Dixy Chicken Market Street in Wolverhampton

The food is good for the price jus standard burger and chips was nice,

very poor quality food never recommending this to anyone.

My food was cold and I got the wrong order and my drink was warm I demand a refund for this terrible service

Best tasting chicken ever! can't fault it

pathetic! took nearly an hour and a half to arrive! when I called for an update he told me "he will be with you in 5mins" and then I called back 15mins later and he said the same. when it did arrive it was cold and things missing! Wouldnt even answer the phone when i tried to call again! let me guess... "we strive for high standards and missed the mark" - the same automated bull you send to everyone who leaves a bad review! won't be using again and will be letting others know of my experience!

I ordered the Peri Peri chicken and it was absolutely delightful! The flavors were spot on and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The spices blended beautifully, and each bite was a treat. I'm definitely ordering again..

Received best ever experience with simran. She never delay the Uber order. All time I received my order on time. She is very friendly and active.

Rang restaurant as no communication they said order had arrived at 1:25am but it’s still not arrived by 1:30am and currently waiting

Ordered wings and fries, came after 50 mins, the wings were very small and could tell they were in the warmer for a while. Fries were missing from the order and when I called up he said he'd send within 15 mins. Its been an hour since he's said that and is yet to be delivered. This is the third time in a row that many items have been missing. Guess it's my own fault for not learning my lesson.

The food didn’t really have a great taste my burger tasted nice but had a horrible smell on it and the chips was very cardboard y so was my girlfriend chicken strips were dry she had it was it down with her drink and her chips was also cardboardy I’m am weary as the burger tasted good and smell which kind of suggested to me they microwaved it and it was a returned order from someone else I was suggest that they need to look at the food and make sure the chicken isn’t dry and so the chips

The order I got wasn't the one I ordered. I got a box of poppit little chicken balls 2 corn on the cob 2 chips 7up but the 8 pieces of chicken were spicy I didn't order spicy as I cannot eat it I didn't get coleslaw. I couldn't eat the chicken pieces. The last time I ordered was perfect.

In all honesty we stopped ordering from here for a few months because it went downhill HOWEVER we gave it another chance last night and it's fully back to its fire standard 🔥 pizzas were 🔥 only complaint was I paid for dips and u didn't send them, and there should not be a choice between classic and spicy wings if the classic ones blow ur head off 🤯 but we will be back ty 🤪

Burger was dry no flavour. Chips flavourless. Chicken nugget not crunchy no seasoning too

It's always too late. The last time I ordered it was 1 hour late. The food was cold, I couldn't eat the fries because they're already too cold, I paid for extra sauce and it was missing, etc... Never order again that's for sure!

Food arrived late in app it shows delivered but when called first they said it take another 10 mins and problem in app after long wait of 20 min needed to call again and they said it takes anither few minutes once it reached food was not even warm though weather hot chicken wings was burned and taste bitter no for next time!!

Ordered a box meal and the fries were missing, chicken was soggy and the wings weren’t very nice, they sent the incorrect sauces too. I honestly don’t know why you can select all of these options when they decide to send you what ever they want. lack of care which you can clearly see.. Very disappointing, won’t be ordering from here again. I can’t even get a refund as there is no option to do so ..

I would recommend avoiding ordering food from Dixies on a Friday evening! over 45 minutes late, they kept advising the driver was on the way but they were lying. food eventually arrived by which point we'd lost our appetite and food was cold. Don't bother ordering from here

Late, all came cold. was missing fries, strips and wings. called about missing items he said they'd bring them it's now been two hours and they haven't. shame really I always order from here - I don't rate poor customer service it could've been put right and you couldn't be bothered. won't be returning. If you're too busy to be bothered to cook and pack food properly maybe DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER!!!

Great establishment. I really like the fizzy drinks. Mango, Guava and Strawberry flavours are the best. Staff are super friendly and give great service x.

ordered at 8.25 and recieved at 10.05. foods all cold clearly a busy night I understand however you shouldn't have accepted my order. Will be back, however maybe not on a Friday night. disappointing may have to call shop about this tomorrow.

To think that this place even is still open is terrible I waited ages for my food an hour late I called the restaurant and they kept saying it would be there soon after calling 3 times the chips were soggy and cold and tasted like they were days old the burger was a mess and tasted uncooked and un enable this is the last time I ever think about eating here again not happy at all !

once again my order has been messed up I've ordered Sizzlers box meals and not received my wing for both the meals or one of my sides the onion rings, my garlic bread pizza was also freezing and the staff are rude and disrespectful I have not spent 40 pound to be told my whole order is there when it is not the customer service in the work place is terrible the customer is always right

These absolute jokes of a place rob your money! They have a an absolute idiot woman who takes your order then messes everything up and charges you for the privilege! Use the dixys on broad street, these are a joke!

They don't sell Pepsi Max they say they do but it was cheap cola pop and the reason how I knew cause my stomach started hurting me cause I'm diabetes and everybody nows there is no sugar in Pepsi max

Order delayed due uber eat drivers cancelling. Spoke to Resturant who prepared the food and not willing to re prepare the order when food could be picked (have orders from them several times - no customer food will). Uber eats then canceled the order with charging full monies for the food. Contacted the restaurant who were unwilling to help in anyway. Not even willing for the order to be picked by myself. Utterly awful customer service! You have lost a long term customer! Ps last order was soggy and inedible due to Uber eat delays, hence the debacle.

I went there and the man who served me wasnt wearing gloves. He claimed he was wearing gloves but I watched him cook my food and I know for a fact he wasnt wearing gloves. He also showed me his exempt card for not wearing a mask. What I want to know is if he's exempt from wearing a mask during these times of COVID what is he doing cooking food in a public restaurant. Does a Disability make you exempt from catching COVID and passing it on to others. Not happy with the service sorry.

Ordered through Uber Eats. My order was wrong. Called to get it sorted and person was rude and unprofessional and didn’t care about any level of customer service then cut the phone on me. Definitely not going there again and don’t recommend!! Burger was ok but chicken was dry and half my meal was missing. Pepe’s is first class service and order is right.

the peri peri panini is great. it was fresh and juicy and the special sause has a nice spice to it.

Been there a few times wrap is great burger is nice peri fries are basic bus taste is good but fried chicken was very greasy and didn’t have much chicken. Price is quite cheap but staff can be very loud.

Absolutely horrible my meal that I ordered for my family came in a asda carrier bag.... and the food didnt have any body left from sweating in the bag, I also found a black long hair on my burger worst place in Wolverhampton hands down my opinion

Fried chicken tastes exactly like the KFC in the Middle East original KFC. It was crispy and spicy !! I am happy to find it in Wolverhampton. 5 wings at 2£!! Grilled chicken was not great, but it tasted good. The quantity was huge, for that price. I will be back there again. Giving 5* for the staff being so polite.

I ate half a chicken with rice, great. Nice and sharp. I go there more often.

This establishment has recently opened in Wolverhampton City Centre. Most of the staff are generally friendly, however, the speed of service leaves a lot to be desired. I get that it’s a new business and you are not going to cook off food just in case you do not sell it as it will depreciate stock, but the overall speedness of service could be improved. The quality of the food, when cooked, is of a good standard.

This place is best in town and not so expensive either.

A great place to eat in or take away, we are regulars at this place& food is quite AMAZING, will recommend to anyone
