Domino's in Medway - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

We have now been using Dominos for around 6 months since switching allegiance from Pizza Go Go. We don't have pizza all that often but when we do this branch of Domino's has always been consistently good. We had a meal deal offer, 2 x large pizza's, garlic cheesy bread, potato wedges, and cookies for £28.50, great value and enough for more than 4 people.

I tried to place an order via the website, but wouldn’t allow me to order so I called up and was told I could not place an order over the phone just online. I explained I had tried this and spent 20mins but there is an error, but I was told I couldn’t order then. I asked to speak to the manager to see what else could be done and the assistant on the phone said she was the manager I asked for her name and was told it was Keiron and I said I was going to make a complaint to which her reply was go on then and she hung up on me. Awful service, unprofessional and rude!

We have always used Pizza Go Go for a takeaway pizza treat but decided to try Dominoes as we had grown fed up with stodgy bases and a congealed mess for a topping! The pizza's that we got from Dominoes were in our opinion so much better. We preferred the Italian style thin crust base and the toppings tasted so much better. The only thing that could have been improved was if the base had been cooked for a little longer but that is personal choice. Dominoes is more expensive but in our opinion worth the extra for a treat and will now be our go to choice for a takeaway pizza.

I have had problems with chain pizza places before but there truly is some love put into their work at this branch.

Meteor pizza Double decadence apparently wanted a different crust. Told to keep this one and made the right one! These guys are amazing don’t often see GREAT service anymore! Thanks team

Ordered a takeaway Pizza and the deal was buy one get one free. So for £20 we had two large pizzas. One Pepperoni and one Meat Feast. Lasted two days as we had half one day and the other half the next. Really good value.
