Domino in South Somerset

We had a home delivery. The food was excellent. Delivery time also excellent , did not have time to do a tip. We were on holiday , if this way again we would certainly order .Thank you,

Ive always loved their pizzas but Im sorry after todays experience I wont be ordering again from your store. 1st pizza arrived is the photo attached. What a mess it was, looked reheated. Rang, complained was offered a refund but we was hungary so asked for fresh cooked pizza this time. 2nd arrived 30mins later, looked better but base wasnt cooked properly and bee-jesus what cheese are you using? It was rank, tasted like vomit 🤢 Extra strong cheddar cos it certainly was NOT Mozzarella cheese. Powdery, stuck to my teeth. Honestly, it was rank. I cudnt eat more than 1 slice nor cud my friend. Sorry Dominoes dont cut costs for expensive pizzas.

Ordered on a Wednesday evening. Took 85 minutes to arrive. Watched on the app as the driver spent half an hour to get to us even though we are only 5 minutes from the store. Meant food was cold on arrival. Love Dominos but not this one.

My autistic son has just tried to order some food and when he when to pay for it his card was declined he then tried to ask for the card machine to try again and was ignored by members of staff and the duty manager or supervisor then started to berate my son while he was on the phone to me. When I got to the Crewkerne store I asked why they would not take cash which is legal tender the excuse was because of covid. I would recommend that everyone avoids Crewkerne domino's at all costs.

Guy called Daniel with a cool looking bike helmet that lights up delivered the food super quickly and everything was top quality cooked. Would definitely recommend him!

We ordered two pizzas and frankly they were awful. Margarita with hardly any cheese and tasteless won’t be doing so again

So I recently have had many problems with this dominoes such as forgetting toppings, forgetting cheese to the pizza looking like a 5 year old made it. I ordered again online to give them a chance to get a nice surprise of them again for the 8th time forgetting a topping, to missing cheese and the pizza was uneven. I rang headquarters to get told I would need to speak to the manager at crewkerne, which then I was told I was not allowed to use online orders anymore due to many of complaints I made so technically I got banned. Its ridiculous considering its thier fault not mine and he argued on the phone.In the end I now have to wait another 5 days to get my money back and I won't be ordering again from them. I recommend if u want better pizza and service don't go to them too many mistakes and excuses and should be closed down. Plus it expensive and trash!!

Not normally a pizza love but as crewkerne has it's own dominos decided it was time for a slice or two, ordered a large meat pizza and it was delivered by a polite young man within minutes, piping hot packed with meat and very tasty , Well recommended.

Nice building, happy friendly staff so opening the box was very disappointed to see hardly any cheese in the pizza! Weird. Sorry poor rating for the food here
