Domino's Pizza in Tendring

The chicken wings are absolutely awful! No crispiness at all just mushy and really cheap quality. Tried to call about this and they weren't helpful at all.

They failed to deliver our food on 3 different occasions tonight and are refusing us a refund

What a joke, supreme vegy pica... One bite and no more vegetables and its large pica. Its sooo poor, not recommended, avoid!!!

After ordering an 11 in because they don't do 12 in like all other pizza place and the also do different crust aswell then We found out they only take cards and not cash !! Not everyone has a card that U can pay over the net or phone so had to cancel and called pizza hut instead!!

App ordered the completey wrong pizza! Phoned the store to rectify and they lied and said it was already out for delivery. Totally unacceptable customer service blatant lies. Will never order again. The pizza was inedible as well. Dog loved it though 🐶

Had a terrible pizza from here not so long ago but last night tryed my luck again spoke to Matt who was doing a very good job very approachable and actually listened to what was wanted , pizza was perfect very cheesy exactly what I wanted even ate the whole thing which I don’t normally do , if I come back here I will be asking if Matt is in store instead of the Micky mouse worker that made the pizza last time , top quality geezer Thankyou matt

Been waiting an hr for my 1 pizza to arrive! It’s not 10pm and according to the tracker it’s still baking! Tried calling and no answer! Disgusting to be honest with you! Wish I’d never bothered, £17 for a pizza it’s a joke!

The pizzas here use to be good you use to get beautiful amount of cheese where as now even when you ask for loads you get barely any , not really much taste to it , way to much tomato sauce applied to the garlic bread !! Again this never use to come like this , person on the phone can’t understand English it seems or just plain deaf! Rude on the phone and when you phone up to complain most orders would be sent out again and done properly! Will be using Pizza Hut old road in future as they have improved ! Actually give you lots of cheese and if you have an issue they sort it for you! Also this is very overpriced for a load of rubbush basically , will be telling people to avoid this place at all costs !

I visited here and done a collection for 6pm we arrived before that and waited patiently until are pizzas said they were done on the screen then we kept waiting and waiting until we finally asked one of the staff where they were and they replied "the pizzas isn't done yet I will take about 3 minutes" which was daft as we were sitting in the for 45 minutes and by the time we left it was nearly a hour waiting for 2 pizzas which was ridiculous and one was cold anyway. The customer service is rubbish and the waiting times are ridiculous

2 pizzas burnt and thin as a knife, a tenner for each of them too won't be back

The guy serving was really helpful and polite. I'd ordered vegan pizza but he pointed out the large dip I ordered wasn't vegan. I've deducted a star because I stood outside and ordered the pizza for collection using a discount code but it turns out I could have got the same pizza for nearly £3 cheaper over the counter.

This is the worse dominos iv ever had . For the price I expect near to perfection instead I got imperfection hardly any toppings but the ones that were on it were near enough burnt and it was sliced like a person who was drunk on a night out or should of gone to Specsavers. Delivery driver was nice .sorry but you just lost a very valued customer to pizza hut .

I tried ordering a medium pizza with vegan pepperoni topping on a normal dough. They said they cannot do it the dough has to be vegan aswell which is just ridiculous. I'm not vegan I just don't eat pork. I just wanted and paying for a pizza with vegan pepperoni topping. Eventually I didn't order

Placed my order last friday no bottle of drink so called they said send out straight away hour later called to say where my drink is has already eat my food man said sorry i forgot no refund at all . Then to top it off emailed head office got email back saying someone would contact me in 5 days well guess what yep no contact .VERY VERY BAD

Tried all the overs but Domino's is the best.

Decent! Working during lockdown in Clacton I regularly use Dominoes lunch time deals. £5.99 for a small pizza, garlic bread and a drink is much better VFM than Greggs etc. Food is always hot and well presented and Covid practices well adhered to unlike Papa Johns along the road. Nice one Dominoes!

Truly one of the worst dominos I’ve ever been to. Hardly any toppings, better off getting a frozen Chicago town. The one with no topping is from Jackson Road, the other is what it’s meant to look like from Barking.

Phoned you guys up to tell you my pizza was squashed because you don't use pizza savers to protect them, only to get "Only pizza hut use pizza savers, there's nothing we can do." Contacted customer support online and they told me someone would get back to me in 5 days...nearly 10 days later with no care given, here I am to leave you guys a 1 star review, won't be ordering from again. I guess I will be going with Pizza Hut after all.

Delicious pizza, love the fact that you can track where it is on a map (sometimes doesn't work though) My only issue is that it's a bit on the pricey side. Other than that, I would definitely recommend dominos.

Ordered for pickup online and got home , went to eat it and 1 of the pizzas was wrong , rung up and they were unwilling to help unless we went in to pick up again because they want the incorrect pizza back . We had no issues giving it back , however we really think they should have delivered the correct pizza to us and picked up the incorrect one as it wasn’t our fault that the order was incorrect . We are regulars so it was only this time we were let down , but as per usual , the food is delicious .

Phoned for take away. I was told to ring a different store after 5mins ordering. Went to the second store and was told it was closed. Phoned this store back up and even though they are open and 1.1miles from me they wouldn't deliver a pizza as it was out of their area code. Rubbish service. Typical franchise

In my honest opinion more training is needed for this particular outlet. My husband ordered some pizzas on Friday evening online and he waited for them for at least an hour and a half,my hubby rang them asking where is our order,and he got a snotty woman saying they're behind on the online orders to which my hubby said to her the least they can do is give a rough time on the delivery online? And because of her rudeness and arrogance my husband said I used to order from your Dominos a few months ago but stopped because of deliveries taking forever to arrive and bad customer services so we thought maybe things have improved but obviously not! He told her we will stick to Pizza hut in future as they're more organized & very polite and professional to which this women slammed the phone down on my husband,I couldn't believe it when he told me.

