When you can get food its fantastic but the last 4 times I've tried to order takeaway or collection then app or website not working or the payment system is down. Last 2 times because I know how good the food is I have gone to the shop to order and collect and both times staff less than helpful saying the wait is too long so I have left without food. I'm sadly giving up, despite really wanting to order from them regularly, they haven't made it possible never mind easy. I'm Gutted ***It's been a long time but I keep thinking about how good their food is so tried again tonight. Placed an order on their app. the order confirmed it had gone through and gave me an authorisation code. Wait 70 mins not ideal but at least I knew before I ordered. Over 2 hours later I phoned only to have them say they hadn't received my order. I could order over the phone but it would be an hour wait. No apology, no trying to speed it up as their app had failed and already waited 2 hours, so once again no food for me. That really was (disappointingly) the last attempt at using them. So silly, they need to sort out their app and customer service. Thankfully, despite the app telling me it had, it had not taken any money or it would have been a very different conversation going on.

Have ordered a few times Always nice and tasty and ping hot. And very friendly on the phone.Good service all round highly recommended

Finally a decent burger place in Weston, can’t believe we didn’t try it before. I thought burger barn was bad before I tried this place, now I think they should have their food license revoked 😂 all compliments, two very satisfied customers, thank you. :)

Roast dinner consisted of Frozen vegetables, and frozen potatoes. Instant mashed pota to The meat was lovely and so was the Yorkshire pudding . I won't be ordering again

Me and my partner get roasts here most Sundays and they are absolutely delicious. A little annoying u have to pay £5 for cauliflower cheese as these days it's a standard thing to have on a roast but it's worth it coz it's so tasty. The meat is always perfect and u get a generous amount of everything. Would highly recommend

Ordered a Sunday roast. Delivery driver opened my back door and was half way in home. Frientened the life out of me. I phoned 3 times and asked to speak to manager and each time told not there but would leave a message, never bothered to return call to apologise or see how I was. I phoned Police and had a visit next day, explained to them what had happened, showed them back door where driver was entering. Female officer could have been mistaken for a porch. I opened back door to show it wasn't a porch and a back door to property. They said would I like them to visit dolphin square kitchen and speak to them, to which I said yes. Heard nothing back from Police or owner of dolphin square kitchen. Disgraceful how this happened and owner of business obviously doesn't care about customers. No empathy,care or consideration for anyone. Be aware if having a delivery, owner will definitely blame the delivery company 100%. Thing is he hired the company to work for him, so passing the buck won't work. Shocking customer service, none excistent. I would rate a zero but have to put atleast 1 star.

Just recieved our delivery 2 lamb roasts and cauli cheese. What can we say best take away roast I have ever had! Portion size brilliant, everything hot and tastes great. Plus delivery was 15 mins early 5 star don't often leave reviews but felt I had too with this 👍

I was skeptical about ordering a roast dinner from what seems to be a burger and hot dog sort of place. Thought it would taste like Gandhi's flip flop, because I thought it would've dried out under a heat lamp for hours. I was pleasantly surprised. It was banging. Had the roast lamb. Came with all the trimmings you could want. Defo having it again when I get the chance.

Not rating the atmosphere - it's a takeaway venue. We came down for the week and had a burger and a hot dog together with some loaded fries on the Monday. Absolutely stunning quality, fresh buns, gorgeous dog, loads of crispy onions, and the loaded fries, not normally my thing, but they were fantastic. Actual edible loaded fries with an insane amount of toppings. A short while to wait for the food as we heard everything being cooked fresh. We did come back in on the Saturday but unfortunately they had run out of most stock as they were closing for a week. Keep up the great work!

2 hours we waited for our delivery the food was so bland no taste. Tried ringing to see where our delivery was after my 6th attempted we gave up would not recommend The other food could be ok but the roasted dinner is a no from us

Sister is in hospital on a drip on day 6 of severe food poisoning after eating the hunters chicken loaded fries Saturday night, we suspect undercooked chicken salmonella poisoning as she is severely ill do not order from here.

