Was staying in a nearby travelodge and ordered from here. Have to say this was the best Dominos takeaway I have ever had. Perfectly cooked pizza and chicken wings. Wouldn't hesitate to order from here again if in town.

Absolutely lovely this place was, infact it was so good I'm pretty sure Mario was behind the grill. They loaded up my pizza so high I was half convinced they were trying to make a life-size Mt everest replica! I mean there was so much on the pizza that it could probably even feed those starving children in the charity adverts

Always go here for my pizza whether I'm alone or with friends, always delicious and always have some left over haha, wedges are surprisingly tasty and same as garlic bread! Only thing about domino's is sometimes when it gets delivered my food is cold or the order is wrong but other than that absolutely brilliant. Not more to complain about when it's so delicious.

I ordered a pizza last night. about 30 minutes to the stores closing time the pizza was delivered with my order labelled on the box however when I open the box it wasn’t the pizza I ordered. I called several times last night but there was no answer so I assumed they had closed. I didn’t eat the pizza. This morning I called and asked to speak to the manager I explained my situation and he began to argue with me and say I didn’t call last night. Long story short... I ended up calling domino’s Head Quarters where the lady was so helpful in logging my complaint she even called the store manager telling him to go and pick up the wrong pizza. Once The manager saw the mistake with the pizza he offered to send me another however he was still being rude. I told him no I don’t want another pizza as he was so rude to me i was scared he would spit in my food or tamper with it in some way. Dear owner of dominos letchworth I would advise you to have a serious conversation with your branch manager his attitude and rudeness isn’t good for business especially when “papa John’s”and “Pizza Hut” is just down the road.

If you pay online, expect awful service, cold pizza, excuses, ignorance and lack of basic decency. Once they get your money they just do not care. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PIZZA

Although expensive (best buys are always in Supermarket freezers which you cook yourself), Domino’s pizza are well cooked and very very tasty.

Omg delivery from there tonight.... do not touch! When we got the pizza it was undercooked and cold. I called the shop to tell them the manager was disgustingly rude. As we live close we took the pizza back, the manager was rude again and extremely unhelpful... basically told me to go somewhere else never again

We only booked for one night, (9 Oct 24) but that was enough on checking we had to pay again simply because Hotels.com had not paid for it. It took me six days to get that back only after threatening them with the charge back. The card details they had were incorrect and would not accept that I did not have that card, but after two days they said oh we are awfully sorry for the mistake, we will refund your money as soon as possible. The next morning, we went for breakfast the restaurant was closed Doors locked, but then my wife noticed a woman running down the street round the back of the restaurant & inside and unlock door do you want breakfast? yes, was my reply, we entered got offered in a glass bottle, fizzy mango or mandarin drink would you like for English? Breakfast? Was my reply? When is arrived? It was one of each item that you normally get with a full English breakfast, the coffee was drinkable, It tasted a bit like Turkish coffee but about three times stronger, I like my coffee strong and black but even I couldn’t drink it it was so bitter it was unreal. Thank you to you, I believe she was the lady coming to Service bedrooms that were being vacated that day but made an effort which is more than I can say for the hotel itself. Answers to questions below the answers we have are not there certainly would describe it as luxury fairly adequate would certainly apply, The room I have to say was okay but this Hotel really does need to think about what it is trying to do if the year was 1955 it might just about be OK, (checking in was done on a piece of A4 printing paper) but in 2024 it does not come up to anywhere near the standard of anybody’s expectations. I have to say, I would not recommend this hotel/restaurant to anybody unless you are absolutely desperate steer well clear.

I ordered the salmon tagliatelle with a side of mozzarella and caramelised onion pizza bread. Unfortunately, the pizza bread was brought as a starter, though I hadn’t requested it that way, so it cooled down while I waited for the pasta. Both could have been served warmer. The drink was shockingly overpriced at £5.85 for an orange and soda water, which felt excessive.

Amazing food as always. 3 of us had pizza, 1 had the calves liver and one had seafood pasta. Everyone commented on how good their meal was. Service was also good and not intrusive. Desserts that followed were also top class, including the non-mass produced tiramisu. Polished off with some good teas and coffees. Overall a great experience. It's not the cheapest place I've ever been to, but given the choice and quality, added with the great service, I think that makes it good value. Would recommend to anyone, not just italian officianados
