Side missing again happens every time. Rang eight times wouldn’t answer then cut it off when they did. Cant get money back as just eat does not have individual items on it for you to. Owed quite a bit by now. They should check the order but don't.

Portion size were small not worth the price and quality is poor. Rather go Coventry road. Staff ignored me when I tried to place an order.

OMG!!!! Sooooo nice. I absolutely loveee this place, the chicken wrap is just delicious and the fries are the best I've ever had. I used to love McDonalds just of its fries but now they're so dead and not even crispy. But these fries are hot, tasty and wants you craving more and more each time. I am came from a different country but now I am hooked and never going back. LOVE FOOD, LOVE DIXY!! .I forgot to mention the chilli sauce is sooo delectable and is Heaven

I recently visited Dixy Chicken and, while the staff service was commendable, I was quite disappointed with the food quality. The team was friendly and efficient, but unfortunately, the fried chicken wings were overly sticky and lacked the crispiness you'd expect. The taste didn’t match the high standards of other chicken shops I've tried. Additionally, the prices were noticeably higher compared to similar places in the area, which made the experience feel like poor value for money. Despite the good customer service, the quality of the food and the steep prices left me very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great as always, they always check the order notes and make sure the order is made the way it was requested. Drivers are always polite and respectful. They are good people and know how to look after their customers. Prices are decent, delivery times quick, foods good. The main factor that I have to emphasise on is they always check order notes so nothing arrives incorrectly. Best Dixy out the lot will always order again.

U arrived on time and usually food is great but your naans were so crispy and thin I had pain in my mouth eating them and my kids we were very disappointed, I don't know why but if your selling food for money why stingy with making it thin or small portions? Very disappointed.

In the family bucket there were more chicken legs than usual,which we aren’t happy about, and the chicken pieces, they gave, were smaller. There were also fewer sauces than usual (there were only 3).
