Domino's Pizza in Forest Heath

Shop was open as i managed to walk in, i called out numerous times to get a pizza but no one, not one person answered. Place looked like it was cleaned down but obviously no one cared to take my order, even though it was the end of the night, but if I could walk in then surely I should be able to order? Aren't you in the business of serving? I know I am! Someone comes into my business with minutes to spare they get served, obviously at dominoes the staff couldn't give two hoots.

We ordered 41 pizzas for collection. Order was ready bang on time and 100% spot on! Massive shout out to Mia for all her hard work making sure all the children received the pizzas they had requested

What absolute stars Dominos Pizza Newmarket are! Thank you to Mia and the team for excellent service, tasty pizzas and a fabulous deal. We ordered 40 pizzas for our school movie night and the Dominos team really came through for us. The children were very happy. Thanks Dominos, you rock!

We ordered some pizzas for pickup on the dominos app and they were ready in less than 10 minutes! They were delicious thank you so much!

The wife and I ordered a delivery on a Friday tea time. We ordered Garlic bread and chicken dippers to start the we ordered a meat feast for main . Not able to take order on line so phoned it though. Service very good and delivery was quick. Starters ok but the Pizza was terrible loads of Tomato purée loads hardly any cheese amount of meat very small so we both agreed the worst Pizza we have ever had

Ordered pizza for the kids at 6.45pm,come 8pm and pizza still isn’t here,rang up and was told there very busy so orders have been pushed back.....still waiting. Will never order from here again

So I pre order pizza on Saturday night at 7 for delivery at 7.45 pizza still not arrived by 8 so I ring up and get told we r busy !! Even though I PRE ORDERED so I say just stick an extra in and we forget it !! But no it arrived at 8.15 with no extras so LAST TIME I USE THIS place absolutely crap customer service

Horrible service overpriced food. Do not go here. It is not worth the harassment by bad employees for the over priced sucky pizza.

Ordered a takeaway online and it said out for delvery, over twenty minutes later it turned up, tipped the drive but wish I hadnt, the pizzas were warm but not hot and the toppings had dried out and the crust chewy, not worht the £16.99 for two, really crap compared with what it used to be like will not order again, currenlty pursuing a paypal refund for items not as delivered.

So, me and my Friend wanted a dominos n we ordered a bbq base pizza. The pizza came with a tomato base. When I rang up a woman on the phone rudely denied the fact that they had sent the wrong pizza even when I had the pizza sat right in front of me. Will not be going to Newmarket dominos for anything anymore. Rude individuals.

Simple, me and my friend wanted dominos. After ringing dominos up I was greeted rudely and offended when they laughed at my name. Since when was Dorris laughable? I was already appalled by this point and shocked at the lack of enthusiasm and to make fun of someone's name is appalling. Having ordered a large chicken pizza and cookies it's safe to say their oven wasn't working due to the fact our food was served lukewarm! They couldn't even deliver for no good reason! Other than the fact LAZY! Off we run with 3 kids, one of which has asthma, we collected our order. When we got back to our home, we all had a slice of pizza which was stale and tasteless. Now for the finale, we ordered the cookies which was 3 sad, burnt and bland bricks in a box. Unless you can afford new sets if teeth, don't bite into these! Overall we received rude customer service, bland tasting pizza and sad looking bricks aka the cookies. Nevertheless, it's safe to say we won't be ordering here again!

I live at the back of a very large car park. When the pizza guys calls and barks that I need to go outside to pick up my pizza - weird seeing as how he didn't ring my door bell?- I should've realised it was going to get worse. Standing outside with no shoes on looking around for the pizza guy, I explain (for the second time since ordering) that I live at the very back of the car park, can he drive this way. No. Of course he can't, he's telling me to go to him. Where he is, I have no idea! So I leave my toddler in the house on her own and venture through the car park while I continue explain where my house is. He says e doesn't speak English, so I say "car, get in your car to drive " he says "I don't understand car" and I'm still searching for him. He's right at the front of the car park, all the way down the street! Im flagging him to come towards me (who wants to walk over stony ground with no shoes) and he starts swearing at me cause I'm wasting his time! "Car" he doesn't understNd, but he's an expert at English profanity. Not an apology from him nor from the shift leader who hung up on me after the first sentence of my complaint!!! Thanks to the team member who picked up after the shift leader told me to wait the second time I called, she actually apologised genuinely. Simon the delivery driver I see a lot and he is lovely. I expect that level of service and get dealt with a nightmare instead!

We are here from Aberdeen, and some stuff here which not available at home. I can try for first time the wraps and meatballs for pizza toppings. Fast makeline and delivery times, friendly service, absolutely recommended!
