Food is excellent and cheap but the staff is very disrespectful. They have zero customer service. They look at u as though u have done somthing wrong to them. Need to improve on customer service otherwise the food is 10 10 and cheap

Generally, it was dirty and trashy, but the food was always good, today, as a regular customer, I got old cold fries and some bitter chicken, I will never go there again.

Food was stone cold and I didn't get everything I ordered like red salt and another diam milkshake and a can of coke it's ridiculous they leave it on the side to go cold before serving it to the customers

Very filthy floor and scruffy seats with foods everywhere left by people. Would not recommend to dine in . Staffs are very miserable no customer skills at all .weird people and keep staring at me with dirty looks . We ordered 10 spicy chicken but only received 9 with chicken and on top of that it didn’t taste fresh or good it was like they cooked in old oil so they clearly don’t know how to serve . Never go there !

The customer service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were not only friendly and accommodating but also incredibly efficient. As for the food, I was thoroughly impressed. The quality was top-notch, and it was evident that the ingredients used were fresh and flavorful. Will visit again for sure.

I go this place alot, it's really nice. The only downside is the people there to be honest, but the new rules help tame the wild kids. It's just really relaxed and comfy seating is a plus.

In regards to the negative reviews, I can't help but wonder if these individuals have mistakenly ordered from a different Dixy branch or if they simply have different tastes. Personally, I have never experienced anything less than exceptional food and service from this particular Dixy Chicken location, Don't let the negative reviews deter you - give it a try and taste the difference for yourself. ☆☆☆☆☆

Order well in advance. Was delivered after 2 hours. Wasn't even hungry anymore when it arrived. Still scranned it tho.

Did use to be good Seems to have gone downhill last 6-8 weeks. New management then old management were back couple of weeks later Then was given the wrong box order from what i ordered Never got the wrong order before On the plus side food was still good no matter what you ended up with

Poor service they bring me so spicy the pizza and the wings that it was really hard to eat. On the top of it they didn’t even warning they high the price almost 4 pounds more than before. It’s really hard to communicate with them over the phone. I will never order again

I have been ordering from dixy heywood for a while now , every time i come , they pretty much take 8 minutes . I usually order burgers and chips which are absolutely fresh , and hot. And i love it i come all the way from bury.

Always one of the best locals, pizzas are 10/10 better than most places in town and the sizzler supreme chicken fillet burger 10/10 peri burger always the Mrs favourite. Even the mini pounders for £2.50 with fries absolute bargain. One of the best in heywood

Placed an order tonight from dixy for delivery got told would be 40mins wait said yeah no worries rang them back after an hour and 10 minutes wait they say yeah its on the way said OK waited an other 20 mins still not arrived rang them back and said forget it went else where rubbish service

The branch in Heywood is absolutely fantastic and they prepare amazing meals and sandwiches

Tried two mini chicken wraps with chips very tasty wraps will recommend just for £2.50 only.

I work in babrer in the Heywood area I always order from here food is nice but service is really delivery always late 1 hour 30 to get my food and order comes wrong with no chips and no rice not happy at all

Ordered from here a couple of times now, and the staff have always been friendly and polite, the food has always tasted great particularly recommend their Grilled Peri Peri box meal, and the value for money is fantastic. Probably the best chicken shop in Heywood

This has become one of our favourite places for fast food in Heywood. The staff are nice and the restaurant is always very clean and bright. They all wear masks and protective clothing. Food is freshly cooked to order.

Great customer service first of all was great the staff are very polite and they serve freshly made food which is very tasty Better than I expected The shop is quite clean too Will definitely be back soon

What a joke, ordered a delivery from this outlet. When it didn't arrive I made the mistake of trying to cancel the order. Wow, if they serve food at the same standard as the customer service then we will all be poisoned.

Please do not order from here. Ordered today and was delivered with half the items missing and the burgers they delivered had lettuce on asked for no lettuce. Rang up and was kept on hold and in the background they were taking other people's orders. Asked me 3 times what the problem was and then claimed they couldn't find the order and had to wait for the driver to come back with the receipt. Rang back and they said the order is complete and fully delivered which it wasn't and they didn't see the note about no lettuce. I have a screenshot of it. To top it off the food that was delivered was stone cold. They said the manager had refused a refund and hung up on me. Great customer service. Not. Please do not order from here, the service is appalling, they basically call you a liar if you complain and won't refund and they can't even be bothered to read a note. They also blamed the driver for the food being wrong and I told them it's not his fault he didn't make it. Disgusting service and thieves. Will get my money back one way or another. You are being reported as well through the website and authorities. Avoid like the plague!

Went for dinner today , all so fresh & tasty had a box meal with hash brown 10 times better than any kfc I have ever eaten , definately be eating at Heywood one again superb service & fast

Terrible experience ordered food and had to wait half an hour for waffles and then when I ask why so long the said they won't be long now and are main order was in the warming shelf all the time ask for money back will not go again

Pizzas have no taste and very skinny with ingredients. First time trying and I'm sorry but you haven't made a good impression. You should make your food like every customer is ordering for the first time. Never again

Dry overcooked and no taste. The wings were overcooked tasted like nowt. And to top it off the delivery was over an hour. Never again. Wasted £50
