Food is very very delicious,tasty and good service

The food didn’t taste of anything horrible fried chicken had no skin on it fries was not cooked never order from here again

the food was stone cold, chips were undercooked, burger was over cooked inedible waste of money.

I recently visited this fast food restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was not only delicious but also served fresh and hot, which is exactly what I look for in a great meal. Vile, I had to bin the food as it was cold and just didn’t taste right, the beans were gone off & tasted like gone off milk! Also got a chocolate donut and it was stale

This place is BADLY in need of a refit the food is way below standard and it’s dirty as well definitely not the cleanest dixy around avoid

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star to be honest, we waited 20 minutes for them to take our order and they were just walking in front of us ignoring us

The staff took 10 minutes putting through my order. The chicken strips are just pure breadcrumbs, literally no chicken. Not to mention they are chewy. Since it’s changed handed it’s gone massively downhill

Saw the cook wiping sweat off his forehead with a tissue before going back to handling food without washing his hands first. This was around lunchtime on a Friday. Disgusting and appalling.

Food was shocking ordered a mixed kebab meal and it came with crusty old kebab meat thrown on top of a pizza base with bit of salad and sauce disgusting it was bbq chicken was awful just normal chicken wings with loads of horrible bbq sauce thrown over them left in a pile of oil chicken burgers and wings tasted of cardboard will not be ordering from here again!!!

The wait time was pretty long. Spent £14 and the food was horrible. Even forgot my chips, the popcorn chicken had no flavour, the tenders smelt bad, the chicken wings were undercooked and the chicken was so oily and greasy. The only good thing was the chips.. will not be coming again. Place is very dirty too.. do not come here. All the 5 star reviews are LIARS!

Absolutely abysmal! I don’t know what’s happened to this place but never ever again….. no gravy, then they rang and said no mint sauce for the kebab can we give you garlic dip so we said yes no problem….. no dips at all were given, no salad, just dry donna meat on a dry piece of bread. Never seen meals like it.

shocking bad. pizza had sour/vinegar taste as if something was off. £6.74 chicken & Donner kebab was not a kebab but a 6 or 7 inch pizza base with a small amount of dry meat on it with even less salad and sauce, even came in a tiny pizza box. one try of both then the bin

The apple pie was greasy and the chocolate fudge cake wasn't nice and I asked for full aljopinos with cucumber onions and tomatoes so you didn't get my order right and gave the wrong drinks I asked for miranda orange but you sent tango instead please get your customers orders right next time

Food was ok.. I had put for food to arrive at 7.30pm so itd be hot for my son whos fasting. It cam at 7pm so was cold by time he got to eat. Hopefully next time itll come when requested :)

The food was two hours late. And inedible it was clearly the day before la food and reheated we had the throw it away. The chips just crumbled in to nothing there wasn’t a potato in sight and the chicken was burnt to the bone I’ve never seen anything like it. £18 wasted everything was thrown away

pizzas are delishous, garlic bread could do with more garlic. couldn't taste or see jalapeños in the cheesy jalapeños, but overall i enjoyed what i had. i would recommend this place.

Ordered food via yoyo delivery to arrive at 1720 as guests coming over at 1730,food arrived at 1645hrs. Missing items on order and wasnt the first time this happened. Over cooked chips, chicken hard and not fresh. On ringing shop a few times managed to get through stating order was correct but i had email confirmation. Then the missing burger meal was sent about 30mins late with no apology.

Gone right down hill donner meat pulled out of a plastic bag and microwaved in front of you with old dry chicken inside looks terrible now proper run down

Wings were nice. Decent value for £4 meal. However place is filthy and needs a full clean

I waited about 10 minutes in the queue only for some somebody who walked in after me to get served before me I walked straight out little tramps

the service was really bad as the worker ended the call numerous times and was rude.

Ordered food at 9:30, at 10:30 received no food and no updates, tried to contact the takeaway however nobody answers the phone. Drove down to the takeaway arrive there at 11:15 to find it locked up with the shutter down. Requesting a refund through order yo-yo, would give less than one star if possible shocking service.

Been waiting for my food for 2 hours. I've ordered via uber eats and the delivery was meant to be delivered by the members of staff, after 1.30 I try to call the restaurant and the line was busy. I used to order from dixy's but this was my last time. The service used to be actually really good, now is just disappointing and really expensive. I'm not coming back to this establishment. Very poor quality and service.

I just visited Mctr from NE, on Friday with my 3 Children family. We had varieties of meals for Lunch and repeated on Dinner as well. It’s fairly sufficient enough Mighty mix Burger for the price. Definitely recommend the taste🙂

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited over an hour for delivery and order was not correct. He had the cheek to say that they will give it next time. I certainly won’t order from them. The owner should be overlooking them unfortunately he’s never there.

Final time I will order from here (uber eats) due to Mould spot on top of burger bun. All food should be monitored for freshness. I got my refund from Uber Eats and won't order again. Judging from comments on here this seemed to be a good place years ago but mistakes like this put me off...

Chicken wings were nice, fries warm and crispy. These are the only two items which has saved this review from lower stars. The Chicken Burger was soft and no crunch, the amount of mayo was disgusting, I ate about half and could eat the bun any longer. The Doner was cold, and had a weird flavour. Worst part was the texture which was somewhat grainy.

I got a 7’ inch pizza and chips but when I ate them I started feeling sick and ended throwing up numerous times.

I gave it 3stars because of previous service in the Manchester area and because I do enjoy their chicken...sadly today i can't even taste it due to the guy who's taking the telephone orders asking my friend to "hold on a minute" and going off to first chat up a girl (evident from the chat and giggles) and then to tell a guy not to smoke in the shop...but my friend was still kept on hold...this went on hearing chat and after ten minutes of being on hold the guy came back to the phone and put it down. Ignorant and rude springs to mind, you do Not treat customers like that and keep their business. He even ook the order but not the address. Off we shall go to the kebab shop then 😊

My children love the hips from here but.l, to be honest I have got food poisoning from here before. Was offered my money back but felt cheated out off a weekend feeling sick.

£22 worth of food, a portion of chicken wings arrived opened the box found my nans left lung, burger needed defrosting it was that cold, chicken strips tasted like feet, chips cold only thing that was good was our drinks! 1/10 for the effort would not recommend

I drive from middleton regularly to this place and it's worth it everytime , excellent food and fantastic friendly staff. Highly recommended
