Domino's Pizza in Lincoln

ordered a two for Tuesday at around a quarter to 9, came very quickly (around half an hour) and was very well cooked, best pizza i've had in a long time. Delivery girl was lovely and followed social distancing measures.

Absolutely appalling place. Rude staff! My food was 2 hours late and cold. The manager who I spoke to Steve was very cocky and arrogant awful excuse of a manager. Do not go to this place go to another dominos not this one. Food wasn’t even edible.

Pedí 3 pizzas: 1 grande y 2 medianas más una botella de coca cola, ¡el precio total 52, tan impactado por el costo, lograron que lo revisaran 3 veces! ! Llegar a casa uno no era más grueso que un pedazo de papel y al otro le faltaba el maíz dulce que se había pedido, nunca más

Llamamos en un pedido grande de pizza, salsas y bebidas. Recolectamos 20 minutos más tarde ya que la colección te da una oferta de dos por uno. Pizza increíble sabor: -)

We got there, firstly they tried making our order cheaper, and then said 'we can't make it cheaper sorry' when we didn't even ask for it cheaper anyway! Secondly when I went out to the counter there was three lads eater and they realised I needed serving so they told this girl making out pizza's that I was waiting to be served, she just shrugged her shoulders and laughed. When I eventually got served after ten minutes the lady took my money, disappeared for 5 minutes, came back gave me my change and then disappeared again, after waiting a further ten minutes I finally got my drink, They really need to sort their staff out as they're the rudest people I've ever come across. We will never be going back there.

Firstly, we tried placing an order for collection via the dominos app however it wasn't working and so I rang up and ordered instead (I know this is not a fault of the dominos store itself). On the phone I requested the collection deal whereby a medium pizza is £5.99 and I was put on hold because the woman on the other end was unsure of the deal. Obviously, I didn't mention anything to her about her evident lack of knowledge because I thought she could be new; but as I proceeded to name my toppings she had never heard of garlic butter before?! And asked me very rudely about 5 times and said in her own words "I don't know what your on about", after finally placing our order and collecting after 15 minutes I was told my pizza had no pizza base on? What? We received an apology but had to wait yet another 15 minutes just for 1 pizza... Surely we should have been prioritised seeing as the order was messed up on dominos behalf? When our order was finally ready we received nothing but a petty offer for a free bottle of Coke which was actually quite offensive after we heard someone muttering about us getting 50% off. We will not be returning here, the staff aren't trained and the service is bad at its best.

It was a cold Sunday night and the cupboards were bare so my girlfriend and I decided that a pizza would solve all our problems. Using the handy Dominos app we were drawn to an excellent meal deal that included a large pizza, two sides and two drinks for £19.99. Our pizza of choice was a stuffed-crust Texas BBQ with meatballs as an added treat. Along with this we chose cheesy garlic-bread and chicken strippers so we could have an all out feast. After the usual amount of waiting time, around 45 minutes, the order finally arrived and we settled down to devour our choices. But, alas! Whilst the pizza was correct they had sent us some sort of chicken bites and some cookies! Confused by the situation we rang the store in order clarify where the mishap had taken place and, hopefully, to obtain the garlic bread we craved. The gentleman that answered was clearly working his first shift and seemed flustered under the pressure of having a conversation with another person. After we described the problem, he explained that they had sent the replacement chicken starter because they had no chicken strippers. Whilst not a huge issue, it would have been nice if they had let us know. Clearly warming up to his role answering the phones, the young chap that asked 'what else is wrong with it?' He didn't share our concern over the chicken and he certainly didn't seem distressed when we said that the cookies in no way resembled the garlic bread we were expecting. He said he would just speak to the manager and after two minutes of being on hold he came back on the phone with the welcoming line 'Welcome to Dominos!' Whilst this is a friendly greeting, it's not what you want to hear when you've been placed on hold. He said that we would be sent the missing garlic bread but did ask if we had eaten the cookies...an unlikely task given that we'd called once receiving our order. He said we'd probably be allowed to keep them but it would be best to save them just in case. 25 minutes and one eaten pizza later the garlic bread was delivered. As was a receipt for someone else's completed order. An unexpected treat. Cons - if you order sides, expect lucky dip. Pros - there is a new Pizza Hut delivery open near our house.

Always use this Dominos and we have done for years and normally fairly efficient. However after ordering food and being told 15minutes wait, it turned out to be a 55minute wait. No explanation or apology. Understandably our five year old and one year old were pretty fed up and we were just about to leave when pizzas came out. My husbands was fine, mine was not the quality we normally get and was also cold. To avoid a further hours wait for a hot pizza we left and won't be returning again.

Have ordered from here twice this month. The five star rating is for the pizza, not the service! Ordered online the fist time and by phone the next. Both straight forward enough. On both occasions we ordered 10 or 12 large pizzas and took advantage of the buy one get one free when you collect. (It would be very expensive otherwise!) One the first occasion it was me that did the collecting (having paid online). Sure they were busy making pizza and answering phones but it would have been nice to have had an acknowledgement sooner than the 12 minutes that it took. I felt rather invisible waiting at the counter. On the second occasion someone else did the collecting so I just enjoyed pizza!

Had a few drinks with friends at home. Decided to ask for a delivery. It was a Friday night about 8.45pm. Although delivery was 50 minutes the pizzas and chips arrived in less than 30 minutes. The Food was hot, plentiful and tasted fantastic.

Always an over cooked dry base, waste of money. HaS gone downhill a lot since in the past 6 months or so.. It was great when it first opened.

The customer service in this store leaves a lot to be desired ! After placing an online order and realizing I made a mistake I phone the store immediately after (it was one minute I checked on my phone) to correct it. I was informed that there was nothing they could do and I would have to accept the order that I had placed ... nonsense. After speaking to two people I was given a lecture on wasting food and quite frankly spoken to like a child. Obviously, I subsequently cancelled the order and made a complaint (which was a lot more difficult than it should have been i might add) Dominos is nice, but its super expensive and so given the price you pay decent customer service is the least you expect. I would reccomend visiting a different store, the one at the end of tritton road (Lincoln South I believe); the staff there have always been lovely :)

After a rather unexpected trip to A&E we found ourselves nearby and very hungry. Having popped in to Dominos we were greeted by a helpful member of staff who explained the offers available and took our order. Dominos offer a gluten free option (in small only) and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the gluten free pizza. The £14.99 deal included a large pizza, dough balls, garlic bread and potato wedges. This represented excellent value for money and would feed a few people. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and the food hot and tasty. Dominos are not the best pizza ever, but for a quick and easy tea you could do worse.
