Ordered food 730pm and arrived at 750 - lady driver who was very polite and delivered our food to the door even though the lift was broken and we are on the 4th floor - unusual to see lady drivers it was a pleasant surprise and obviously very efficient and good at her job.

Staff in store are very rude to customers, they did not deliver my food to the correct address and when I called them about my food they told me so many different stories just to find out my food was at the shop so I had to go get it myself even though I paid for delivery which I didn’t get back and in store they wouldn’t admit they made a mistake and tried blaming me. Never going there again very disrespectful to customers especially females.

Don’t fall for the walk in offer. More expensive than buying individual pizza poor when your going there rather than a delivery. Avoid

Pizza is always piping hot and tasty. On one occasion one driver managed to dribble one of the pots of sauce all over my carpet and made out it wasn't a problem at all, which I was quite unhappy about but was willing to drive back to replace it and some of the drivers really are socially awkward, but other than that it's normally always a speedy service and good quality food. How ever prices seem to be creeping up and up though. Last year I'd get three pizzas and a side or two for for less than £35 and now costs £50. You do get the quality over local cheaper pizza places though

At a time when Pizza places are almost as common as people in towns, there are certainly cheaper prices around than Dominoes. However the increase in quality is worth paying the extra in price, and we had a lovely takeaway for four from here tonight.

I ordered from this particular branch at 7:30pm by 9:20 the food still had not arrived, I also checked the website and it informed me that they are not accepting online orders until further notice, this was after I had paid fully for my order ONLINE!!! So I’m left without my order but they are happy to take my money! I also tried calling to check my orders status I had not got. Through to a single employ even after I had dialled the branch’s number 17 times!

Had our first takeaway for the first time in a long time tonight. Not only did the delivery driver arrive with the food 15 min early, it was delicious! Lovely driver and super service when I realised we had made the mistake of paying online and in cash. All sorted within half an hour. Brilliant!

Food was great. Tasted brill. However left instructions on website for delivery driver to follow. He didn’t follow them, then he short changed me and ran off. Ridiculous

Expensive but dominos is by far my favourite pizza. Look on the website for deals and collect. They normally only do double cheese online but I phone up to get triple cheese.

£20 for two pizzas that is essentially posh cheese on toast and they seem to think this is a bargain lucky they have customers who's money is easy come easy go

Ordered 2 pizzas online for total cost of £27. Took over an hour to come. Then both pizzas where stone cold. Tried to call back which took 20mins to get through. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Go to Asda for create your own!!! RIP off for rubbish food.

We ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings and wedges today at 6.09 pm at 6.20 we had txt to say it’s on its way at 6.40 we called to see where our order was to be told it had left at 6.30 . At 7.15 still no food called again and we were told that it had not been made and they would do it right away and would be here by 7.30 . Will never use these over rated over priced idiots again we are less than 5 mins from the store and they cannot get food out on time , utterly utterly useless . 7.32 food arrives cold cheese hard and in my opinion it’s probably the 1st order , called again and told that food will be replaced and delivery will be by a manager, I think we must be mad to even agree but kids are now moaning that they really want pizza so going to wait and see what they bring . Second lot of food turned up and is hot , delivery driver was young lad and not manager saying manager was scared to do delivery himself. This is the last time I will ever use dominos Stourbridge..

first lets start with the positive. Delivery on time. Apart from that i don't have much else good to say about this place in Stourbridge. As i didn't have a Stourbridge menu- only a Kingswinford one i took the prices from there but infact most dishes were £2 more- even sides! 14.99 for a small pepperoni pizza and no reciept when they arrived. I ordered cinni dippers and there was no icing dip. When i called about it the guy on the phone said" oh yeh, we have ran out, someone should have called you" i will not be using this franchise in Stourbridge again

Had several deliveries from here. Half turned up in 20mins the others between 1.5 to 2.5hrs after ordering. Appalling really! Foods average for a large retailer.

