Today I went for pizza I ordered pizza with thin crust, extra cheese but they didn’t made thin crust instead of that they made undercooked crust and cheese is very less on it I really didn’t expect that

Food was nice but took forever for the delivery

Experience with Dixy is next level even beyond my expectations. Food is delectable. Burger is pro eromatic, fries are proper crispy with chilled pop. I also tried mouthwatering pizza which is proper topped with fully loaded cheese and Tandoori Chicken which reflects continental Asian taste. Price is pocket friendly appropriate for Students and families as well.

These fraudulent individuals scammed me out of my order AND money on just eat. don't bother with them if you want to save your money, i ordered and it said 20min, 40 minutes later the time had now increased to over an extra 40 MINUTES on top of the already waited 40min, cancelling it took all my money. scammers, never delivering and making free money

Took my chances as it stated a 4 star hygiene rating on the door but I was mistaken. Ordered a megamix burger meal, the fries were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. The burger led me to have severe abdominal pain and projectile vomiting. I thought I was going to die! Never again, please avoid!! That hygiene rating sticker must’ve been bought off eBay because it did not reflect the inside of this shop. Unless you want food poisoning please avoid

It's was good before dixy use to be top next to peri peri takeaway cooperation street, good worker nice food, now they moved down cooperation street new open which they have step which my disable brother can't go in, first time I went there, different workers lazy workers don't have experience don't know English, talking rubbish in own language about people ordering food, I order my food they took time, by purbhase just for 5 strips and fries, also the place is dirty and small, the never clean tables they have ripped seats, I'll never go to that place again.

Delivery-late. Had attitude cos he got lost Food was in a sweaty paperbag that had ripped so fries strewn all over the place. Ordered bbq & sweet chilli, some pink concoction arrived...even though i asked to be notified of any changes!! Unappetising!

The delivery time was between 2.15 and 2.30 hover it was delayed by 20 minutes.Also a couple items were missing from the meal as well plus the fact that we were given the wrong drink. Very poor

Dixy chicken is a chain. So what you would expect. However the local staff work hard to keep the standards up. Can get extremely busy being next to the university. Still recommend if you after some chicken!

Delivered on time and tasted good

Drivernwent out of back end of town, was stationary for a long period and then kept losing connection, food was with the driver for about 30 minutes and got to us cold and in bad condition

I work nearby and I go there regularly as there aren’t much options. The chicken is over oily on the batter and 60% of the time inner chicken isn’t well cooked and today I have encountered hair in my food for which they replaced the chicken piece for me which is fair enough but Dixy Chicken need to look into this store once and see as I have eaten at other dixy’s no where the chicken is this oily any of the time.

Burger is pretty dry, the drink is not large enough to compensate, and the sauce is too runny and in little amounts. I remember a branch in Dudley whose burgers were juicer and had a lot more salad and sauce. Cannot say I will go there again.

Chips were 1min away from stone cold chicken bites was so small it looked like popcorn chicken

First of all I have ordered to my work address for it to be on time for my lunch break, the order was 30 minutes late so I wasn’t able to eat my food. Secondly the delivery driver was very rude, I stated on the order to meet at a street and he has gone to another street and started shouting at me down the phone saying I was in the wrong. The food was not too standard. I wish for someone to contact me back as I am not happy paying for food I never got to eat until 3 hours later

I love their wings and combos. Best chicken with best bargain. The guys are nice and one day put extra wings so that we can share evenly. Their sauce is okay but just my personal experience try it with Sriracha. I think their loaded Box is a good deal. Enjoy!

First time tried this branch. I asked for a filliet burger and got a strip burger . The strips was spicy and not what I had ordered. There was no explanation why they gave me strips . I only noticed when got home . Will not use here again bad service

Late night last min snack after German Market

The delivery man gave me the wrong order!! I tried to ring the number he called on but couldn’t connect so rang the shop and the were absolutely NO HELP!! told me they don’t have the delivery man’s number which is absolutely none sense!!! I can not eat spicy food but yet I got someone else sizzler burger!! Waste of my money!! I’m absolutely fuming!! Flipping joke!!