First class service ,excellent range of food toppings on pizzas,lots of deals to be had using the menus tokens and discounts, Friendly staff and punctual delivery service.

Quick and efficient service. Ordered from phone to collect. Received discount for collection. 2 pizzas both piping hot and tasted great. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Ordered today 18/2/18. Was the best pizza and nachos to come out off there by far. We order quite often but today's order was the best so far.

Ordered a pizza and there was an issue that it didn't go through to the store but I paid and the team here were so lovely about sorting it out! Ruby was very helpful and friendly, and the boys at the back were just as friendly!

Ordered a pizza was told that it was on its way around an hour before it arrived, Sent it back as a pizza being in a car for over an hour is unacceptable. Very poor service. Still waiting for its replacement.

Absolute disgrace my wife and I were stood in there for 10 minutes no one else was in there and no one else came in there were 3 young men behind the counter talking and laughing we were ignored by them a young girl who was also behind the counter asked them to serve us and we were still ignored at which point we decided to leave because of this we will never use any dominoes pizza place again and strongly advise anyone we know not to

Ordered my food a hour and a half ago and they keep saying it's on the way when I call up and guess what I'm still waiting need to sort the staff out this is a joke

Pizza there is so good. I would recommend putting more seats though but other than that, friendly staff and very good pizzas.

Taste salty too much sauce Paper thin and to much.. Where i come from you would go and get another pizza... but clacton no way Needs a second thought before wasting your money. My 2 year old could do better!!!! And all staff need a good wash and shave!!!

Customer service is brilliant! Delivery driver very polite. Food is amazing only criticism is you need to put more cheese on the pizzas.

Stayed in the premier inn and grabbed a quick takeaway... the Dominos where I live are pretty awful so didn't expect much... but the pizzas were lovely, tasty and not too greasy...service was very polite and quick... well done...

Stayed at the Travelodge next door for a night so decided to grab a dominos to take back to the room! Usual great dominos standards- excellent quality pizza, really well cooked and great toppings. What really sets this one aside is the staff-they were all so friendly and helpful and nothing was any trouble to them! Will be back next time im in Clacton!

Staff were friendly and took our order quickly, although no-one else was in the takeaway all the staff were busy. The pizza took a while but it was hot and delicious, l imagine telephone orders and home delivery took priority and would probably be quicker. Look out for the food deals, worth a visit

Probably not! Warning, hide your number when ordering, they will send you incessant texts with pointless offers. The pizza is the best in town though.

Good but doesn't deliver to plough corner

The pizzas are delicious. I love the garlic dip you get with them. The service was quick. The staff were friendly. The pizzas are a tad expensive but are worth it. The only downsize for me is that I don't eat pork so there is not much on offer. There is nearly always some sort if deal going on on the pizzas.

Nice pizzas and excellent customer service. Ordered online was able to track pizza from the making to the oven to delivery. Arrived within 30 minutes.

Excellent light lunch, at a very good price. The staff are friendly and relaxed. There was a small but varied selection of food - I had a prawn salad which had a delicious dressing and a piece of lemon merangue pie which tasted wonderful, quite different from usual mass produced versions. I certainly intend to visit again.

Don't worry about those lower star reviews. This place is awesome because of the people working there. Ryan speedruns pizza so you can be out the door quickly with cheesy goodness.

Whenever our Family fancy a Pizza as a monthly Takeaway Treat, IT HAS TO BE DOMINO'S!! This is honestly the BEST pizza dough in Clacton and has the tastiest toppings.....but for that you pay more for it. Their complimentary pot of garlic sauce is gorgeous, but there is just one complaint....IT'S NOT BIG ENOUGH You can order online and They deliver it pretty quickly too. So far there's nothing I can say against Domino's - WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and we're sure you will too.

yummy food we stayed at the Travelodge next door and order over the app was very quick service they message to say it was ready for collect and then took it back to our room the food was very yummy and great value for money as we used a offer code and saved 50% would recommend

Unfortuneatly it's largely influenced by the dominant Canadian free trad and buisinses practices (Not realy the average British pizza shop (outlet).The service though is very friendly and it appears to be a good clean place to get fast food.

we stayed at the travelodge next door. on two occasions i went down to this dominos and i ordered my food, waited for it, then took the 1 minuet walk back to my room, took a bite of my pizza both times the pizza was only warm...terrible

Great staff and very quick. you can order online or by phone and the food comes piping hot and you can get two for tuesday for the price of one...nothing better try it yourself.

This is what I chose to have for my birthday meal!! It's even tastier when it is Two for Tuesday and Thursday!!I'm sorry, but I have to say that Domino's is probably The Most Expensive Pizza I've ever ordered!! But on '2 for T's', it's well worth it. We are a Family of 2 Adults & 2 Teenagers, so you have to bung some wedges in the oven whilst you are waiting for the order to arrive...Well worth the £16.00 for 2 large Pizzas and will order again - but only when on offer.

Delivery driver has been complained about before about his dangerous driving ! Last night he ran our dog over almost killed him and they have done nothing about it ! Makes me sick we and are family are in such shock he was doing maybe 40mph in a 20mph zone while been told to slow down but wouldn't listen .

It's a typical type dominos Pizza. Don't expect anything special and you won't be disappointed. It usually arrives edible and warm. Don't like complaints over the phone after the food has been delivered wrongly or cold though, so go careful.

order for delivery not collection and it is perfect - but the wait sometimes can be a bit much! The staff are very friendly thuogh and there is a bench to sit on whilst you wait but no where to sit and eat.

What a bunch of muppets, nowt else to say about this place, avoid.
