Ordered with just eat. Good delivery time, hot food for good value nothing special but does scratch and pizza itch if you have one. Landed 15 quid so can't really complain

Food nasty they gone down hill since my mate left who was the owner 3 months ago for the last 3 times they got my order wrong and waited neally two hours for my order and they got it wrong and not all their never again am I ordering from their again

Always order from here and always lovely we are regular customers but tonight part of our order missing was told 10-15mins for the order to come however 30 minutes later still not arrived this is very disappointing when the food is always lovely I've now a child gone without part of their supper!!! And all we told was driver set off 15min again should be there by now

The food got delivered early and hot but £10.50 + charges for a large kebab, you really don't get ya moneys worth. 3 pieces of donner meat in the small box. The chip shop is does better at half the price.

There food is horrid. cheese bites harder than a golf ball. Chicken on the pizza tasted days old it was so dry and brittle its like eating glass shards. they when you ring up to complain they become very rude argue with you then laff at you and put the phone down. and if thats not enough they like to leave a Hair or two on you're food. does not even warrant 1 star.

we absolutely love Charlie’s pizza, the food is amazing, the delivery driver are so friendly and helpful. We definitely would recommend Charlie’s pizza.

Used to be better before lockdown, chips are still good but the pizzas are too flat, it's almost like deep pan is now the thin and crispy and the dough is undercooked

The food was over an hour late the delivery driver rang me to say he was outside my house which he wasn’t I was stood at my door he kept telling me he was at my house then he realised he was at the wrong street when he finally came the food was cold and just got wasted won’t order from here again.

Very impressed with delivery. They surprised me with something extra which I was very happy with. Definitely buy the again. Food was great portion size was good too. Definitely recommend 10 stars from Thurcroft.

The food was rubbish not even cooked properly. You really need to do your research on the takeaways that you use because I would say 50% are good and the other half are terrible. I feel like I am constantly wasting my money on rubbish and over priced food. Not happy at all.

Sorry to say this guys but tonight was a disappointment. Usually the food from here is absolutely top notch but tonight it was barely luke warm when it arrived. Let's hope is an unfortunate glitch and will be upto the usual fantastic standard next time

2nd time I have ordered from here also ordered the same thing. Both occasions 20 minutes early with pleasant delivery drivers. The food was very hot and very nice. Thank you very much for coming out on a dreadful night. Can't wait to order again

We always liked this takeaway because they always have good food with good standards and they always give us a little bit extra. Good job guys.

First time order, thoughts... Chips were dry even in my chips and cheese wrap! Partners Burgers was fine. Two let downs chips and wait time. Just eat stated 8.20pm it then waited till 8.30pm to change to on its way. It does not take almost an hour and a half just to cook 1 burger and some chips and assemble. I work for a take away and know it only takes 10 mins to cook a burger and 5 mins for chips. You have a big grill and 2 chip pans you do the math. Won't be ordering again

The chips are spot on, kids meal brill enuff nuggets an plain chips just how my kid likes em only thing id ask for is not as much tomato puree on the pizza burger was over powering a lil other wise will order from them again

We had an order from this take away and it was wrong I mean less items then that we ordered . We not gonna go there ever again. Alupigus

Asked for a number wings, we'be been told they have them, a couple of minutes before we picked up the order they decided they don't have it and then we got overcharded. We paid 20, got a receipt for 19.60, when we got refund they refunded calculatin on the 19.60. Ok, getting messed about 60 cents it's not a big deal plus being wrongly chwrged on the wings. My amazing surprize is when I got home and a portion of chips was not there so there we have, being messed about, they don't know how to apreciate customers, obv. having a stock issue and honeatly I still wonder how they counded wrong 25 pcs when they put them in the oven. In total they messed about around £4. But hei, it's fine. Just don't buy from them without actually checking the order, don't pay before they provide.

We order something we receive less than we order and when it came to change she couldn't calculate and rip me off £5! I will never go back

Awful , I received my order and it was completely wrong (must have got someone else's). I couldn't eat it so it went straight in the bin. I called the restaurant 3 times to try to get it fixed and no one answered.

Excellent service, went above and beyond to make our order perfect, even phoned to check if we wanted salad and sauce as I forgot to add it to the order, delivery driver was polite.

Ordered a Cowboy burger, chicken fillet bacon hash brown and cheese. The burger wasn't fillet at all but a cheap mushy knock off. Most disappointing and I payed over £5 for it.

Dudes’! I could review this enough, pizza absolutely beautiful on point! I got the thin crust veggie hot and wow!!’ AMAZING, Hot af, beautifully made!! First time trying this place. Also got a belly buster? .. combo with that and the fried chicken and chicken strips,/ wedges where insanely good. I’m Luke Thomas C Riley & I approve this takeaway!!

Really sorry but the food wasn’t good at all, we order here a lot but tonight wasn’t great. The chicken was a funny grey colour and really dry. The chips where cold and seemed old, like they’d been cooked a while ago and still served. Thought it’s best to let you know rather than just not say.

Very poor Nachos just a lump of cheese congealed on top of soggy nachos.

Food was an hour late, wrong pizza arrived and no chips that had been ordered and paid for. The pizza that did arrive was really nice but not what we had ordered.

Unfortunately we’re currently still sat waiting for our food at 10.45. We ordered it at 8.30. Rang about 9.30 and they said it’d be 20 minutes and now cannot get through to them. Don’t order from here if you want a quick easy dinner on a Friday night...
