DOMINO in Southwark

The staff are absolutely rude !! You would think staff that can not speak good english would be more understanding when people cant understand them but they acted entitled and acted as if we were in the wrong for not understanding them as they had to repeat themselves . one indian (not too sure , they may be pakistani) girl and guy literally started talking in their language as we are in front of them and snickering , ive never felt so disgusted in my life . appalling service and all we wanted was a pizza . when we asked for the store manager , they told us to wait and that SHE WAS BUSY! P.S the pizza didnt even come out nice. lack of toppings, wasn't even round like a pizza and burnt crust . i would not recommend this place at all

At 19:42 I placed an order with the East Dulwich branch, at 20:26 I phoned as the tracker still hadn't been updated. I was told by a female member of staff that it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour at the most before our delivery, despite the fact that when we placed the order the website said 25 minutes for delivery. It has now been more than 1 hour since the staff member told us this. We are still waiting, we don't even want the food anymore as it is too late. There's no way to cancel, the staff member was lying clearly, and they are no longer answering the phone, we have called 10+ times and they answer and put the phone straight down. I feel so incredibly frustrated at this situation, it's spoilt our evening, and wasted our time. I would like a FULL refund.

Organised a late leavers party for local primary school, manager gave a really nice discount and was so helpful. Spoke to at least 3 members of staff when organising and all were very polite and helpful!

Was charged twice for my pizza, after contacting the store, manager and regional managers didn’t receive a refund. Dominoes will never receive a penny from me again

No he usado este establecimiento en años. Este miembro del personal en particular no era el más amable, la pizza era solo para mí, trató de persuadirme para que comprara una grande por el mismo precio que una pequeña parte de las ventas, supongo. Cuando llegué a casa encontré un pedazo de maíz dulce en la caja que no formaba parte del pedido. Aparte de eso, estaba delicioso.

I've tried this place three or four times now. Each time we try again we hold our breath that we'll actually get an alright pizza on time. Go to Firezza or Pappa Johns instead if you want a pizza in ED. Each time it's either been over an hour wait or somethings missing from the order. Trying to call them is impossible. My partner has been shouted out down the phone by one of their staff - definitely too busy/too few staff I think.

Said 20-34mins for delivery... over 1 hour.. food barely luke warm. No sense or urgency or care. Driver rude. Allowed me to track someone elses order. Then says mines delivered. Called the branch and they answered with thank you for calling dominos hold the line.. very rude on the phone. To sum up i wouldnt let my dog eat here. Advice to dominos head office close down the branch and dont keep the staff there s*** and i mean this. These people shouldnt be allowed to deal with food.

I live in the area and quit using this Dominoes after giving them a few chances. They are so rude it’s unreal. No one gives a sh*t that works there and the manager I spoke to was an absolute joke, not sure who promoted him but they must be a joke too. How is the person who owns this franchise allowing this service?! One thing that really annoys me is that they NEVER bring the rocket with the pizza that has rocket on and when you ring they’re like ‘whatever’. Overall, just total rubbish. Deliveroo has better restaurants for takeaway AND Franco Manca is 1. Around the corner 2. Cheaper and 3. Actually give a sh*t about their customers. you’re welcome.

I made an order on Sunday 16/9/18 for 2 pizzas at Domino's pizza, at the brunch of East Dulwich. I placed the order around 14:00 and - even though I saw on the tracking page that it was ready and dispatched after 15 minutes , the driver only made it here at 15:10 despite the fact that my address is really close. Before the order arrived, I personally, as well as my friend , called at the branch multiple times to chase the order but got no clear answer & in the end we said we no longer wanted the pizzas as we would have to leave for work at 15:20 & asked for a refund, which the person in charge agreed to give. Shorty after our last call, the driver arrived, we told him we no longer want the pizzas and he told us we can keep the pizzas and that we would still get a refund. Needless to say we never ate those pizzas as we had to leave for work. After one week, the amount of money had not yet been refunded. My friend called to chase it up and the person who he spoke with told him he would now arrange the refund and it will show up on his account after 5 working days. Guess what, we are still waiting. I am profoundly disappointed by this aweful service that proves Dominos pizza totally unreliable. I do not feel valued as a customer and I definitely won't be ordering food from this company again.

Fast service, helpful staff and the pizza in the standard of Domino’s. They also offer some ice creams options which is a good plus.

3 times orders cancelled after taking payment and never any refund. Manager rude and aggressive. Apparently “not their business” if customers are charged for no order, and told to go through head office number for refund, though “don’t have head office number you need to google it”. Wouldn’t even give one star if able to. Disgusting customer service, basically theft.

I was looking forward to a Dominos Pizza tonight and called for a delivery, the girl who answered was incompetent and rude and then a Guy came on the phone who could barely speak English and then put the phone down on me! Incompetent and Rude Staff who dont deserve to be in a Job. AVOID AT ALL COST

I love ordering my pizza from them as the place is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and respectful. My food always arrive on time and the driver are also friendly. Great service 👍✌️

I ordered a TOMATO sauce with extra pepperoni and after ONE HOUR , TRYING TO CALL EATS DULWICH DOMINOES OVER 4 TIMES THEY HUNG UP, left me on HOLD and proceeded to HANG UP AGAIN once my order EVENTUALLY ARRIVED it was cold , it was soggy and instead of TOMATO SAUCE it was BARBEQUE SAUCE go to tooting broadway one instead they are amazinggg!!! service everything but east dulwich wow, unbelievable.

Ordered several times from this chain as it is my local and the food is decent. However, the regularly forget parts of your order and do not refund you or deliver them as soon as they are made aware.

Never had a Domino's in my life (and am 51!) - yesterday staff canteen was out of order so ordered a Pizza lunch and was NOT disappointed as the pizzas were excellent only issue was that the fries they supplied were almost as cold as...
