Really underwhelmed with this place. For a chicken shop you expect the chicken to be really good - my chicken arrived pale, with no breadcrumbs/coating apart from on the edge, and drowned in oil. I could only taste the oil, no chicken taste at all :( put me off the rest of the food…unfortunate really

Do NOT eat from here unless you want food posioning (or worse). Their food is so disgusting it made me sick for 2 days. The Manchester Oxford Road branch is better than this greasy hellhole.

The place is dirty as hell plus Pigeons inside the shop the workers saw them and ignored it while I was sat inside feeling disgusted 🤢. They were feeding them to inside. It’s gone downhill this place. Hygiene doesn’t exist here it’s nasty. Don’t come here.

I ordered a chicken burger and it had the most pathetic paper thin anaemic looking piece of chicken and was very chewy. The children’s popcorn chicken was overdone and we didn’t like the gravy either. Only decent thing was the corn on the cob.

The staff took 10 minutes putting through my order. The chicken strips are just pure breadcrumbs, literally no chicken. Not to mention they are chewy. Since it’s changed handed it’s gone massively downhill

Food was shocking ordered a mixed kebab meal and it came with crusty old kebab meat thrown on top of a pizza base with bit of salad and sauce disgusting it was bbq chicken was awful just normal chicken wings with loads of horrible bbq sauce thrown over them left in a pile of oil chicken burgers and wings tasted of cardboard will not be ordering from here again!!!

The wait time was pretty long. Spent £14 and the food was horrible. Even forgot my chips, the popcorn chicken had no flavour, the tenders smelt bad, the chicken wings were undercooked and the chicken was so oily and greasy. The only good thing was the chips.. will not be coming again. Place is very dirty too.. do not come here. All the 5 star reviews are LIARS!

I don’t know what’s happened to this place but never ever again….. no gravy, then they rang and said no mint sauce for the kebab can we give you garlic dip so we said yes no problem….. no dips at all were given, no salad, just dry donna meat on a dry piece of bread. Never seen meals like it.

shocking bad. pizza had sour/vinegar taste as if something was off. £6.74 chicken & Donner kebab was not a kebab but a 6 or 7 inch pizza base with a small amount of dry meat on it with even less salad and sauce, even came in a tiny pizza box. one try of both then the bin

The apple pie was greasy and the chocolate fudge cake wasn't nice and I asked for full aljopinos with cucumber onions and tomatoes so you didn't get my order right and gave the wrong drinks I asked for miranda orange but you sent tango instead please get your customers orders right next time

Food was ok.. I had put for food to arrive at 7.30pm so itd be hot for my son whos fasting. It cam at 7pm so was cold by time he got to eat. Hopefully next time itll come when requested :)

The food was two hours late. And inedible it was clearly the day before la food and reheated we had the throw it away. The chips just crumbled in to nothing there wasn’t a potato in sight and the chicken was burnt to the bone I’ve never seen anything like it. £18 wasted everything was thrown away

pizzas are delishous, garlic bread could do with more garlic. couldn't taste or see jalapeños in the cheesy jalapeños, but overall i enjoyed what i had. i would recommend this place.

Ordered food via yoyo delivery to arrive at 1720 as guests coming over at 1730,food arrived at 1645hrs. Missing items on order and wasnt the first time this happened. Over cooked chips, chicken hard and not fresh. On ringing shop a few times managed to get through stating order was correct but i had email confirmation. Then the missing burger meal was sent about 30mins late with no apology.

Ordered food at 9:30, at 10:30 received no food and no updates, tried to contact the takeaway however nobody answers the phone. Drove down to the takeaway arrive there at 11:15 to find it locked up with the shutter down. Requesting a refund through order yo-yo, would give less than one star if possible shocking service.

Been waiting for my food for 2 hours. I've ordered via uber eats and the delivery was meant to be delivered by the members of staff, after 1.30 I try to call the restaurant and the line was busy. I used to order from dixy's but this was my last time. The service used to be actually really good, now is just disappointing and really expensive. I'm not coming back to this establishment. Very poor quality and service.

I just visited Mctr from NE, on Friday with my 3 Children family. We had varieties of meals for Lunch and repeated on Dinner as well. It’s fairly sufficient enough Mighty mix Burger for the price. Definitely recommend the taste🙂

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited over an hour for delivery and order was not correct. He had the cheek to say that they will give it next time. I certainly won’t order from them. The owner should be overlooking them unfortunately he’s never there.
