The food came late and it was cold and items were missing from the order

order never arrived!! ... 15 minutes after scheduled arrival time I phoned the restaurant and they assured me it would be 10-15 mins ... so I waited 15 mins ... still no sign ... phoned the restaurant back and no answer! never again!

delivery time is completely off. App isnt updated with any kind of notification.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a delivery as my order took nearly 2 hours to get to me and it was cold as ice. avoid this place.

Food was an hour late and freezing cold. Called twice and the people I spoke to was extremely unhelpful. Both times telling me it’s 5 minutes away. Delivery driver had an attitude about how he’s got loads of deliveries so it’s not his problem. I appreciate that they may have been busy but they have the option to deny orders. I’d have preferred that over waiting almost 2 hours from the time I ordered to the time I received my food. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Food tasted nice but was tepid on arrival, had to reheat. My food came with a choice of drink yet I received the wrong can. Not to bad overall.

The food was cold and mostly inedible had to reheated in the microwave.

Only problem was they forget my drink but food was amazing

the guy said that deliver driver left 15 minutes ago, I waited another 15 minutes and called only be told that the delivered driver has just left and will be another 15 minutes. full on liars, typical from this brand.

Food was cold, wrong order, forgot my large drink, didnt put any suace that i paid for, also gave me the wrong order gave my onion rings when i ordered wings with my meal

With one meal they gave the correct drink (Pepsi) the other meal they gave Pepsi when I requested a tango orange, but food always good!

Ordered 3 tubs of Ben n Jerrys. Got 1 large tub and they kept the difference in price rather than refunding. Lied to me and said they called me when they didn't. Chicken was dry and chips were cold and hard.

The food arrived cold, so had to put in the microwave. You can imagine re heating chips they tasted dry. The chicken hadn’t been cleaned properly before cooking. The Dixy chilli dip was tasteless. The comparison to Dixi chicken in Aston Birmingham is shocking.

I did not receive my food as you said you could not find the address and as of yet I have not had a refund, I want it putting back in my bank not a credit to account, it shouldn’t say delivered when it was not delivered waited 2 hours and then went to sleep

One item was wrong asked for chicken kebab got donner kebab n all the food was cold except chicken wings. I ordered a large wedges and got the same as a regular what I normally order. Not happy at all. What’s the point in wrong food n cold food

pathetic! took nearly an hour and a half to arrive! when I called for an update he told me "he will be with you in 5mins" and then I called back 15mins later and he said the same. when it did arrive it was cold and things missing! Wouldnt even answer the phone when i tried to call again! let me guess... "we strive for high standards and missed the mark" - the same automated bull you send to everyone who leaves a bad review! won't be using again and will be letting others know of my experience!

I ordered the Peri Peri chicken and it was absolutely delightful! The flavors were spot on and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The spices blended beautifully, and each bite was a treat. I'm definitely ordering again..

Ordered wings and fries, came after 50 mins, the wings were very small and could tell they were in the warmer for a while. Fries were missing from the order and when I called up he said he'd send within 15 mins. Its been an hour since he's said that and is yet to be delivered. This is the third time in a row that many items have been missing. Guess it's my own fault for not learning my lesson.

The food didn’t really have a great taste my burger tasted nice but had a horrible smell on it and the chips was very cardboard y so was my girlfriend chicken strips were dry she had it was it down with her drink and her chips was also cardboardy I’m am weary as the burger tasted good and smell which kind of suggested to me they microwaved it and it was a returned order from someone else I was suggest that they need to look at the food and make sure the chicken isn’t dry and so the chips

The order I got wasn't the one I ordered. I got a box of poppit little chicken balls 2 corn on the cob 2 chips 7up but the 8 pieces of chicken were spicy I didn't order spicy as I cannot eat it I didn't get coleslaw. I couldn't eat the chicken pieces. The last time I ordered was perfect.

In all honesty we stopped ordering from here for a few months because it went downhill HOWEVER we gave it another chance last night and it's fully back to its fire standard 🔥 pizzas were 🔥 only complaint was I paid for dips and u didn't send them, and there should not be a choice between classic and spicy wings if the classic ones blow ur head off 🤯 but we will be back ty 🤪

It's always too late. The last time I ordered it was 1 hour late. The food was cold, I couldn't eat the fries because they're already too cold, I paid for extra sauce and it was missing, etc... Never order again that's for sure!

Food arrived late in app it shows delivered but when called first they said it take another 10 mins and problem in app after long wait of 20 min needed to call again and they said it takes anither few minutes once it reached food was not even warm though weather hot chicken wings was burned and taste bitter no for next time!!

Ordered a box meal and the fries were missing, chicken was soggy and the wings weren’t very nice, they sent the incorrect sauces too. I honestly don’t know why you can select all of these options when they decide to send you what ever they want. lack of care which you can clearly see.. Very disappointing, won’t be ordering from here again. I can’t even get a refund as there is no option to do so ..

Great establishment. I really like the fizzy drinks. Mango, Guava and Strawberry flavours are the best. Staff are super friendly and give great service x.

ordered at 8.25 and recieved at 10.05. foods all cold clearly a busy night I understand however you shouldn't have accepted my order. Will be back, however maybe not on a Friday night. disappointing may have to call shop about this tomorrow.
