but just put up with it. The chicken strippers were cold and limp, the only decent part was the garlic bread. For nearly £50 it was horrible. We will stick to pizza hut in future.

It was my first time at a Domino in my entire life, and I didn't know that a pizza could so complicated. I said a pizza with two toppings, and the clerk asks me what I'm ordering...?? It takes 10-15min. To make a pizza. Alright I wait and I wait. But we were all waiting long than promised. Okay I had my pizza after 20min. There wasn't even that much stress that evening but I found it chaotic in there. The wasn't even that much toppings on the pizza at all. If I'd go somewhere else as I normally do. You get a pizza that's properly filled and tastes good and you don't have to wait that long. I'm not a fan of Domino's. Sadly when it was my first time there.

Firstly I'd like to state how we as a family love Domino's pizza in general and visit fairly often, however on our first visit to this Domino's restaurant I would seriously consider never set foot in one again. We placed our order for three large pizza with side orders to be told that the order would take between 15 to min's not an issue as all pizza's are made fresh. The place in fairness was very busy and I watched several over customers place their orders after mine. some 25 mins later and despite the screen stating my order was ready for collection I still had no pizza's and I watched customers who had placed order after me collect their pizza's. I approached a staff member as politely asked how long my order would be. They went to check and I could see two pizza's on the warming shelve that she looked at before coming back to me and informing me that it would be a couple of min's as they where waiting one more pizza. Some 10 mins later still no pizza and yet more customers receiving their pizza's even though they had placed their orders after mine. It took a further 15 mins before I had my order I challenged the staff as to why the delay and the fact that the two pizza's that had been sat of the shelve for 25 mins would be cold. The response I got was they were very busy and offered me a bottle of coke, totally missing the point about pizza's been cold. They did eventually offer to re-make all the pizza's however having already spent just short of an hour I declined their offer. With regards to the quality of the pizza's having returned home there was no surprise to find two of the pizza's to be cold as well as the side orders I also found there to be very little toppings placed on the pizza's. Very disappointing experience
