The taste wasn't upto the mark, it doesn't feel like domino's I knew at all, they didn't have the spices that come sachets which are my favourite I sometimes go to eat from domino's just because of their spices, and finally I love the magritte with double cheese and I ordered with double cheese but it felt like not even single cheese

Domino’s shepherd bush always deliver exactly what we order and with speedy turnaround. It’s the only place we go to for quick food delivered, cooked perfectly.. amazing service!

Llamé un sábado por la noche para pedir mi pizza de cortesía ya que el servicio era tan terrible antes y el miembro del personal me llamó estúpido (sl * t) cuando llamé cuando ya habían cerrado por error. PEOR SERVICIO IVE NUNCA RECIBIDO

Fui a Dominos con la esperanza de una pizza. Pedimos 4 pizzas y nos preparamos para esperar "40 minutos" para que estuvieran listas. 1 hora más tarde, la persona que está en el mostrador nos ofrece una bebida gratis, nos informa que está "muy ocupada" y necesitará otros 40 minutos para hacer la pizza. Después de los 40 minutos, todos estamos impacientes y hambrientos, y finalmente se nos ofrecen 3 pizzas, ¡NO 4! Pizza sabía muy bien. ?

Pedido colocado 23. 30 confirmación 23. 38 llega a 00. 17 sistema de seguimiento todavía dice orden de preparación? Llamado 4 veces suena y luego paso solo para que me digan "oh, hay una demora". No, en realidad han pasado 47 minutos, ¿es inteligente? Entonces, ¿se te dirá que será otro mínimo de 30 minutos? Ok, ¿entonces ahora estoy buscando 1 hora y 17 minutos como mínimo para una pizza? No hay servicio al cliente, no es educado sobre la situación solo tratar con eso. Luego envío un mensaje a su oficina central y me responden que lamento que alguien se ponga en contacto en 5 días. Guau, eso es probablemente cuando mi pizza aparecerá a este ritmo. ¿Nunca lo recomendaría, adivsir para estar bien claro? Deficiente nivel de servicio y mal servicio al cliente, ¿no habría sido tan malo simplemente levantar el teléfono y avisar a sus clientes?

SHAME ON YOU DOMINOS FOR ALLOWING YOUR BRANCHES TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH CONTEMPT. Just ordered a couple of pizzas on the Tuesday night offer for delivery when they arrived one of them was wrong,a small issue of sauce missing so rang up to complain.After finally getting put through to the manager 'Thomas' was basically told that I was mistaken (Franks hot sauce is a very distinctive taste and I love it)What followed was a half hour of being lied to, having the phone put down on me, put on never ending hold,and refused to be given the customer services phone number, I'm 48 years old and have never been treated in such a way by anyone I've done business with, I'm truly shocked.They finally agreed to send out some sauce-half hour later-pizza already cold - appetite gone.

Not much more to say. The Pizzas are OK and better than a lot of the anonymous pizza delivery services in the area. Not a patch on Pizza Express or proper Italian pizzas, though.

I called at 12.45, before closing. The person took my call and said closed so he can't make pizza and hang up. Shame on them. Again I called the person didn't reply and hang up on me. Shame shame shame

After waiting for 45 min(30 said on call) we reiceved that "beauty " on one of the picture...., that supposed should be one of ours half/half pizzas!!!! You bearly can recognise what is what..... Shame and no answer from management , tried to sort it by phone but no reply !!!!!
