Not the first time I've had to send the food bk ... this is what you pay for at saltney dominos cold pizza n burnt natchos not ones but twice. .. need to get their act together ppl pay money to eat this rubbish

Because this Domino’s is close to our house, we regularly order from here. The quality is very much up and down, with wrong orders being frequent and cold (ish) pizza happening regularly even though only 2 minutes drive away. We have now ordered for the last time as they did not deliver our full order. We called twice to tell them about it and was promised they would send missing item immediately. Nothing came. We have also been in contact (sent email) to Domino’s to at least get a refund of the item not delivered, but no response. This is terrible customer treatment and we will not order from here again.

We have had a few deliveries from here recently which have been poor to say the least, missing items and cold food but really fancied pizza so thought we'd give them another chance. Shouldn't have wasted our money as once again the pizza was cold. So that's it Dominos Saltney no more chances which is a shame as in the rare occasions they got it right it was lovely

I was in Chester for work on Thursday the 19th of August, and decided to pop into Dominos for some lunch. Was served by two lovely employees- one male one female. Honestly assets to the company and totally made my day.

This is of course a bog standard Domino's in Saltley. Would recommend as extremely clean and very helpful staff.

Extremely disappointing, pizza arrived cold after spending 80 minutes in the delivery driver's car. Never order again

i ordered a home alone deal and revive a completely different order, no sweet corn and bacon and a tomato base when u asked for bbq and revive chicken bites instead of nachos everything was cold!! and i rang atleast 9 times and no answer awful

Went in stoned beggin for a tomato pizza base garlic bread . The girl on the till told me it was 2 for £6 , took this cheeky offer and turns out it was mega life changing . She knew I was needing two whole pizzas and I’m glad because it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Thankyou for making me get 2, I needed them both

It really is appalling. We ordered ahead and still had to wait, then gave me two pizzas and told me that completed my order when I had drinks,sauces,sides outstanding. I shown him my conformation email of the food and costing and still wouldn’t believe me. After 15 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes of trying to get through to someone that were missing items I gave up. It would of been more effective talking to the margarita. Avoid.

Ordered online and was told to collect in 10-15 minutes. On arriving at the store was told it would be another 20 minutes. After 40 minutes in the store the pizza was listed on the in-store screen as 'ready' but the guy on the till said it wouldn't be ready for a while - "it's not actually ready". I was one of several customers who were being kept waiting much longer than promised. The guy on the till didn't know how to help - he just kept saying he'd find out what was going wrong with all the orders. A number of us had been waiting 30 minutes longer than promised and when we asked whether anyone knew where our orders were up to he couldn't help so we asked if the manager could sort it out. He pointed to the manager (a guy in a black shirt who wasn't taking any interest in customers - he was too busy making the pizza bases). The manager was the one wiping sweat off his head then carrying on making pizza bases without washing his hands - basic hygiene/ When the food arrived, the pizzas had the wrong toppings and were colder than they should have been - we got the impression that pizzas were being cooked then piling up somewhere behind the counter.

1. 99% of staff looked intoxicated 2. No communication apart from “tell that lazy git to stop using the phone from upstairs” that’s all I heard. 3. Customer service was pretty shocking to say the least, no apology for the 30 minute wait. (Factory boys at my work are happier) 4.just assumed we wanted garlick sauce because they couldn’t be bothered to ask obviously not been to McDonald’s they always ask... 5. Pizza was ok nothing like a decent home made pizza like you would expect I would probably put a close comparasment to an Aldi pizza although they stay warmer for longer. 6. Chocolate pizza unimpressed looked like a bakewell pudding chocolate cousin wannabe and didn’t look cooked as the chocolate was still in disc form yep.. Summary, all in all you could have a better night in with a cheese pizza and some Nutella on toast for dessert probably set you back £5 as apposed to £16 for cold/uncooked food. not impressed binned food went to Asda.

The pizzas are amazing but always end up arriving cold. Nothing wrong with the amount of choices for the pizzas but always very disappointing when we have to heat up the pizza when it’s delivered

We order here often as it’s always pretty good! Sometimes they don’t have what you order and they end up substituting the drinks etc but I guess that’s with any dominos - always pretty ok.