Twice in 2 hours weeks we have waited over 90 minutes for pizzas to arrive. The staff blamed the app, lied that food was on the way several times (and then we find out 30 mins later they had not even started being cooked yet) and anything else they could say to get you off the phone. One of the most annoying comments was that the app, which tells you food is on its way and is being delivered, is automated and nothing to do with the reality of the situation. More fool us for giving them another chance (mainly because our kids had friends around who all asked for a pizza takeaway). Dreadful service and staff, food just about edible when it finally arrives. Please use a decent takeaway like the Oldswinford Fish and Chip shop, who deliver and actually care about customer service.

Hardly any cheese and what was there was burnt, evident that not enough was on for it to go so black, shocking value for money. Won't use again, won't use again

The last few times ive ordered from here, ive selected extra cheese as if there are other toppings, the cheese seems to be substituted!!

Had some pizzas delivered tonight and well rubbish service, rubbish delivery and incorrect order! Cold pizza and no taste at all! Never ever again!!!

Stourbridge are useless .I have used them for years and have never had any type of issue with them until tonight .ordered online and waited for the knock on the door . Never came but got a call from the driver . No Problem so I went to the road as he seemed incapable of having a conversation in English and told him to look out for a small cul de sac which is right opposite my house .I looked up and down the road and could see the tail lamps of a car in the distance so called him back and told him to turn around and come back the way he had come and he would see me waving in the road . Oh yes he turned around then got out of his car and went up a driveway in the same location !I called him again and told him to drive uphill and he would see me .He drove about 50ft and got out and went up someone elses drive ?I was shouting down the road by this stage and he was oblivious to it all until he was about to go up a 3rd persons drive (can you not read numbers on houses ? ) When my manic gestures and (by now) LOUD shouting got his attention .No apologie nothing , pizza passed to me on my driveway and off he went .So rang store as my order was cold by now . Manager was OK and I accepted his apology and offer to refund to my card along with a coupon for the same order next time for free .Great until I got a further call from someone (who knows who they were as they didn't even introduce themselves) saying no refund until they get the food back !Yeah OK it is 9pm ,pitch black and freezing cold and I am going to go rooting around in a wheelie bin amongst all the rest of the crap to find a crap pizza !I might take a picture of it tomorrow if I can be bothered and if the foxes have not turned the bin over and eaten it which is what normally happens living in a rural location and food is put in bins .

So far been waiting two hours, everytime we ring they tell us 20 mins and still no pizza awful and then turns up cold!!

Never had a Dominos before as not a pizza eater as a rule but this may have converted me.Great quick filler late at night. Three pizzas for ten of us worked well.

The pizzas were beautiful, lots of different sizes and filling options and they were very close so we were able to collect. They were ordered on the day and they were ready when they said they'd be so the service was stop on too. The only reason I've rated them 'Very Good' instead of 'Excellent' is that their menu says 60% discount if you collect, which they confirmed over the phone, but then they only gave a 50% discount (I didn't realise until later on as someone else collected them for me). So work the price out before you order!

Just ordered a pizza and cookies for desert, the pizza arrived in only 20 mins and was piping hot!!!! Super fast delivery! By the time we had finished the pizza, we expected the warm gooey cookies to be cold......but they were still really hot! And they taste amazing! We always use this dominoes. We made the mistake of using Pizza Hut delivery in Amblecote last month and it was awful compared to dominoes!

Can't fault the pizza ! Always cooked to perfection and always gets delivered on time ! Don't go anywhere else for my pizza !

You can't beat dominos pizza ! I've had to limit myself to one a month as they are so lovely I could eat one every night and be as big as a bus ..... Cheesy dough balls . Hot wigs . Hot pepperoni pizza . The garlic dip is that nice I could drink it Deals online are great value . Delivery is fast and the drivers are always happy and really friendly .... Mmmmm can't wait for dominos night

If you like your pizza for tea then I suggest you stick to the name "dominoes" for a fresh tasty and quality pizza,might be slightly more than your usual corner shop pizza but it's worth every penny,I had a large margarita last nite and to be honest I really did not expect it to be how it was,beautiful cooked nice cheddar cheese too that I think they use but over all ill use this again.JOE YNWA 19/07/2015

They do good meal deals. Early bird is always good as you buy one and get the cheapest free. We use Mill Race Lane Domino's so just around the corner so usually very quick delivery.

Placed an order through the app. Paid by card. Store claimed they hadn't received my order. Refused to honour it unless I paid again!
