Domino's Pizza in Northampton

Ordered delivery, Meatilicious, more baseilicious, very poor on toppings also I ordered garlic dippers but garlic bread was sent, poor attention to detail, poor quality of Pizza.

i order a pizza and it takes a hour to come, then when my pizza finally arrives i’m so exsited and it tomato based when i ordered BBQ and stale cold. i called and like it says online how they are happy to sort the situation out he then said he can’t send me my correct pizza.fuming piece of !&:£ pizza, my boyfriend also took a bite out of it to confirm it was tomato which it was

Domino’s Kingsthorpe Most Saturday nights we order a Dominos. The service at this branch is getting worse and worse. Have witnessed customers waiting and when they chase their order they’re told it’s been given to another customer! Every single week customers all crow inside waiting to pick up orders and completely ignored. This week our chicken combo order came with 12 wedges and 5 regular and 2 tiny little chicken goujons. We were offered a replacement with drink or a £15 credit on next order but I’d rather have the proper order in the first place. Eating the garlic bread now, it’s missing cheese on one half which is basically just dough. I’m fed up of calling them back. The staff are spending so much time chatting and laughing no wonder the service is so bad.

As customer service goes, this is the worst I have every experienced - Hour and half later - still no food - called and spoke to the manager Callum who said , we have a shortage of drivers so not sure when you will receive your order!!! cant cancel or have any sort of compensation, just site and wait until it turns up!!!! incredible - should have gone to Pizzahut......avoid at all cost!!!

If we could give less than a 1, I would. Ordered pizza for my son’s birthday treat on the app. Pizza never arrived, despite the tracker saying it was delivered almost 45 minutes after ordering. We called and couldn’t get through. When they finally answered we were promised delivery immediately. 40 minutes later, still no pizza and 2 hungry kids at 9:20pm. I called again and asked for a manager, which the lady said she was, although her English was so poor, she couldn’t understand what no was saying. She promised again that the food was being sent, but excused the shocking service saying it was busy!! We still have no pizza after 2.5 hours of waiting and no offer of a refund.

Dominos USED to be the best. Not anymore. We had a pizza delivered from the Harborough Road shop. Awful. Greasy, limp and cold. We’ve lived in Kingsthorpe for years and we’d never had a bad Dominos until then. So, after a few weeks we ordered again. This time, it was even worse. Again it was greasy, limp and undercooked, and the toppings were barely anywhere to be found. I counted 3, yes 3, slices of mushroom. The base was barely cooked and the box was saturated in grease. The pizzas were barely edible and you couldn’t eat a slice with one hand because the slice just flopped and the barely there toppings slid off into a pool of grease. Yum. I would give zero stars if I could. We should’ve complained but to be honest, we couldn’t be bothered. So instead, we will never order a Dominos again. Recently had a Papa Johns from Kingsthorpe front which was absolutely delicious. The only thing I missed from Dominos was the garlic dip. If you’re after a pizza, go to Papa Johns instead, better food, better value and you won’t feel out of pocket.

we ordered a pizza and waited the full 40mins for it to arrive to then find out we was given a complete different pizza so we phoned up to get the pizza we originally ordered delivered. we then waited 30mins for this to find out yet again it was not what we ordered so at this point we was extremely hungry and rather annoyed so we phoned them back to request that our order to actually be delivered to us! We was met with quite a cold response by the gentlemen on the other line after requesting a new pizza he stated back to us ‘at this point I think you just need a refund because clearly they can’t make your pizza correctly.’ This completely shocked us as we ordered pizza because that’s what we wanted so we asked for a manager who did offer us a refund and a size up of the pizza we actually ordered so another 20mins go by and we get our pizza. However we was disappointed to discover that there was barley any crust, lack of tomato sauce and the chicken was chewy as if it had been left in the oven for too long. I think it’s fair to say we won’t be ordering from them again!

