It did arrive fast sadly it made me throw up ,I need gluten free food and I am concerned that it is cross contamination .despite the speed it arrived the food made me feel sick , I won’t buy from dominoes pizza again very disappointed

Food took 45 mins to deliver, then received cold food. Not what you’d expect when domino’s is one of the most expensive takeaways around here

I ordered a few of the wraps pepperoni, bbq chicken and tandoori ones . I have got to say the food was delicious, fresh and perfect portion. Will be coming back again

I had a pretty bad day today a takeaway cheered me up the food is wonderful and I think the food is awesome to have after a bad day

The food was fantastic when we got an order from it , I was starving I was watching one of my fave series of all time bookof boba fett with the pizza , I was really happy with it brilliant . I would recommend the margarita gluten free and the magnum ice cream

The person who delivered it didn’t even wait for me to take the pizza off the person ,I wasn’t impressed that he left the pizza on the floor and didn’t hand it to me they ditched on the floor in front of the house and it isn’t very hygienic . I wasn’t grateful for that. The pizza tasted nice but the concern was that the pizza could’ve had insects on it which would not be great

That was disgraceful 1 hour and half late cold pizza stuck to box get more drivers I expect better dominos appalling

Disgruntled with this order. Here is my view: Pros: Delivery driver was polite and professional, was delivered on time. Cons: I tried to order a large pizza but they don't provide this on a gluten free base. We ordered via the website which does not allow you to check out requesting gluten free. Rung up to change order, moved to a medium and this wasn't even big enough to feed a child, let alone a family of 3. I get much better value at alternative competitors. This will be my first and last order unfortunately at Domino's.

Over an hour since I placed my order. Tried to contact store 3 times and no answer. Would like to cancel my order and get food from somewhere else, but can not talk to anyone to do this.

Waited 1.5 hours before trying to call store. No one answering phone. After 2.5 hours they answer phone. Rude girl blamed the manager for never employing enough staff. Food showed up after 3 hours. Already gone to bed. Driver arrogant and wasn't even concerned he was delivering freezing cold pizza 3 hours late. Got refund after contacting their head office. Store manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Awful takeaway. Worst customer service and inedible food.

Ordered 2 basic pizzas and 1 hour later still waiting for delivery. Rang 3 times before someone answered only for them to say it’s about to go in the oven. Waited another hour and a half for it to arrive at our house. We live less than a mile away and it took 2 and a half hours to cook 2 pizzas.

I missed the take away and the food is amazing , the pizza oh my goodness tasted wonderful I loved it. A lot thank you the gluten free pizza was divine

Today the 28 th of may huge traffic jam all the way from masons to Hellaby roundabout due to lorry turnover on my way home from work was in the traffic for 2 hrs as I get further down young lad knocked on my window n offered me a pizza lovely lad as well good bless dominos for doing that he went up n down the cars made my day thankyou xx

Pizza okay but never order the nachos. Somebody in the branch actually thought it was okay to send these inedible things to a customer.

This has to be the worst outlet there is, the young staff are rude as can be and have a real attitude, when visiting there was staff outside in uniform smoking drugs as the smell was obvious, I ask for a menu and was told to look it up on my phone, absolutely the most disgusting place I have been in ages.

Order food via telephone at brameley store staff did not state card only when arriving to collect pizza he stated card only and chucked food in bin advised he should of stated on phone that card only on collection

over an hour for a pizza and some wedges. what a joke, I called at the hour mark and was told it would be at least another half hour to make sure it was "hot"

Had tonight's order take over an hour and a half and last order was stone cold! Not impressed at all

Reviewing Domino's is a weird one as to give 5 is more of a comment on the consistent quality of Domino's food. You should know what you are getting and Bramley Domino's don't disappoint. The food was delivered quickly as exactly as expected. All good :)

I need a gluten free food and I don’t think the gluten free pizza is entirely gluten free as the sauce tasted different to what I had during the usual dominoes it made me feel ill.I don’t think I will be having another dominoes just in case

For the third time in a row they forgot to put the dip in with the pizza, when I ordered I asked specifically if you got a dip with the pizza (which I knew you did) they said yes so I said can you make sure it comes, not a problem he said, half hour later the order arrived what a surprise no dip!! Won't order again now from these sick of paying way over the odds for a pizza and not even receiving all the order!! Shame really as the pizza is always really nice

Stopped here for evening meal en-route to Birmingham rather than stopping in a services. Tasted far better than anything I could have gotten on the motorway and with the deals in it was a good sight cheaper too.

