Domino's Pizza in Brent

The pizza peperonni is not good the sauce is bad the cheese ils not melted . I very dissapoint for dominos. The pizza is inedible

Ordered online for home delivery on the 26th of January 2021, got missing items. After called to inform them about THEIR mistake, I was told they would refund me for missing things. Tried to call them back several times a few of days later, sent them 2 emails but not only they never replied to me, they not even sent my money back. Absolutely poor customer care. I would never bring them my money again...! Avoid...!

I am a pizza lover & we were looking for something quick to eat. Topping was exactly what we told him & The pizza was tasty and delcious. Jitubhai, the delivery driver very helpful and quick. Thanks to Jitubhai & team. I can definitely recommend eating from here, it was very nice.

Is there something wrong with fast food places in Wembley. Are they all run by incompetent fools? Must be, second time time tonight, ordered from Domino's after being let down by Pepe's in Wembley, thinking that they are are a reputable large company that won't let us down, well they have. We normally order from the Preston Road branch who are fantastic and never get it wrong. Domino's Wembley took the order, took the money then closed. Cannot contact the store, so now what? It's 10.25pm do me a favour. This is terrible, disgusting service. Just received an email to call the store and a representative will get in contact in 5days. No one is answering the phone.... What good is that, I ordered a pizza I paid for a pizza, where is my pizza?! I don't want a pizza in 5days and I better get my refund back straight away. Sickening service! This store has damaged your reputation in my books.

Extremely crap customer service. Was on hold for a phone order for 10min after wish they just dropped the call saying they are busy and can take phone orders

I went to domino's pizza as it is my local pizzeria and i really like it . I have been buying pizza from there for the last 5 years , but tonight i had the most worst experience in my life . i have been told that will take over 30 min for my order due to busy time which i can understand as i work in the hospitality business myself . BUT WHEN MY ORDER CAME it was only half of it as the lovely yang girl on the counter at 18:25 on the 19/07/2019 didn't pay any attention to my order at all ,has just processes only half of it . when i ask where is the rest of it ans i was told that i am rude and i don't understand . then after it took another half an hour to rectify my order which on the first place should have taken no more the 40 min in total . i have being accused of rudeness .I am sorry but rudeness is not my thing .In conclusion i thing i will be not longer your customer and i will make sure that all of the people i know will be a ware of this poor customer service.If you treasure yourself as high as you think, you should make sure that all the outlets and standards are met by all of your staff .sincerely very unhappy customer...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sooo we got served fairly quickly. And the time it took to make and come out the oven was of average (around 10-15 minutes). However it was very quiet and two people were behind us waiting to be served and it got to the point where they had to ask to be served which I thought was unprofessional as like i said, it was quiet. They had 2 people on the makeline for one or two orders. The other perspn couldve easily took their orders. I did ask to have my food cut with a clean cutter and as much as there was no evidence they cut it with an actual clean cutter I believe they did as all used cutters were still in the tubs and he was defo cutting my food with something. Despite there actually being a clean cutter on top of the cut table too. Friendly staff as they wished me a good evening. However when I asked if the manager in charge if she was MiT, BMC, or an AMC (Which is different management levels) out of curiosity, she just replied she was an "assistant manager". Didnt really answer my question so I ended my conversation there. All in all 4/5 only because I think the staff could have handled customers behind me better. Food was good and tasty and cut well also.

Once the best Pizza in the High Road. It has deteriorated rapidly possibly down to staff no being able to understand basic orders. Slap happy approach and very sparingly with ingredients. Definitely not worth the money

We all know dominos is hit and miss, the town i live in has an amazing dominos with amazing customer service and a great selection on the menu...Our experience with Dominos Wembley was worse than a bad day in Bosnia, So we use the App to order food from our hotel room. We then called to add notes to the order (which they couldn't do) we were then informed that 2 items we ordered were not available and that they planned to replace it WITH SOMETHING WE DIDNT LIKE, had i not called for a separate reason we would not have been informed about this.I then ask them to cancel the new item, to which the lady on the phone canceled my whole order and expected me to pay for a new order and wait 7 days for my original money to be returned to my bank.After asking to speak to a manger twice i ended up on hold for 25 mins, to then be told they would send a new order out and i wouldnt have to pay... but still missing items we had paid for, ok problem kind of resolved but we are not happy at this point just over hungry and glad food is finally being cooked..Food gets here, delivery guy handed me 2 squashed pizzas with topping stuck to the box, luke warm as he decided to wait outside the hotel with the HOT BOX OPEN. To which he said "oh ive checked it they are still edible" no apology and didnt care.The food was greasy, squashed and the service was awful... NEVER AGAIN

I am a pizza lover but we were staying across the road at the Best Western Plus and we were looking for something quick to eat. The pizza was tasty and delcious. I can definitely recommend eating from here, it was very nice.

한국 도미노랑 비교하면 안될듯하다인도네시아에서 도미노 먹을때도 별로던데그냥 한국에서도 새메뉴는 비싸고 맛없고화요일 마다 세일할때 먹는게 최고인거처럼프로모션이 없을땐 먹기엔 아까움

We needed a late fix of food. Dominoes catered for that. Great Pepperoni pizza. Plenty of topping, hit the spot.

Siempre disfrutamos de una comida para llevar Pizza de Domino's, Wembley.Pero tienen sólo una renovación. No anunciar este (que yo sepa) y me pareció que había cerrado), pero reabierto y fui a conseguir una gran pizza y no hacerlo.La razón no era que solían tener algunos asientos para la comodidad de clientes mientras espera a su pizza se preparan y cocinan. Lugar modernizado ha quitado esta comodidad. Mencioné esto al personal que sólo sonrió y se rió, así que probablemente no entendía que las personas mayores no soportan unos 12 minutos o así mientras prepara pizza.Así que perdí mi a medida que lamento como creo al dominó es lo mejor para pizza. Por lo tanto, no pueden dar más de una estrella. Triste.

Waited an hour and half for my delivery. Pizza was cold, soggy and the pizza was cut up really badly. Not worth money!

I think that is a godd place, because, you have fast service,and perfect food.This is imortant thing, that the restaurant isgood place for the the families.

Me recogió una pizza Vega-Roma para el almuerzo. Los sabores eran geniales y la pizza es casi perfecto. Sería mejor si tienen más espacio de descanso para los clientes collwction.

Passeggiando per High Road a Wembley Central ci siamo imbattuti in Domino's Pizza e abbiamo ordinato una pizza da portar via con la base e gli ingredienti decisi da noi. Ci è stata consegnata in 10 minuti e devo dire che era molto gustosa, per carità niente a che vedere con le pizze italiane, ma l'ho mangiata con piacere. Nel locale non sono presenti tavoli o altro, quindi pizza solo da asporto. Nella nostra specifica esperienza ho trovato la pizza di Domino's un gradino sopra a quella di Pizza Hut come qualità e gusto. Da provare almeno una volta.