To this day, dominos has always been a trustworthy place can get my pizzas in moments of pizza need. Throughout my student experience, they have provided me with sustenance for many a hangover. Like Martin Luther King, i had a dream, today, October 4th, (the day after october 3rd lol mean girls) my dreams were shattered. I embarked on a a mission to stop my starvation and order a deal of a lifetime. for only £10.99 i could order a pizza, sides and a drink. As the orange guy off the tele box would say, "bargain". My soul mission encountered delays when this strange thing we call internet destroyed my chances of purchasing online. but behold...THE TELEPHONE! i hurried to my smartphone device and dialled as quickly as my little thumbs could wag. I dialled that number as if i was going for gold at Rio! Shortly after, a lady answered. I explained to her my dilemma and she said "no stress no bovva mate i'll sort you out". i repeated my order to said maiden and she completed my order informing me that the most handsome driver who would arrive by flaming chariot, Corsa 2 litre would take my payment. I received the confirmation by email. I was overjoyed and waited eagerly by the windowsill. Little did i know they were biting their thumb at me sir. At who sir?, AT ME GOOD SIR! the end of this tale...i waited, what seemed like a decade as my ribs develop a shadow and i run out of back up pasta. My pizza was never delivered and dominos closed. i withered away upon my primark bedsheets and am typing to you from beyond however still awaiting in hope that my pizza will arrive. but in all seriousness, I'm fuming.

We had our dogs with us and as my wife is celiac we ordered take away from Domoinos, for twenty pounds we ordered two small pizzas then waited outside for them as the dogs were not allowed in the shop, obviously, no comaplints there. We stood outside for twenty minutes in the freezing cold in full view of every memeber of staff and were totally ignored. I went in after the tewnty minutes and at first they denied we had ordered but when I gave the name we had used to order one of the staff slouched over to a rack and took our pizzas off and handed them over, with "I don't really care about you" attitude, no apology nothing, the pizzas were cold. I emailed David Wild (Chief Executive) direct and he has chosen to show were the staff get their ignorance from by choosing to toally ignore my email.

I had my first Domino's a couple of weeks before (from a different place) and wasn't very impressed but we were having a take out pizza at work so I decided to try again and it was really good. Much better than my previous one and I will definitely be trying more after this. We had delivery and it was very quick. Recommended.

We were delivered cold pizza and the dough was like cardboard, normally very good but tonight it was aweful. Waited over 1 1/2 hours before it was even delivered. When you spend that sort of money they charge you would atleast expect it to be hot. I know they get busy but there is no excuse for cold pizza.

Had a lovely meal me and my little boy. keep it up guys fast and fresh food very good deals to pick from had to have the web saver deal thou spend £25 get £10 off great value for money thanks for a great meal

Yummy 😋 pizza... We enjoyed the taste of the pizza. Very delicious food 🍲 good service and can try again later this. We are happy to this place. Must visit one time.

By far the better of the two Domino's in Chester. I live near the Foregate Street one but will drive to this one. The pizza is hot and quick.

great deals great tasting food if you like a nice pizza or chicken fillets give them a go . also check online for discount codes half price if you can find them

This is typical of a dominoes and lived up to the usual standards. No complaints. Delivery arrived on time.

Ordered pizza came on time and was fabulous!!! People just get arsey because they are miserable grumpy people!!!! Go here I recommend it!!!!!

A disappointing experience today. To start with, I ordered two pizzas and a drink for my partner's 30min lunch break and it arrived an hour after ordering, giving him only 5 minutes to eat it in the first place. We also noticed that we only received a small bottle of coke, which I rang up about. They assured me that someone would deliver the bottle we paid for. The person was very polite and apologised, making no fuss about their error. The only let-down in the end was the fact that this never appeared. I am really quite disappointed and will probably refrain from ordering here again.

This refers only to Dominos in Saltney, Chester, where the delivery staff think it is acceptable to park in the disabled area and on the pedestrian crossing.