ITS A Dominos so you know what to expect. Yes there expensive but play the game to get a discount. Not had issues from here yet

Just had 2 pizzas delivered to maltby. 7.50 Friday.Ham and mushroom and a pepperoni.The pepperoni one was burnt, EVEN WORSE - TEMPERATURE OF THEM BOTH - 32 DEGREES.The app was saying they were in quality check for 20 minutes.Or roughly translated, stuck on a shelf waiting delivery.Disgusted ~~~~

Love the pizzas from here. As the title suggests I find them on the expensive side. Tend to make use of offers/deals in an attempt to bring the price down, but the pizzas and service are great.

Don't bother ordering from these idiots if your in the hospital and bed bound as they refuse to come in the hospital and will try to make you come to the entrance to collect it not possible if your bed bound Will never recommend or order from them again

Used this Dominoes while in a hotel down the road with all the grandchildren. Ordered online, we turned up at this Dominos and the order had gone to another Dominos.They were so helpful, rang and cancelled our original order then went the the menu with us to provide our take away.Super Stars Saved our lives, especially the lovely Shannon !The food was excellent as was the service, thank you so much to all the guys there, we will be back again when in the area.

Orders for collection on the large pizza for 8.99... had half and half veggie volcano and original cheese and tomato... well worth the money. We also had the garlic pizza bread which was really soft dough and very tasty 😋

I loved my pizza it was a fantastic take away and it is worth money not wrongly charged but the food was so filling I had to save it for the following day that is a mark of a true fast food company in time we will order from them again

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza's to be delivered. Both really hot/spicy, kids wouldn't eat them. Meal ruined. Never again.

I seriously don't understand why anyone raves about Dominoes pizza. There is more base on a pitta bread than there is on a thin and crispy pizza and they are massively overpriced. I would rather have a crisp than a dominoes. Would never buy again as it is completely overpriced basic "junk food" if you want a proper pizza go elsewhere. Unless you like subway, go elsewhere.

Nos alojamos en el hotel ibis y recogió un par de pizzas aquí para la cena. Nunca habíamos tenido un Dominos Pizza antes y viendo que se hacía de cero fue una revelación. El personal era muy amable, el servicio era eficiente y las pizzas eran increíblemente mejor de lo que me imaginaba que sería. No nos parece una ensalada... compramos los primeros ensalada que la tienda había vendido y era lo único decepcionante que tuvimos.

I tend to order using the app and it arrives so quickly. There are loads of types of pizzas available and always taste the best. Although it is expensive if there's no good offers on.

Let's be honest: Domino's is expensive. It's premium prices for what is expected to be a premium pizza - pizza that is supposed beat a frozen alternative any day. Even the pizzas in most restaurants are cheaper than the "greatness" from domino's. We're expecting quality here. This cannot be farther from the truth when it comes to the Bawtry Road branch. My partner and I ordered from there a month ago as a treat, but alas, the order was wrong! (Domino's offer customisation of their pizzas, however I am unsure as the why , because they never seem to get it right -perhaps it's just a bit too difficult for them. Then again, Subway manage to customise individual sandwiches consistently). Both myself and my partner asked for no onions and opted for something else, but onions were thrown all over both sides of our half and half pizza. We checked the label to see if we had ordered correctly. and we had, so we knew it was a misunderstanding at the store. We wasted £20.We gave Domino's the benefit of the doubt and decided to order again last night. This time I went to the store with my partner: I was disgusted.Not only was the pizza wrong once again, but the staff were rude, unwilling to help or rectify their mistake. It was as if they expected us to leave their store with any old pizza and not bother paying for a preference. Honestly guys, just get rid of your menu and surprise your customers with whatever ingredients you can be bothered to chuck on the pizza at the time.We had to wait 20 minutes for them to make a new pizza. As we sat and waited in the tired store, we listened to staff moan about customer orders, watched them as they had to "remake" several pizzas they had gotten wrong and swear/ insult each other and customers. Icing on the top of the cake was when they'd finally remade our pizza, and decided to make a derogatory comment about my name, not knowing I was still sat in the store.I want to reiterate that myself and my partner were not rude. We did not carry off in a manner that would warrant such a response from staff. As an ex-retail manager, I am a firm believer in treating people with respect - I've been unnecessarily shouted at several times. We simply, and kindly, asked for the order we'd originally paid for and looked forward to - what is wrong with that?Here's a tip: offer a service that corresponds with your prices, treat customers as if you were one of them and how you would expected to be treated in that situation, and recognise that you work in an establishment that has a direct view to the kitchen. We can see/ hear/ observe every single thing you are doing with our food. Take pride in your job.