The most incredible burgers we’ve ever had. I rarely leave reviews but on this occasion I had to. Delivery took a while but it was absolutely worth the wait. All of the ingredients were fresh and extremely tasty! The combinations are brilliant but we did have some parts of the burgers that we didn’t want… that wasn’t a problem as we let them know our preferences and it was perfect! Arrived nice and hot - the packaging was great too. The serving sizes are enormous, well worth the money. Won’t ever use a kebab shop for burgers again!

Just had the best meal of my life from this place. I ordered threw uber eats. I ordered Just for myself but the portions were so large there was more than enough for two. It was absolutely delicious and jam packed with topping. It's my new favourite place for food

Phenomenal experience! The burgers and dirty fries we’re unbelievable, 10/10 food. Came hot, actually liked the fact it took an hour to come, you could tell how fresh everything was. Great price for great food, highly recommend! Best takeaway ive had from Weston & best burger in years.

Normally a Sunday roast is fine but disappointing today. Yorkshire puddings undertone, roast potatoes overdone, roast beef lacked taste. Also requested peas in separate container but they came mixed with the other vegetables. Not up to their usual standard and we do order regularly and normally have few complaints.

First time ordering here from their own app. Food arrived on time, well packaged, well presented and hot. Good portion and value. Will order again if this order was anything to go by!

I can’t commend these guys on the food enough. The food is delicious. Top quality ingredients used and fantastic selection of flavour options. I had the Triple Cluck and Cajun Fries. The brioche bun was super soft and tasty and held the contents together nicely - it needed to! Inside there were three buttermilk fried chicken pieces, chilli jam, bacon, crispy onions and loads of cheese and ranch. I have only eaten here about three times but, I vow to eat here even more. Keep up the good work people, the food is great! Place your order right away.

Like last time, this time it took 1:50h to get our order delivered (ordered at 18:39 - delivered at 20:30h) Eating the burgers (Cows) we realised there wasn’t any pulled pork in them. They were dry and completely not like we had them previously. They offered to bring us some, but after 2 hours, we were past our hunger. We were disappointed!!!

Great food, good quality ingredients

The bun was burnt, so all I could taste was the burnt bun (left it and just ate the bun ingredients). The burger was tasteless and didn't seem to have any seasoning. The fries were okay but quite a lot of the fries were black/rotten. I don't feel the burger was worth the money at all. The food did arrive earlier than expected and it was hot but I won't be ordering again.

Had lamb roast dinner delivered . It was a good price and I got loads. It was beautifully cooked and I would definitely order from here again .

I pre.-ordered a roast lamb today and asked for just meat and roast potatoes. It came with 3 burnt roast potatoes and a little tough roast lamb. It's the worst roast I have ever had, called to complain and this is what they sent me

Food was amazing. I was served by a girl who told me her name was Kaitlyn or I believe that’s what she said( Wednesday 6/7/22) who whilst out of eyeshot but not ear shot literally made a joke about my order because I’d asked for something very basic along with another order making me feel very uncomfortable and actually stupid. When I asked her about her comments she denied making them insinuating I was a liar. The sad truth is the person I was making the order for is actually terminally Ill and can barely eat anything which is why it was so plain. I will never enter this shop again if I see her serving. We order from DSK almost every week! Their burgers and hot dogs are incredible. Great flavours and the best quality meat. We have also had their amazing roast dinner! I always recommend this place to everyone as the top takeaway in weston.

Always love the food here, the quality is fantastic and they are consistently excellent with every order. Yes sometimes we have to wait, but that's because they are good at what they do, don't rush or slack on quality and therefore can be very busy. They always accommodate any specific requests (mac seperate to the veggie dog.... Thank you 🙏) 100% worth the wait everytime. thank you DSK and team

Updated review! Feel really disappointed as been refused order. I appreciate they are extremely busy however to be told no more orders taken until they catch up wow, an awful way to treat loyal customers!!!

The website page is constantly turned on and of as they csnt cope with the orders.. constantly phoning up to be told not taking orders as they are behind with orders. The food is nice if you get to eat it or you can wait 3hrs for delivery

Having worked in the Tennessee and West Virginia for a considerable time I thought I had tasted the best burgers. However the Cowburger they rustled up for me was truly amazing. Thankyou Dolphin.

My son ordered meals for 3 online this evening. The meals arrived very promptly and were ready to straight away even though they had travelled three miles. They were excellent value for money and I would certainly use this restaurant again.

