Domino's Pizza in South Lanarkshire

Ridiculously under staffed, order always wrong and late. 3 times in the last week they’ve turned the app to collection only. If there was another Dominos in the uk that couldn’t deliver on a Tuesday of all days I’d be very surprised. Give up the franchise and pass it on to someone who knows how to run it properly.

We ordered pizza with which there were no complaints as with the delivery. However, we also ordered 7 chicken strippers and got 6. They were half cooked and the coating was very doughy. Definitely not worth £7.99.

Was a great dinner. Had a delivery Driver Jordan who was prompt and a great personality. Done the order online, and was received within 30 minutes.

Waited over 3 hours for a pizza. Eventually arrived at 10pm at which time it was to late to eat as I like to eat my evening meal at a reasonable time. Free chicken strippers were promised and didn't arrive. Very poor customer service as guarantees were given and not fulfilled. Will not be ordering from here again.

Lo que hay que decir sobre esta tienda, hace su trabajo y entrega de pizza cuando estamos hambrientos. Personal podría ser un poco más amable pero por eso yo uso en línea a la orden.

Hamilton store, never again!! Ignored and treated abysmally by staff member Kirsty. If my young son acted in that manner with members of the public I'd be disgusted. 45 minutes later, only half our order fulfilled due to oven issues and no apology. Disgraceful!

Love the pizza but the fact that I have ordered online and an hour later there is no response from the store really annoys me. Can't cancel it and no deal if it is on its way because it says it's still baking. The strore never ever answer!! Much better when I phone after 12 and deal with the east kilbride store. A lot more professional! If the hamilton store can't deal with the amount of custom then they need more staff.

A lot of great Pizza about as we no. However I was shocked at staff saying stick to menu I wanted to mix things up. However to be fair I think this may be there first job so won't hold it against them. As for the person I didn't see who cooked the Pizza I would have sacked he or she on the spot ! burnt base ? should have been thin and crispy must be a new Pizza. which should read thin and bin.

Had a pizza night in with daughter tonight first time I have tried dominoes on her recommendation it was lovely we had wedges and garlic bread feeling pretty full delivery was really fast definitely go back.

Ordered cheese & onion pizza, got cheese with token onion slices. If you looked hard you could just about see them. Pizza was tolerable, service fast however expensive for what you get. Not very impressed!

I ordered a large pizza with bbq base, bacon streaks, tandoori chicken and SWEETCORN when it arrived (1h) later I realised on opening said pizza that there was around 6 pieces of corn and it was drenched in bbq sauce, the side of garlic bread was hard and could only be described as that of a piece of cardboard, I normally enjoy dominos and hadn't had one for a few months due to my job being located on a mountain teaching snowsports. When I came to order I was very excited " ohhhhh dominos after so long I can't wait" I waited in anticipation until I opened the box and I felt like someone just abused me with a turkey paster, the large pizza with a ww1 ration of bacon and SWEETCORN and tandoori chicken got eaten as I was so hungry. But I was not satisfied. I even put it back in the oven. I mean if I wanted a half cooked pizza I would have went to Pizza Hut guys. And I mean now you've left me no choice but to go to papa Johns and see what he is offering me.

We placed an order online for delivery and 1 hour 20 mins later our order was still sitting at prep stage on their tracker. By this point we wanted to speak to someone to find out when we would get our order but with 2 of sitting on the phone constantly dialing, neither of us could get though as it was constantly engaged. Our order eventually arrived 1 hour 45 mins after we ordered. Appreciate at times it may be particularly busy but they need to get something which gives you an estimate of delivery time.

Perfect delicious pizza, friendly delivery staff, prompt timing. I received my pizza piping hot when ordered :) highly recommended

Great Pizza and fast service hete. Shop is very small, so you may need to wait outside when it is busy.

I love pizza! I love dominoes pizza. But when you can get a very tasty from a chippy for under £10, paying £16.99 is a bit of a cheek. I only buy from Dominoes when they have a deal on as it's the only time I can really afford it!

We have had food delivered from Domino's on a few occassions. The pizza can be expensive but with the meal deals they usually have on offer you will get more than enough to feed a family of 4 and potantially some left over for later ! The food is delivered quickly and still warm and very tasty.

The £9.99 collection of any sized pizza is a bargain!!!!! Great online / app menu & ordering.Delicious range of pizzas. I love dominos pizza, great takeaway service , the pizzas are obviously freshly cooked and hot and the staff that come to your door are always polite, I recommend dominos to everyone