I've eaten from Domino's a few times - this branch at Bramley and the new one in Rotherha (opposite Exercise 4 Less) It is very expensive so if you are going to go here make sure you have some sort of voucher!! They often have offers available online and by flyers. Each time I've eaten from these two Domino's branches in the last year I've had extremely bad tummy problems - the most recent being last night. It is not just me that has had this trouble, each time I've eaten everyone who has eaten with us has had the same issues (each time ranging from 2 people - 6 people). I'd love to say it was an isolated incident or that we had eaten too much but the trouble started less than a few slices in - let alone eating half of our order! It may just be the Rotherham branches, but I'd definitely think twice before ordering. I doubt I will be having Domino's again!!!!

We visited the Rotherham branch of Domino's after being impressed by the company, its ethos and its staff when we watched the channel 4 documentary last night.On first impressions the shop looks great, very clean and tidy and remarkably better than other takeaway joints around the place. However, we were very put off by the staff (maybe manager's?) Young 2/3yr old children who were sitting by the till on the kitchen work-surface, regularly walking into the kitchen (health and safety??) And being passed around the staff without much evidence of hand washing before our pizzas were made. To top it off... I'm not sure how the staffs BMW parked across the pavement blocking our footpath and parked on double yellows;conveys the 'proffessional' image that last night's documentary portrayed?? We were particularly impressed by the franchisee owner and the company as a whole featured in the programme, but were very disappointed with our visit! :/We will certainly buy from dominos again; but definitely not from this branch.

Started going here when our local pizza place got a 1 star food rating. The pizzas are always produced consistently and are tasty and being a chain you know that if you request beef you get that etc.Yes it can be pricey but you never pay full price unless your silly as there is always offers on and offer leaflets on the counter you just need to open your eyes.The app is worth a down load as you get offers from this.Delivery is alway prompt and quick even in snow

Domino's Rotherham charged me 43.03 for food I never ordered on Aug 20th 2014. I am in-fact millions of miles away in Tanzania for the past few months. Called my bank (HBOS), and they said to call the Rotherham branch. The Rotherham rep told me to prove I did not make the order! Well, you can look at my passport! The credit card is also dormant, and this is the only transaction for the past 6 months! Do the right thing, and refund my money! The Rotherham rep also denied that individual branch details don't appear on a credit card statement. This is also false, as you can see from my bank statement attached!

Prefer to support the locals, but Dominos were offering any size pizza for £5.99 and a side of garlic bread for 99p, if you collected it.Pizza good, garlic bread good.If I'd paid full price it would have been expensive but a midweek takeout for 2 at less than £7.00 was a bargain.

I kept hearing how it's worth the cash, and it's better than other pizzas so we dropped into one of them. Must have been an off day because I've honestly had better tasting pizzas at half the price.The wings were nice, but they were smothered in Franks sauce, can't really go wrong there. I make them just as good from home. And the Kickin Chicken was also nice.The hotdog crust was good, I did enjoy that.Overall I'm just not convinced the price tag matched the taste.