Pizza arrived room temperature! My food looked as if it was prepared in a rush. Pizza was room temperature and needed to go in my oven, garlic bread was hot but there was more cheese in the box than on the bread, leaving only the chicken strippers to reasonably enjoy although they were not hot either. I have to wonder whether it was carried in a thermo bag during delivery, for all I know is that it sat on the front seat of the delivery drivers car. Unlikely order from Kingsthorpe again. What a disappointment and waste of my money!

went here to buy a pizza.ive never bought a dominos pizza before and didnt realise i should have ordered on line. I tried to do this at the collection point but was unable to. The female assistant was so lovley she orered it for me on her til. This pizza was very nice too. This as the evening of 12th september. Give thr girl a promotion as without her i couldnt have bought the pizza and will definitley return.

A group of us ordered 5 pizzas for collection. The 50% discount they offer for NHS staff is pretty amazing - kudos. Sadly the pizzas were average. There was not enough sauce on the pizza's and hence they were too bready. Toppings were lumped in the middle of the pizza rather than be spread out.

My children asked for Domino's so for a Friday treat we ordered it. Despite looking at the deals on offer it was still quite expensive to feed four of us. The Gluten free pizza is a joke for 13 quid - it is tiny compared to what the same money gets you otherwise and can't be ordered on a large size. Can't complain about the delivery speed though - plus the online tracker.

On arrival to collect my pizzas the guy who served me had the longest dirtiest nails,thick black gunk under them,made me feel sick and put me off my food thinking about him making my food

Ordered for the family nearly £30 so not the cheapest takeaway but food arrived late & was over cooked & dry! Plus they sent a pepperoni pizza out minus the pepperoni!! Rang & complained & was told we would receive a complete new order this didn’t arrive for another 40 minutes so it was 10pm before we ate! Not good for a young family won’t be ordering again!

I like Domino’s, bit expensive £20 for a pizza, but when there is a offer on, its reasonable, but this branch is sub standard, the base of the pizza, bordering on burnt, dry over cooked topping, it’s like I cooked a pizza myself and left it in the oven, 10 minuets to long, and it’s not the first time, think I will stick with Weston Favell branch, so much better, maybe they should go there for training.

Always great pizzas which are always delivered on time 😊 A great simple app to use in which to place your order. I’ve placed several orders with these guys and it’s always good speedy service, with polite & friendly delivery drivers.

I ordered pizzas and sides for collection online, turned to collect and although my order was showing as ready in the order display I was told it would be a couple of minutes.20 minutes later I was still waiting so I asked where my order was. After checking the assistant said my order was lost and they would have to re-cook it. 10 minutes later it still wasn’t ready so I asked again where it was, after hunting around they returned with my order. When I got home it was stone cold and dried out on the pizza bases. I think this was my order that was ready when I first arrived but just sat all that time on the heat shelves.It was totally inedible and it went in the bin.Be warned if you order from here it could be your worst Dominos experience.

Collection service. Staff ignore you don’t want to serve you. It as though you are invisible. Really rude. Food ready but still ignore you when you get your food it’s cold. Don’t know why they bother to open not interested in customer.

Ordered takeaway provided post code made numerous phone calls couldn't make any sense of what delivery driver was talking about. Fortunately had decided to pay cash on delivery so were not out of pocket. Spoke to manager who only offered to redeliver within the hour so we made alternative arrangements. Obviously don't need the business

Great food, but portions are not that great for the massive price you are paying. Even with the added deals it is still way too pricey.

Ordered a half and half pizza it turned up with 2 pieces of chicken on it....I didn't realise we were on wartime rations

Real good tasty pizza. Service via the dominos app was efficient to use. The delivery was efficient too. On arrive food was warm and to eat. Consistent with other deliveries.

Food was delivered red hot and very tasty,friendly driver, good value for money 50% off for NHS employees which made it even more worthwhile

Just ordered a pizza, wings and potatoes. Through the app, I could see exactly what was being done and when it was on its way. Delivery on time, perfect and hot. The taste was good. So I got what I expected so no complaints.