I visited this restaurant today for the first time. The front door is knackered not a great start! Very stiff and difficult to close, not a problem I know if the food is good. Two women were having a chat when I entered one was a delivery person the other worked in the kitchen and quickly disappeared into the kitchen when I approached the counter. I waited at the front to be served. The delivery woman said don’t worry someone will be with you soon. I waited…..& waited. I man came to serve me. I asked for a burger and how long it would take. He said it would be 15-20 minutes due to lots of orders already placed. No one else was waiting for an order. I left without placing my order. I won’t go back because they don’t value my custom at all. The delivery woman looked like she couldn’t wait to get home to smoke the dragon and the takeaway didn’t make me feel welcome at all. All I anted was a burger, the menu looks good but why couldn’t they do better with their walkins. I went over the Rudd to a Chinese takeaway, they served me instantly I had my meal in 5 minutes

Great hotdog, peri fries a little salty without sauce, milkshake had sweets in it, would have preferred strawberries. Would def eat here again

Wow, just amazing. We're very spoiled in W-S-M as there are a lot of decent takeaways to choose from but these guys blow them out of the water. My favourites are their nachos and Mexican burger, out of this world delicious and always hot, tasty and filling. I'm a nacho fiend and literally find myself day-dreaming about theirs, DSK's the only place I've found that does them real justice! The best of the best. Thanks guys!

Delicious food, good portion sizes for a very good and reasonable price. The staff go above and beyond here, especially the lovely lady who always takes our order over the phone. The last time we ordered we had a slight issue with our order being delivered to the wrong place (people make mistakes) the staff were so kind and helpful and super quick at resolving the issue and crediting us money on our order placed tonight. I would definitely recommend the biscoff milkshake if your a fan of biscoff, it’s the BEST thing ever!!!! But honestly couldn’t fault this restaurant. The staff are brilliant, food is always incredible and piping hot when delivered, the delivery drivers are also very friendly and food is always delivered on time, and when placing the orders they say to call back if it’s not arrived within the time frame. Thank you again for always making it an enjoyable experience ordering from you guys and keep up the amazing service!

Takeaway roast dinner on a Sunday are excellent, I take them into work when I do a late shift on a Sunday. My workmates are like kids at Christmas waiting for me to get in with their meals! 👍

Sadly when I visited, they close at 9pm, if you live in the real world in modern times, and wish to run a business you stay open as required, like my regular fast food outlet as open till 2am. If you don't want unsocial hours, get out of the trade and let a hard working business take over the premises.

Really good premium burger shop, tried the clucking moo burger and the reeses shake, burger was massive, this place deserves more attention and the prices were brilliant compared to other premium burger shops.

Just had my first delivery from here absolutely blown away something for everyone. Service and food exceptional. Huge portions hot and fresh and really good we had burgers dogs and vegan pie option all really good. Definitely reccomend and will definitely be ordering again. We had 2 roast dinners with extra red cabbage, cauliflower cheese and large yorkshire pudding. Portions without the extras enough for two people. Meat was tender; roast potatoes lovely; broccoli, carrots were bland as kept warm and lost flavour, and parsnip potion was small. Quite expensive £28.00. Other options were pie and mash; burgers; hot dogs; dirty fries. Nut roast and veggie burger options. Place was clean and the guy who served us was welcoming and helpful.

Not a lot to say really. A good basic cafe. Very reasonably price. Service is cheerful. Serve a good full English Breakfast and a smaller version. Wonder why there are always baked beans on the plate? And whatever happened to fried bread?

Ordered a carvery delivery for 18.30 on 23rd of June but it didn't arrive , spoke to some one on phone who said it had been delivered but must of gone to wrong address so I asked for a refund and he said ok but still not received my refund even though he said he would deliver my refund himself .So sorry I will not be ordering again.

Nice little cafe. Good food and friendly service. Price was OK too. If you go to weston you have to have fish and chips for lunch. And a Mr wippy on the beach. Nice. Richard.

I ordered stake and kidney pie with chips and peas when my meal arrived I had realised the steak in the pie was cold in the middle there for I took my meal to the man serving me and went and microwaved it AGAIN.when my meal arrived again the chips were soggy as the wholemeal has been microwaved a 2nd time. Not impressed i recommend you should go else where.
