I found a metal scrubber in one of my 4 drumsticks that I ordered today and I must say that I’m really disappointed

Didn’t recieve order driver pressed delivered instead

Food was inedible. solid chicken burger

Very unhygienic as all the tables weren’t cleaned properly and the floor was disgusting .

So I thought I'd give dixy chicken a try as I've never been before. Very tasty chicken. Friendly service in and out quickly

The workers in the store are very rude to costumers and even they talking about my food what i am ordered ,they guy start mocking about my order in their own urdu language they thought i don't understand its really disappointing, Management should focus on it need to suck off this kind of person from the shop otherwise you will suffer

So, I hit up Dixy Chicken on Corporation Street, near Aston and Birmingham City University. Let me tell you, it's a cool place. Plenty of tables, and the staff seem to have everything under control – no long waits or anything like that. Now, let's talk about the real deal – the chicken. Man, they've got loads of options! Dixy chicken is a chain. So what you would expect. However the local staff work hard to keep the standards up. Can get extremely busy being next to the university. Still recommend if you after some chicken!

Delivered on time and tasted good

Drivernwent out of back end of town, was stationary for a long period and then kept losing connection, food was with the driver for about 30 minutes and got to us cold and in bad condition

I work nearby and I go there regularly as there aren’t much options. The chicken is over oily on the batter and 60% of the time inner chicken isn’t well cooked and today I have encountered hair in my food for which they replaced the chicken piece for me which is fair enough but Dixy Chicken need to look into this store once and see as I have eaten at other dixy’s no where the chicken is this oily any of the time.

Burger is pretty dry, the drink is not large enough to compensate, and the sauce is too runny and in little amounts. I remember a branch in Dudley whose burgers were juicer and had a lot more salad and sauce. Cannot say I will go there again.

Chips were 1min away from stone cold chicken bites was so small it looked like popcorn chicken

First of all I have ordered to my work address for it to be on time for my lunch break, the order was 30 minutes late so I wasn’t able to eat my food. Secondly the delivery driver was very rude, I stated on the order to meet at a street and he has gone to another street and started shouting at me down the phone saying I was in the wrong. The food was not too standard. I wish for someone to contact me back as I am not happy paying for food I never got to eat until 3 hours later

Great food and great service! We go there quite often since it’s open late and I got a mexican mega box and the guy serving us was very nice! Since it was my birthday he gave me extra wings too! 😆😄

I love their wings and combos. Best chicken with best bargain. The guys are nice and one day put extra wings so that we can share evenly. Their sauce is okay but just my personal experience try it with Sriracha. I think their loaded Box is a good deal. Enjoy!

First time tried this branch. I asked for a filliet burger and got a strip burger . The strips was spicy and not what I had ordered. There was no explanation why they gave me strips . I only noticed when got home . Will not use here again bad service

the driver couldn't even understand what i was saying and at the end he marked my food as delivered but he didn't so he can't speak English he doesn't understand what the customers are saying and finally marke the food as delivered while he didn't deliver anything i want my refund

Late night last min snack after German Market

The delivery man gave me the wrong order!! I tried to ring the number he called on but couldn’t connect so rang the shop and the were absolutely NO HELP!! told me they don’t have the delivery man’s number which is absolutely none sense!!! I can not eat spicy food but yet I got someone else sizzler burger!! Waste of my money!! I’m absolutely fuming!! Flipping joke!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Blatant rip off and bare face liars!! Just ordered a value box meal which according to the menu and the sales assistant comes with a drink. Waited for my food to be served and came with no drink. Asked the service assistant what drink I wanted and he said it doesn't come with one. Couldn't be bothered to question it because I shouldn't have to. If they blatantly feel it's ok to do this to customers to make a few extra pence it says more about them as a person and a business if they can be so dishonest and think its OK to rip people off. Disgusting! I did like dixys and went regular but I won't be bothering now. I will take my money elsewhere so enjoy the few extra pence u have made on a can of tango guys. I doubt u will miss my money either if u think its OK to run a business like this and be so dishonest and lack care! AVOID!!

Chicken was pink and tastes vile, avoid

More expensive than those outside of the city and they don't tell you if a combo is cheaper than what you ordered even if it's the same items 🤷‍♂️

I have ordered Dixys around 200 times in my 4 years at uni. I now get it around twice a week as I live right around the corner. Having said this even if I lived over an hour away, I would still make the effort to get my teeth around a succulent double decker burger. If you go into dixys and don't get a double decker burger you have made a fatal mistake. When the wings and classic recipe chicken are on point I believe there is no where else in the world that does chicken as good as them. I have proof of this as my friend who lives in seoul has said he cannot find any fried chicken that compares to dixys in the entire city. Give dixys a visit to experience the best fried chicken around and to be made to feel at home by the sound lads who run this fine establishment. Edit: I have reached dixys pinacle. I ordered a double decker burger with curly fries and 8 wings around 2 hours ago. And let me tell you... The double decker burger was immense. The burger was steaming and the chicken fillets were crispy and flavorful. Overall I had a spiritual experience and that was just with the double decker burger. The curly fries were great as always, they are always the best no doubt about it. Now, on to the wings. They were the single greatest taste sensation. The crispy batter with that iconic dixy flavour and succulent chicken made the heavens align for an amazing finale to my experience. Honestly this is what I've been searching for and I hope one day you can experience this too. Much love, Dixys Man.

Very very bad. I went there yesterday with my daughter. The buns were cold. I told them about it. They used a microwave to warm them. Which is disgusting. I complained again, and they made the order again. Boss was not there so food was very poor. Will not be returning again.

Visited many dixy’s in birmingham but this one is by far the best! 5th visit in less then a week. Go there and eat wings..they’re fire 🔥 Staff seems to have new kids but well behaved. Really busy during lunch times so expect a little delay! Not more then 5 to 10 mins tho..4 star!
